Earthen Delicacies - More than a Restaurant

Today I have visited this restaurant for thr first time. I found the place very neat and clean. Very calm and pleasant. Ambience is quite decent. Keeping trust on the manager Mr Arvind, I have ordered Starters and main course recommend by him.

I must say everything what we had tasted delicious. The way they serve food with so much of love and affection, it feels like you are having food at home.

Had Delhi carot halma, it was excellent, very fresh and amazing taste.

Loved the place. Request the team to maintain hygiene, quality and taste same way as it was today.

Earthen Delicacies is not just any other restaurant. Its one of those rare places which goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. Everything starting from the food, the decor, the management, has a personal touch to it.
I happened to have taken shelter at Earthen Delicacies on a lazy, rainy Sunday afternoon when most of the neighbourhood seemed to be avoiding the roads. Walking into the first floor seating space, I was surprisingly welcomed to the sounds of families with kids happily dining in and clicking pictures. Having chosen my corner, I spent a happy couple of hours sipping a deliciously creamy chicken soup. I was astonished to have discovered such a well-thought and cozy place in this region.
Just like the ambiance, their food is delicious as well. I took a take-out that I finally managed to eat 5-6 hours later and the taste was still fresh and delicious. Their ghee rice and mutton roghan josh was yum and packed meticulously in paper containers with thoughtfully placed tiny cartoons and no plastic tapes! My experience of Earthen Delicacies didn't end at the restaurant, it came home to Indiranagar with me. And while I have numerous restaurant options near my home, I know I will be making a trip as far as Thanisandra again some time soon in 2023 for experiencing Earthen Delicacies again.

Hope the restaurant expands and opens up a wing near Indiranagar as well.

Earthen Delicacies is good restaurant with amazing food taste. However there are few things which we did not liked about,

Starting from

1. Behaviour of floor manager. Too rude and not cooperating at all. When asking about food he was not able to explain about it.
2. Dirty utensils. We were served food in a kadai shape utensil which was dirty and we were able to see dust on it. When tried cleaning with tissue the tissue had black Color in it.
3. Tandoori butter Roti was not cooked. We were able to see the uncooked dough.
4. Timing. It took 15-20 mints for person to come and collect the order details and then another 15mint a to serve.
5. Miscalculation of people they just served 2 plates for 4 people and when we called to give more plates they took another 5mints to just get 2 plates.

Good things:

1. Taste of paneer curry
2. Taste of mushroom curry

Butter naan was ok ok it could have been improved.

Very worst service experience. Very poor quality of time of delivery and hospitality. If i am hungry i won't go here. I will go for sake of having food. First of all waiter have to tell that what and dish is not available. After sitting ordered soup & starters, they are telling none of the briyani is available even on after Sunday as you mentioned 3pm. This very basic customer behaviour, even darshini hotel follows.

We visited around 7.30pm n celebrated our kid birthday here with table decoration. Ambience was very good as u feel cool breeze thru windows in 1st floor n it's a Quiter place with less crowd. Outside look s terrific even though its a small multicuisine restaurant. The food was too good and Prices were reasonable. ARVIND and team helped in all aspects to celebrate n to serve the food.

Food is hygienic and tasty. They told they will not use MSG.only issue with the language. They didn't understand the food that i ordered which is there in menu.

Worst service experience, even the owner is rude in behaviour. If you want long waiting time (I was told to wait for 20 to 25 mins for masala papad which was beyond my imagination), they don't have all what is there in menu, waiter tells you to eat only what he has not what you chose from the menu and a service where they serve as if they are doing favour on you and giving for free then this is the best place to go.

All starters served with high salt, complained them while serving 2 nd starter but vain. Even chutney is too salty. Now Long Waiting for main course. Let see.

No fresh juice available after dinner! Not even lime soda. Pathetic restaurant. It’s Sunday management.you should ready if you are running a restaurant.

We went to this place.group of 4 friends.heard this place for North Indian food.belive me d food taste like delhi delicacy.realy amazing experience.we ordered bhatti murg.meat Rogan.amritsari fish tikka.every body enjoyed it.honestly, worth in each aspect, mind blowing ambience with live cricket match on ground.service also great.keep it up.

It was a good experience but when I visited yesterday it was pathetic. The good quality I won't say that bad but the service is like hell. I mean for them our time is invaluable. I mean to order 2 starters and a main course took 2 hours almost to deliver the food. Guys please value other's time.

The name "Earthen delicacies" is very well justified by the food they offer.
Touch of Earthen taste in all their delicacies catered with utmost fresh ingredients.
It is absolutely delicious and soul refreshing.
After a long time I enjoyed all three courses of my dinner.

Love the place. Had been here on My birthday. The food, service n ambiance just too good. Most happening place this side.

Horrible food. My entire family had food poisoning. Please do not go to this restaurant. Not at all hygiene. Today I am giving one star because they are good at poisoning the food.

A surprisingly well designed spacious multi cuisine restaurant in Thannisandra main road. The restaurant has enough parking and is comfortable to go with Family.

Their Tandoor and Kebaab item along with vegetarian options are all good. The service and hygiene is overall good.

Nice ambience and food was also good. But the service is very bad, they take a lot of time to deliver our orders.

The food is overpriced for the quantity! The taste of food is okaish not that great considering the price. They will push for a kebab as it is outstanding but when you taste it's not soft and juicy as you will think, it's just don't feel right. The ambience is good but service takes too long time.

Soup is very bad, only carrot and cabbage
Lots of ginger and garlic. No consistency.
Pricing is like 200 Rupees for a Hot and sour veg soup. Which is like higher than the starters. Egg chilly is like very thick crisp batter with lots of garlic and can't eat it like that.

Food was good but the service was very very slow. We had to wait for more than half an hour between courses.

You get the best butter chicken in Bangalore, here! Only place where butter chicken is comparable to Delhi!

Food is fantastic, lipsmacking! Service, not so much, painstakingly slow. This place has the potential to become the next Samarkand, once quality of service is sorted, and the staff has received a fair bit of 'polishing'.

Good Quality and tasty food. Ambience is good. Service is good but bit slow. Food taste is awesome. Bit expensive, otherwise good restaurant to visit.

Food is really nice but they need to work on their service. Service was horrible, no waiter was available after taking order and serving food.

2 stars for the services provided by them. We were a group of 10 went to have dinner. Servers were not friendly and reluctant to serve our table. But the food was good in taste. Wont go back.

Been here some days back for Dinner with family. Overall food was not upto our expectations. Service was ok. Overall, the ambience is fine but food quality can be improved.
