This is a land mark in bangalore south in basavanagudi/ gandhibazaar.
This Hall is dedicated to GSB community under gokarna parthakali math Guruvaryas for the welfare of our community to conduct upanayana, marriages etc.

When Hall is not having booking from our community, hall is rented out to Non Konkani Vegetarian People to conduct marriage etc.
Few cars & two wheelers can be parked inside.

My Father Late Dr. Perdur Ratnakar Nayak is Founder Member of Dwarkanath Bhavan. His Membership No.was 27 and at present continued by my Second Elder Brother Sri Praveen Ratnakar Nayak.
In short We are associated with this Institutions for more than 50 years. And have very good Respect for it.

Marriage and other functions can be conducted here, cars can be parked around the circle opposite

Was really disappointed by the arrangements made for the Konkani Utsav 2023. Sona Caterers had arranged worst food. Rice was half cooked. They could have done this event in 2 days or arranged a big place for the event.

Good place for GSB events. But totally cramped up during Konkani Utsav, Ganesh Chaturthi etc

Very nice place to have any event or ceremony. Parking space also available despite located in a busy road and junction.

Dwarakanath Bhavan Committee, Basavanagudi is a good function hall for events like Anniversary, Baby Shower, Bachelor Party, Birthday Party, Engagement, Get together, Wedding, Naming Ceremony, Reception, Sangeet, Upanayanam.etc.only I didn't like s toilet, ordinary n entrance to d toilet s not clean. ️

Visited this place to attend a very close friend's family wedding. A very iconic hall for various auspicious functions. It's a huge landmark and has successfully retained its heritage. It's really a historical place in Basavanagudi. Where as most of the historic buildings are either being destroyed and made into new state-of the-art halls, this one has managed to remain intact, which is amazing. There is enough parking space for two-wheelers, but not for four wheelers. It would be better if they could give a nice make over all over again.

A place to have a community functions. A lot of functions come up here and definitely its the best. Metro Station is also near (1km) (National College Metro).

Centrally located in Jayanagar. An amazing place to host family functions and other gatherings. Not mention very affordable

Good place for small gatherings. Dining hall located in the first floor and the hand wash located outside poses a challenge and becomes chaotic. Car parking and access to parking needs to be looked into

A community place to bring Samaj Bhandhavas of GSB community together.
All major festivals are celebrated here.

Dwarakanath Bhavan is on the Kanakapura main road in the heart of Basavanagudi which is easy to locate. This function hall can be reached by road and Metro. Further, the ambiance, stage, seating arrangements are excellent. Dining hall is spacious and attractive. The service is excellent. All required facilities are available. The parking space available is limited. However, some parking is available on the outside road. Good place to arrange functions.

Very convenient hall for small functions like Brahmopadesham and or namakaranam or small group weddings with limited invitees.

Good venue for functions as it is on level without steps, very convenient for seniors. Parking is a problem with limited space a busy city area.

The function hall is really big and dinning hall also occupies more people. And it’s says that in entire Banglore this the only affordable marriage hall for small budget marriage functions. However the marriage hall looks stunning and is looks goods when its decorated well. I have been here for two marriage functions and felt really great. However it’s in high demand so need to book in advance.

A very centrally located and a well managed community Hall. Very easily locatable. Good public transportation access to the place. Didn't boast of many rooms but nearby accommodation are aplenty. The cost of the hall is also pretty decent about 70k. Very courteous staff.

A cozy place. If you have a vegetarian gathering and looking for a place to book. More so if there is Pooja or homa to be performed this is the place.
Many functions from the community members of GSB Samaj take place here. Located in accessible place with bus stop and metro within walking distance, it is a hit.
The only drawback is the parking. Cars have ample space on the street and circle ground.

They are renovating and they are giving new type look to the place and they are having huge place for marriage.
