Good place for delivery of medium sized items. Staff is less but helpful. Parking not available. Rates are on the higher side.

Pathetic. No proper timings are followed. Office opening time is 10am. We had to wait more than an hour. We were waiting since 9: 30am to 11am.

Dtdc is fraud company. They didn't delivery my item but update in there system in delivered. When e i call they giving excuse.still waiting my item from last one month.i raise complain in there portal and customer care but they didn't care about customer problem

My wife sent one signed letter from Bangalore to Thiruvarur. It needs to reach within 2 days so i prefer courier service. They charged around 250rs for one letter. I sent a CPU which had more than 5kg from Chennai to Thiruvarur around 140rs only from other courier service. This cost 100% high. Don't even try to visit this place.

Very bad service.they took over 48 hours to deliver fhe goods received at their office. The delivery point is just two KMs from their office. Please do not use this.

The delivery person marked fake delivery one day before to meet timelines, misbehaved when asked about the same. Also physically assaulted me. And the agency did not act on it

Congested space, poor customer service, parcels are handled roughly, high cost. Not good at all.

Never Go with DTDC. Lazy as snail! Snails may be faster and Responsible than these Guys. Took 5 days for Delivering a Parcel for Precisely 7hrs Travel Time! And Irresponsible on Delivery too!

Hopeless, careless, useless and totally unprofessional DTDC office. From now onwards, will not choose DTDC.it's one of the bad services in India to go for.

I went to the courier service at 8: 00 pm. At that time they are telling that there is no packagers available to pack my gadgets that has to be couriered.
The next day I went at morning itself. That time also there was nobody to pack my courier. So I have to walk a lot to pack my courier. Then I returned there and I have to courier one iPad mini. They were putting only 20000 as the value of the gadjet. Otherwise I have to show the bill of the tablet. I was very dissatisfied. Very bad customer service. The speedpost also required 4 days.

One of the worst coriour service. They don't respond to calls and randamly they put address is incorrect. They don't even call. Just randamly update in the satatus.

One of worst and worst. Highly not recommended to this coriour service. Never do. Even if it near to your location. Go take your little time and send through trusted coriour services

My courier is suppose to be delivered on 19th, it's been 7 days and there was no reply from the team. Every day they are saying it will get delivered before 6 pm and prolonging from last 7 days. They are saying a delivery guy called me but not a single call received by me. Wort service they are providing to the customer.

I would say they are No. 1 in providing worst services. Probably they are uneducated.
DTDC should take their ownership from these people.

DTDC is a fraud courier company, instead of delivering my parcel, they are moving it from one branch to another in entire Bangalore and customer care executives are also highly unprofessional, app is also useless. Some of our other parcels were tempered. Please don't ever trust this fraud company.

Please guys never ever use the dtdc courier service. Wasting time and money. I ordered some foods items from assam it was charged 400per kg and everything went waste because of delay in delivery. Why should they charged these much amount if they are not able to deliver on time?

They didn't call customer I finally trace shipment and personally gone and received they deliver somewhere and didn't helpful personally you have ability to find out then book them

Worst courier service ever. My friend sent a courier from Gujarat to Kerala on 18th January 2021. On 22nd jan it reached in bengaluru. Today (22.02.2021) is the 31st day of no further updates. I'm continuously contacting their customer service, but they say that they arr working on it. No further updates yet.

Very pathetic experience, Overly priced, sometimes cost of delivery is more than the cost of content, I made the cancellation of my parcel before a month yet my refund is not made, the concerned employee should escalate the issue to their top line and resolve, very irresponsible people sitting on the chair, employees chain are not well pipelined, if you raised the problem before someone, only that can help you out, the rest will say you should wait for him or her I can't help you out.

I am not sure, if they can't or won't deliver something then why even pickup. For a pending delivery for 3 days i have called 100 times and CC assured to get it delivered by 7, again next day 7 again next day 7.
No Update, no info no delivery nothing.

Staff courtesy is very rude also costing is very high but delivery is very late i suggest u to not book with them any of your courier service

Sompura dtdc branch have no responsibility for shipment.shipment No: B67735635 i was send from sompura dtdc on December 15th 2019 until now it doesn't reached home now i enquiry in Thiruvananthapuram now they told me shipment was missing then i contacted in sompura gate branch then they don't respond to us so don't use dtdc

Really pathetic, they are simply looting money without doing service, instead they can close their business instead frustrating us by not delivering

Worst customer support. I have not rcvd my courier but they ave updated sayin courier delivered.no clue wer my courier is.

I was supposed to receive a package. On tracking, it showed out for delivery in morning. I checked again in evening and it was marked delivered! When I called DTDC Madiwala, who was supposed to deliver the package. Their representative first said it got delivered. I asked to whom? She gave the call to delivery guy who asked my location and then said. Ok, I m coming. Hadn't I call them, they could have just dumped the package and have marked it delivered!

Worst service. U can't predict when your courier will come. There is no working phone number to contact them. For any important couriers don't book through DTDC.

One of the worst courier service one can opt for. My courier was detained for incorrect address, when I checked the package at their centre, I was informed contact number was incorrect. When they dialled the number on pack, my phone rang, then they accepted their mistake, just to come up with a new story. That there are 2 localities with same name in close vicinities.

A fortnight ago DTDC had delivered courier on the same address without any address issues. I think they didn't try to deliver the package this time, so were coming up with new stories.

I did not expect this kind of service from DTDC.courier boys are not calling customer and not delivery the shipment as we i dont know whats wrong this useless people we tack our shipment and keep in touch with them also never responses properly my tracking no M74430786 kindly chk and delivery this very urgent

As per dtdc online shipping tracker they have delivered my courier to my security guard and best part is there is no Security guard in my apartment

One of the worst courier services in Bangalore. People working here seems they are taking care of cows in a cow shed. Nobody cares to pick up the phone and talk to the customer. When i arrived here at the office i found people are sleeping and not bothered to listen to the customer. Each and every employee are in their own world. I never seen such ridicilus customer serivces by a courier company. Wish I have choice rate their service with zero ratings.
