Worst, I applied and had been waiting for a job over month. They took my resume they said they have contract from HP.i dont know for whom they gonna buy a job with my resume. HR s they have lot of holidays to spend instead taking interviews.

Don't have a option to review bad again.

I got a call for interview from HR Amritha Singh who is unprofessional and doesn't even know how to send an email properly. When the first round of interview was completed by me and for the second round they told that there will be online test. After an hour they came back and informed me that my candidature was duplicate and sent me back. They wasted my 6 hours of a day. Very disgusting HR consulting. Rating NULL not even a single star they deserved.

Worst experience. I would give in negatives actually. First of all nothing is clear and simultaneously with your interview HR will ask for other personal details and documents but you will not have any clarity whether you are selected or not. When they come to know you have a child then their behaviour changes which I have never seen in any company except DynPro. They consider working mom can't work. NEVER apply for this company it's a waste of time and energy.

Worst ever experience I faced in my life. No proper guidance for anything at all. They are not even helping for relieving. No professionalism. Not even picking call and replying emails.

Waste consultancy salary and FNF not giving properly.while resignation before probation period need to pay 2 months salary for penalty totally waste worst and dabba consultancy

Worst Experience with the organization. My team leader was the reason for my resignation after a month joining the team. When my family had a medical emergency and i checked her for a leave that too LOP she behaved badly. She always needed to extend the day and expected me to work so the very first day. It was half working day every saturday and seems almost like a full day. Many more to say. First organization in my professional life treated me worst.

It was a nice experience working in Dynpro. I worked their for 5+ years and they help me in every cases specially Debasree Das HR Department from Kolkatta.

Have been working here for almost 5 years. This organisation is good to work without any pressure like targets are anything. This is into Recruitment consulting and Software Development both.

They have good clients for both there operations. You will feel happy to work with the management people. They are really good enough to listen you and take the decision on immediate basis.

Cons:
All the organisations have negative reviews. So just think of you and go-ahead with this org.
There may be few wrong people they would have made you treat/feel you bad.
We can't blindly say the company is wrong.

Pros:
They don't force you on any targets for monthly or daily anything.
They will give you the freedom as per your capabilities. If you are smart in your work and in office then you will get the max benefits everywhere you go.

Now the MG Road office has shifted to 3rd floor in same The estate building. It looks very awesome.

I have worked in Dynpro 2 plus year. Initial stage I didnt get good support from HR. I used to call minimum 10 time, if want to clear some small doubt. After Sahana joined as a HR, I am getting good support from her. She only process my Full and Final Settlement, relieving letter and all, Since I was not in Bangalore. It was good help from her. Even I am unable to recollect other HR name as well. But Still I remember her name.

I went for interview on 21 Feb 2020 in this consultancy and pallavi (recruiter) was my contact person I completed three rounds of interview and the sir who took last round informed me that your last round will be on coming Wednesday26 Feb 2020 or Thursday with Mahesh as he is out of station andpallavi will inform you so today is Tuesday and I called pallavi multiple times to take feedback she never responded my calls and then I called consultancy landline number and then she called back and stated that you are not selected in very rude manner.i was informed by that sir that you are not rejected and last round will happen so basically in this cunsultancy people are confused and they don't know how to do recruitment especially pallavi. If I attach the screenshot of her whatsapp chat then you will come to know how much confused she is and very much frustrated and irritated by her behavior and will surely escalate this to higher authorities because when they call for interview they call thousand times and for giving feedback they don't even bother to call acting as if they are minister or owner of company
It's not about rejection it's about the recruiter arrogant and rude behavior

Hi all. I am happy working with Dynpro. They are co-operative with clients and employees. As I have covered under ESI, I got maternity benefits from the ESI through Dynpro.

That is not company. It is type of consultancy and They are cheating to people. My advice is don't go this company.they won't provide salary. That is my personal experience. I worked there and they didn't provide my salary for 1 month 10 days.worst company

Let me start with pros:
Documentation and explination about the client is very professional, personally i liked it.
Immediate response from HR Team makes employee to feel free to ask about any queries.
Coming to cons:
Not recommended to join as a fresher (as a contractor to client)
After one year of your employment, no matter how much hike your working client has offer you, this dynpro people only give what they want. Moreover they says "WE ARE GIVING YOU WHAT CLIENT HAS ASKED TO GIVE". I have worked here 2 years with the same salary, not even a single penny of increment
After lot of struggle i got a good opportunity outside and decided to move out. Even my managers (client side) has agreed and approved the same, but this stupid dynpro people has delayed my release from the client, no matter how good service you have given to them. They only think you as a working machine, they doesn't care about your salary, freedom, wellness nothing.
I had a horrible experience with this company. Dont join as a contractor to any client. They will drain your blood till the last working day.

Pros:
They have good product and service based clients,
they even have internal project in ERP from India and US, I'm a part of SAP Team working for US Project
Office is good, HR people are good while we met them.

Cons:
Every company has cons, like delay in salary, delay in response from HR Team on any HR Related queries.

Advice to Management:
appoint one support person in HR Help Desk to answer our queries of your employees @ whole day, the person should have the updates of everything for which employees call for.

I am an ex employee of this company worked for close to 4 years, had very bad experience, i did not get any salary hike and don't expect this from them, HR ppl are horrible very rude to their employees and they hardly pick the phones if you call them, sad thing is when you are joining new company they ask your offer letter and then only they will provide relieving and experience letter, i don't understand why they need our offer letters? Guys there are many good consultancies in Bangalore like Magna infotech, Adecco etc.please think when you likely to join Dynpro.

Please don't even think of attending the interview. They select you make you wait in office on your joining date. Again they send you home saying some miscommunication later again they make you wait for a week and then tell that your position is on hold. Just like that you have to keep on waiting. So unprofessional and irresponsible HR's in that company.
