One of the worst company plz do not buy it from them, cannot keep up with their promices of delivering the product on time or even attending a check up on time, it's been 3 days and they r playing around, srsly this is not done

Please do not go with the reviews, I've had really bad experience post buying. They are all very nice until we buy the product, you should just pray God that there is no issue with it, if we have an issue then we need to wait for months for these people to visit us and then few more months to get a very basic solution. The representatives even will ignore your calls and messages, even if they're online. Later theyll tell you reasons that theyre out of station and all for weeks together, finally they never come. I really regret buying from these people.

We ordered an hearing aid for my parents and their audiologist visited 3 times to give 3 different devices and took an advance payment of 25000 rs from us. Eventually when none of the devices worked for my parents he took the device away and told that our money would be refunded in 2 days. It has now been 30 days and the money has still not been refunded and they have stopped responding on both phone and email. I don’t suggest anybody to try their services ever
