DTDC Couriers

Pathetic courier service. These guys don't deliver the parcel to doorstep even after multiple requests.

This DTDC person is fraud and a big cheater. He took more money from me to deliver food to my family via flight but he sent the food items via road. It was supposed to get delivered by 3 days but they delivered it after 8 days. When I asked for the reason he said it was by mistake we sent it via road. I asked for refund but he didn’t responded. I will highly recommend not to sent delivery from tc palya DTDC outlet

For most of the addresses services and delivery is available. Smooth and easy process, charge is a bit pricey. Otherwise good service.

Service is good. However, double the charge compared to Professional courier is not justified (Charged ₹200 for Mumbai as compared to ₹100 at Professional courier) Both took 2 days for delivery

Best courier services in India, The parcel will go anywhere from anywhere in Courier India in only DTDC courier services.

Small items got packed at outlet itself.

If you want your courier to reach fast then never choose DTDC. They send it at there own convient time with zero customer service and lie a lot.never choice it and never trust the reviews

Worst service. Don't trust charges are too much and they don't send parcel. Don't trust reviews. Please prefer Indian post office over these cheaters

Writing this review, after sending 5 parcels across India. Good Packaging materials are available as well.
All packages were delivered on-time. Thank you DTDC.

We had a bad experience with dtdc last year. We approached dtdc center in kerala for sending a parcel. We had to send a tv. They accepted it and delivered it in bangalore. It was broken. When we asked them, they replied in the most idiotic way that tv cannot send through couriers it seems.but then why did they accept it and written in the receipt as TV. Finally after a long argument they accepted it was a mistake their team has accepted it. No compassion has given. It was not all a professional way they approached the entire matter. The person who talked to me was so arrogant.extremely unhappy with their service
