The staff inside were not ready to show any of the clothes. The moment entered into store they said no collection in gown and we just have two of them inspite of me seeing so many collections displayed outside

We have been buying from Dugar’s last 4-5 years. They have excellent collection and quality of materials is very good and price is reasonable. Customer service is excellent. It is one of the best shops in Bangalore. I highly recommend everyone to purchase from there.

Don’t ever visit this place! Purchased a dress worth 5k and my maid by mistake dipped it in water as it was soiled. Entire dress Color got shaded and pant got shrinked. When asked in shop about the guarantee the shop owner said we can not give the assurity but we will try to rearrange for a new piece. After two weeks of time they returned same old shaded dress saying it’s a new piece.

When we questioned about what if the dress gets drenched in rain, shop owner said we can not help in that case.

Please don’t cheat customers if you can not assure of giving guarantee of what has been purchased.

I do not recommend this shop to anyone!

We had been there to shop for function we shopped around 14k worth clothes for kids the billing guy is not ready to leave 100 rs… if your paying in cash make sure you have enough money they won’t leave even 1rs.they are not customer friendly.very rude behaviour by few staffs over there.definitely I won’t recommend.collection wise you don’t have all the sizes in what you like.definitely don’t recommend this store.

A wonderful place with good collection and the staff who displayed the dress material was Swathi who is very humble and friendly. Luckily when ever we visit she is the one who attended us. I should also thank even the owner and the whole staff who have convincing nature. Please visit the shop where you get different collection as per your requirement.

Amazing experience! If you go to Dugar’s, ask for Swathi. She was really polite and helpful, and had so much patience while I picked something I liked. And the alterations were done so quickly too. Their collection is beautiful. Must visit for any ethnic wear.

They sell damaged products, and argue its customers mistake, and no exchange for damaged products, am their old customer, felt really got cheated this time,
This made to take decision to never go back to their shop

Not a great choice. The ones who is there in 2 floor do not know how to behave properly. They are keep on commenting the customers. This shop wont run long.

Ok sort of. They didn't have much variety/stock when I visited in early May.price wise medium range. The staff was good and courteous.

They have a great and trendy variety of kids wear! A place must visit for new born and teen kids!

Exclusive and latest good collections, not so cooperative staff, very very expensive clothing, well maintained showroom

Has a vast collection, but very poor customer service and for a store of its size, it does not have a toilet. My recommendation is to avoid this store.
