Worst bus. If I could, I wouldn't have given any stars. Random passengers are picked without booking. Travelling in this bus is scary.

Arrogant people, "we cant do anything if the parts are damaged, this Is the answer received here". It is overpriced with no safety.

Worst service, firstly they sent sms of with driver details but without proper landmark about pickup point. Bus driver, conductor not communicating properly, very rude. The bus was full of cockroaches roaming in the floor and even on the beds. People have given 4 start rating on redbus but it looks like all paid reviews or false reviews, don't opt for this Bus service.

Durgamba is one of best parcel service for karavali people. For me the best service by durgamba.

They don't know how to handle parcels, always materials will be damaged even with good packaging, over priced than other transport

While booking time Fare was 700/- and I book the ticket and I got the confirmation from durgamba travels.
11/082023 I got the intimation from durgamba durgama travels is your tickets get canceled due to service issue
I called karkala durgamba office they saying it's canceled from administrative due to season.
Now fare is showing amount of 1400/-
It's really very poor service from this travels and making the money from customer

Worst bus. I was travel in this bus 3days my back pain. Really guys don't travel in bus

Bus is clean & hygiene, friendly crew but they don't maintain proper pickup time and even if it is delayed they don't inform.

No waiting lounge for passengers.this office only their goods loading office. Passengers should wait for their buses roadside. Unprofessional it looks.

Don't book the tickets without term insurance. No help received from the tour company after the accident. Totally pathetic.

Great transport service from durgamba. Seats and beds are comfortable. Staff are also friendly and responsive.

The bus frequency is amazing. Their connectivity between cities are mind blowing. One of the best Motars in Costal Karnataka. They are dominating in the game. These all sounds great about this Motars. But very they really lack is that quality of service. Buses are not clean. Bangalore route buses are very old and most of them has bed bugs. They lack in punctuality. Their bus arrive late most of the time. They don't maintain hygiene.apart from quality, everything else above PAR.

The buses quality overall arent that great but its decent for a quick 7/8 hours journey. Shockers are not good at all so you would feel that jerk throughout your journey. I have travelled thrice and its the same story everytime. The bus stops for food in a hygiene place. A maximum of 30/40 mins arrival delay is what you can expect

For Courier and transportation of goods they are the best and I've moved my own 2 wheeler from Bangalore to Udupi.
While coming to the sleeper coach buses, they need lot's of improvement in the area's like Bus condition, charging port and timing. I boarded many time's and it was bit discomfort. Hope they will work soon on the issue.

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬಸ್ಸಿವರಿಗೂ ಒಂದು ಖಡಕ್ ಸಂದೇಶ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ರವಾನಿಸಿ, ಹೆತ್ತವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏನೇನೋ ಆಸೆ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಹೆತ್ತಬ್ಬೆಯ ಸಂಕಟ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Worst travels. Charger doesn't work. They are like a city bus. They'll roam all around in all places to reach your destination. Never ever again waste your time on this travels again.

It's good. Comfortable seat and good behaviour of staffs. The time duration may extend due to traffic. I usually travel from Udupi to Bangalore and vice versa.

Poor parcel service from durgamba. Last week almost 30 coconuts were parceled from udupi to bangalore, to our surprise there were only 17 coconuts found in the bag when we got home. So anybody can just flick the customer parcel items from your office is it? So how are our items secured at durgamba offce? We chose durgamba coz of its brand name and trust, after all this I dont recommend durgamba for sending parcels. Bad experience alltogether.

Lowest price parcel service to Bangalore Mysore and very good and helpful journey in buses to Bangalore Mysore Mumbai and other places

So far my experience with Durgamba travels has been fantastic. Their punctuality and service is simply fantastic. Have traveled in their buses to mangalore and back to banglore a few times. The pickup and drop off has been on time mostly and their buses are really well maintained. Would recommend them to travel to mangalore.

One of the tourist bus I usually rely on when it comes to traveling which I usually do often. They have well maintained buses with gps tracking, wake up alarm and friendly staff

I have been travelling with Durgamba for the last 9 years now. Barring 2 instances, I have never faced any issues with Durgamba. It has been a comfortable journey so far. Hope to see the same service further.

Clean bus, helpful conductors and safe drivers. Limited stops. Reaches on time. Charging point available in the bus.

The bus services and the driving standards are very good. The places that they stopped for either dinner or for washroom breaks were well maintained and safe too.

This review is for Bangalore -Hubli-Bangalore buses. Both route 26 & 36 Buses are comfortable if not great. Bangalore pickup from Jayanagar is mostly on time and reaches hubli around 6-6.30am. Driver and helper behave decently and help passengers get down at their convenient stops enroute. One point missing is that lower double sleeper doesn't have carrier to keep luggage which if provided can help the passengers to a great extent. Of course you can keep the luggage in bus luggage compartment.
Return buses which starts from Dharwad comes to Hubli office is always delayed by 15-20 minutes. It reaches bangalore city by 6am & Jayanagar by 6.30-7am.
