Worst bus, no timely pick and drop, even the condition of the bus is bad. NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO TRAVEL IN THIS BUS

Not keeping time to reach.
They waste time in Majestic for luggage and leave late and reached manipal at 7: 45 am instead of 6 am. If ask they tell road is not good, silly reasons. WHY CANT THEY UPDATE IN website the reaching time actual instead of false time. Every day they travel and reach late everyday, so Why can't they update actual time.
Even Red bus and other websites have same time. This false time, made 3 of us to return without any work.
Huge loss for us.

Load cargo inside bus, passenegrs have no space to walk also. Parcel company carrying passengers in cargo space.

In the month of August 2022 I had travelled from M'lore to B'lore. (Route 28U)
The driver Mr Thimmappa and the cleaner were raising their voice and talking very rudely. They didn't want me to keep the luggage in the bus dikki. I had about 5 bags. Where are we supposed to keep it? Are we not paying? Very bad! The customer is not given respect. They also dropped me far away from the actual drop point. I won't prefer to travel again in this unless there is no other choice.
