Dupatta Centre

Had very bad experience. They don’t respond to call and more over they behave like we going to buy dupatta for free.expensive and very bad service. They delivered damaged dupatta and did not respond to call and kept my call on hold. Waste of money spend for dupatta delivery. Never recommend anyone

Do you guys have silk chiffon hijab can you tell me because I want to buy for eid from this shop

Cheater and rude, notbeven know how to speak with customer,
Denies their own product limitations infront of bare eyes,
Dont go freinds they will cheat u.

Mr. Rizwan riyaz is a big fraud, he has taken goods from me and after that when I asked for paymnt he started giving excuses on daily basis.
I am writings this review after lots of frustration, Still I hvnt recived my money,
My sincere request to everyone please go and donate some penny to this man so he can servive and eat something on zakaat and khairaat.
He really hv need of haram money.

Rude and arrogant owner and staff. I think the success and money has gone to their head and don’t know how to speak to a customer. I thought it was one off case with me but looking at the reviews from other customers below (Sahera, Sanchita, Priyanka and others) I feel they treat all the customers the same way. Since they take the money in advance we are left at their mercy. Surely this shop won’t last for long if they continue to treat the customers with arrogance. We did not even collect the material from their store and left it as a donation to them. Hope they will grow richer with our money but have become lesser humans when you don’t serve a customer after taking the money. It’s haram.

This store has very good collection.this store is actually loacated in centre of Bangalore the staff are very good and very down to nature there have patience in showing all the item which are available with them.

These people have sky level of arrogance and proudness. They do not bother about customers. Their sales people will be taunting and whispering about the customers.
They even do not talk to customer properly. Looks like they are giving it for free, where their rates are too higher compared to other shops.
I feel very soon the result of this Proudness and Arrogance will shut down their shop (There is delay in god's house, not darkness.) Actually, it has already started. Just wait...
I would not recommend to anyone to visit this place even if it is the last shop in the universe.

The boys there need to know how to speak to customers. Patience is key to successful business. Today I might walk out without buying anything because of your behavior, if this continues, there will many customers who will walk out without doing business. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WELL

Rude staff, we here hardly there for 10 minutes, while my wife was finalizing on her selection, we were told to make it fast to pave way for other customers. No patience to show the variety.

This store really has a good collection of dupattas. But the salesmen lack manners in showcasing the collection. A bunch of lazy men. They will never be able to retain the customers if they behave this way.

I recommend everyone to go this place as the price here is preety reasonable. You will get a wide variety of dupatta in a good price. Happy shopping.

Very unprofessional and rude sales staff which keeps chatting endlessly while customers are waiting. Even after asking multiple times, they don't show the stuff and sometimes just ignore the customers as they step in the shop.
Material for most dupattas is very cheap but high priced.
I asked for 2 (2.5) meter of their best quality to be cut and dyed along with badla work. Paid more than 50% as advance. I specifically told them to ensure that material was without defects and dupatta was not dirtied during dying or work process. I went 4 days after delivery due date to find that the ready dupattas had thread pulled from several places and 6-7 oil spots.
The sales person said that these are water marks and they don't have time to check each dupatta individually. I said if that is the case wash and dry it so that these marks go off. They said no you come after 2 days we will redo. I had travelled 15 kms so I told them that I can't keep coming back again and again. They agreed to courier after 3 days.
After 6 days, no courier is received and the guy is not picking the phone. Finally on 7th day Ithe guy picks up phone and says the courier is returned. Since I was in nearby area, I said I am coming over to pick it up personally.
I reach the shop and wait for 20 minutes. One guy gets one of the dupatta out of the two and hands it to shopkeeper (it was in no cover/ courier envelop etc). The shopkeeper pulls out another random red coloured dupatta (not mine) from drawer, when I ask where is the other red one. So all stories about courier etc were plain white lies.

So I ask them to refund my money.

21 days, 3 trips, harrassment, mental stress, about 15-20 phone calls, WORK NOT DONE.

Please save yourself the hassle and do not give any work for them to do specially if you are quality conscious or have to travel a long distance to reach this shop. There are other shops like Mysore saree and saloni that also provide material and dying (expensive) but good quality and excellent customer service.

I have seen all the review of the person and gone to just check whether the behave like this but sorry to say there are very polite and there are not rude at all and the owner is very polite with every customer and he told me in front to staff we should behave well with customers because if attend them properly there will come next time to us.

This place has a variety of dupattas but the customer service is extremely bad. The sales guy is hardly interested in showing you some variety and is very rude.

Since they r the top sellers.they r very rude.took a pic of the dupatta to show frnds so that they can decide on colour the guy in shop jus snatched my phone away n deleted the picture.he could hav jus asked us to delete it.n it s costly also.the same dupattas r available in adjacent shop.i took a million pics n they were so polite.n cost also comparatively low.

At the middle of Ibrahim sahib Street, dupatta centre serves you a large variety of dupattas of different fabric, different colours, different designs at variable rates with a little stretch of bargaining also.

As per to my experience they have pretty good stuff but the workers wont show you varieties and also strictly no bargaining.

Forgot to give one dupatta even after paying for it. Owner keeps blaming us, and does not even respond properly on calls.
