Had the worst shirodhara experience: oil was dripping instead of continuously flowing and oil was repeatedly too hot, therapist then kept asking which made relaxing impossible

Excellent wellness centre and very professional. Took the Indian massage, abhyangam, my therapist was excellent. As a regular tennis player in the UK in the men's circuit, i experienced a lot of muscular pain but my therapist was well trained to address the neuromuscular issues. I feel fit and highly recommend this centre.

Raktha Chandana Choornam is an exceptional product. The De-tan Face Mask & Scrub, containing pure red sandalwood, This product has been a game-changer for me in tackling pigmentation issue, It has exceeded my expectations and is now an essential part of my skincare.

The owner is an extremely disrespectful, ill mannered and haughty lady who knows no bound to her tongue! The service and her attitude is NONSENSE. The woman doesn't understand the meaning of words 'complimentary', 'courteousy', 'decency' and 'politeness'. In case you encounter any issues that are seamlessly resolved in other purchases, prepare yourself for utmost shreud behavior with this woman. Above all, do not invest a penny in her enterprise before you assure yourself of the service/purchase. She was ready to refund my purchase amount only after I threatened legal action. I wouldn't be shocked if she comes up with some sham response to this review. God knows where her hautiness and attitude is coming from. Please understand that your attitude is like a punctured tyre, you cannot move ahead till you change it. Google unfortunately doesn't given an option to rate someone as 0/-. Also, happy to gift you a dictionary to help you understand the meaning of the words in English language (do not worry - it will be 'complimentary' in the real sense)!

Really liked the ambience, staff and the service. I opted for facial and had a good experience. My skin feels clean and healthy. I highly recommended this place.

I went for Abhyagam massage & Ms. Ayesha with her soft hands, did a great job. The experience was good overall.

I recently visited this place,
First lift wasn’t working and it’s 3storey building.
Second, I asked to speak to the therapist first so that I could explain, what exactly I wanted during the massage session, but they didn’t let me speak with the therapist.
Later on, I went for abhyangam, therapist throughout the session, was just RUBBING my body with oil, no particular pressure or technique was involved.
She had flaky palms and I was feeling pain because of her hands rubbing on my skin.
I wouldn’t personally go for this type of experience and won’t recommend it too.

Very clean environment, professional approach and a very therapeutic full body massage followed by a hot shower, would highly recommend.

My therapist did an excellent job. She was attentive, well trained and I truly appreciate every single minute of her time. The massage I received was excellent.
What I did not appreciate is that I was told another price over the phone than I actually had to pay. I was offered 2 hours for one price that was too expensive for me, so I decided for an 1,5 hour massage and in the end had to pay the price told for the two hours. That wasn’t the therapist fault but the owners and I think it had something to do with it that I am not Indian. It’s a shame. Because the massage was excellent as I said!

Very good place for massage, highly trained and professional therapist nice experience and it's best place to me

First time I had an Ayurvedic facial in Bangalore and was pleasantly surprised. The staff at the Earthen Wellness Ayurvedic clinic were amazing right from the moment I entered the spa and the entire experience was excellent. The facial treatment with Ayurvedic oil was extraordinarily refreshing and rejuvenating. I was astonished by the special attention to details by staff for the privacy of the client. Overall, I would certainly recommend the place in a heartbeat for the experience and pampering.

The massage technique was decent. The masseuse was understanding, patient and kind - she addressed my pain points.

However, my experience was still not the best, because the facilities were poorly maintained.

1. To start with the lift wasn’t working. After being told to climb one floor with a back ache I eventually climbed 3, as I was asked to shift rooms (after having gotten ready for the massage), because the gas wasn’t working in the first room.

2. The new room, smelt of sambar, the speakers were spoilt, making a crackling sound and lastly the sliding door made the most unpleasant screeching sound every time someone opened and closed the door.

3. After my massage I was asked to shift my room again because the steam in my bathroom wasn’t working. The stream I actually got wasn’t even good. (I didn’t sweat)

To close it all I was told to take a shower without touching the shower head s as it may fall down.

I would check whether these things are fixed before making a visit here again.

Earthern Wellness is the BEST and is Way above the Rest.

Marketing done very well but personally very disappointed. Pity the staff they are just beauticians picked up and not sure where they were trained. Too much chaos not understanding of customer expectations. This is just another beauty parlour under Ayurveda name. Not worth your money at all. PlAce doesnot give you any good feeling.

I would like to commend the team under Sharmila which offers Ayurveda treatment. Personal attention by Sharmila ensures feedback well. Teams are well trained. I am glad that we have an option that is not as expensive like 5 star not operating with lower rates less hygiene. I feel it’s a tough balance considering the nature of oil and cleanliness needed. Wish the team all the best in maintaining their standards and being warm and helpful.

I had a very good experience at Earthen Wellness. The staff at the reception were very good and the therapist who attended me, Jennifer, was also extremely courteous and very good at what she had to do. During the massage, very often, she would keep checking with me whether the pressure she was applying on my body was too much or less and whether it was ok for me. She even set the water temperature right for me to have a good bath after the massage. Like some others have mentioned in their reviews, I too feel the rates are slightly on the higher side. If it were a little less expensive maybe I would have taken the liberty of going there on a monthly or bi monthly basis. But nevertheless I will definitely be going again maybe once in about 3 or 4 months. On the whole I had a very good and relaxing experience.

Any spa is not just about a masseuse and therapy or a facial or a message. It’s an overarching sentiment attached to a wellness centre along with how they make that sentiment into a beautiful customer experience leaving one feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Unfortunately this spa doesn’t have that edge on consumer experience at all. Evidently with how one of the staff has chosen to make customer feedback into a battlefield can be seen in many of her replies here.
To be very honest I had a great masseuse with brilliant technique at hand. However,
1. The massage room I was in had terrible terrible traffic noise. Figure yourselves out some sound proofing. There are tons of spa who are right on hardcore traffic lanes like body craft, four fountains, etc but not once have I faced this issue with them.
2. The rates are absurd compared to just the above point as it ruins the whole point of going to a spa.
3. The steam hardly had any steam. It’s the same amount of steam that my hot water shower gives out while bathing.
4. Post the shower the outside area was filled with water - and I had carefully shut the bathroom door. It still felt so unhygienic it’s insane.
5. Once you come out of the steam room one needs an AC to soak it all in. But no provision for this either.

If I really did want just a good masseuse - I could’ve easily booked an Urban Clap 5 star rated masseuse. And not this exponential horrendous spa service with no sense on how to make people / customers feel like they’ve had a good spa.

It's a wonderful place and very well trained staff. Very tranquil and serene place situated in the midst of CBD. Treatment is refreshing and rejuvenating. Will come back for sure.

3. You have an option of Light, deep and very deep massage.
4. Very hygienic and the best part is the body wash and shampoo after the massage takes away the oil without a trace.

Being a yoga teacher I was longing a good oil massage, abhyangam and podikizhi package as suggested by Sharmila (who's very approachable and always available no matter how silly your doubt). Thanks team Earthen Wellness for pampering me:)

It is awesome ayurveda massage centre for body pains relief. Staff is friendly had good experience. My wife recovered from her right hand pain. I recommend for good authentic ayurvedic massage here.

Extremely disappointed. My face broke out post their anti acne facial.i don't have any history of skin issues post facials but the facial here led to an instant flare up and inflammation.

Adding further here after reading the owner's response: i did not complain of any headache in my first visit, sad to see you lie like this. I was so much convinced by you that your products don't lead to any reaction at all. You went on to say you are 100% sure and Kama Ayurveda is a fraud product and I got a reaction in the past because I used Kama. I had immense trust and respect in you that I came back again and it feels disrespectful on reading your messages that you feel confused as to why I came back. You are doubting your own ability by saying this. Then in your own spa I got migraine and vertigo which happened for the first time for me and to just be cautious I requested you to give me a therapist which is milder in her massage. As a client we can exercise this much right atleast. In all these visits I didn't say anything to you and overall liked the place. But the problem happened with the facial which prompted me to give an honest review here. And again as a client it's something we are entitled to tell you but you got so defensive and other people who are reading your reviews should know this aspect about your spa.people can face issues but if they are placing their trust in you then it is a part of your job to help them instead of writing such scathing responses.

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. I had abhayangam and Podikizhi massage with male therapist. I can say good-pressure was perfect and he worked on my problem spot to open them up. I'll be back for sure.

Amazing Wellness Centre! Especially for the tired mind and body this is a must visit in Bengaluru, India. I opted for the classical Abhyangam and Facial.loved it. Soul therapies, clean facilities (which is rare!), wonderful staff and pure ayurvedic products. Love the fact they don't use products tested on animals or use chemicals. Will surely visit again. Owner gives a lot of explanations about the treatments.

One of the best, infact the best ayurvedic wellness centre in Bangalore which is a must visit for pure rejunvenation, utmost cleanliness, therpatic relaxation and for its location. The best part is that its completely zero chemical therapies and therapist are extremely professional and friendly who address and cater to all minute details. Do try the abhyangam and pure heaven facial.

Did the Abhyangam & Podikizhi today. Enjoyed the 2 hours there, beautiful ambience, sparkling clean facilities, excellent ayurvedic massage. Experienced masseuse. Been to Kerala every year last 5 years to various resorts but never experienced anything close to the best like I did at this wellness centre. Planning to now bring the wife & mother next. I tried the back massage as I had hurt myself on the shoulder due to excessive weights at the gym. The massage was excellent and relieved my pain to a great extent. The therapist was well trained and the pressure was perfect. Highly recommend the spa for the service, ambience and staff at reasonably prices.

As always Earthen Wellness have given their best services for me and my friends. Really soothing and relaxing massage! Love this place and must visit spa.

Based on the reviews, Me and my wife visited the Spa, opted for Abhyangam therapy and its definitely not worth it. Firstly therapists are not trained. They just pour hot oil on body and rub. They don't know any massaging techniques or pressure points.
In addition to that, shower area doesn't even have shower gel or shampoo, they provide it in small bowl and its not sufficient. Bath mats and slippers are also not provided.

Definitely not worth it for the money.

Very well maintained property and a great service. The staff were very friendly and co-operative. The whole session was very peaceful and worth every penny paid for this location.

Earthen Wellness Spa and Ayurvedic Center is centrally located. As I entered the Spa I was impressed with the serene ambience and the friendly staff. I tried their facial which was excellent. They used various oils and masks suitable for my skin which left it glowing and soft for weeks. Since I suffer from knee pain I also opted for their full body massage with specific emphasis on my knees. The relaxing massage helped me alleviate my pain. I would love to go there again and again

If you enjoy Ayurvedic & natural products, and excellent service this is the place to be. I had an excellent Facial (Usha) and Shirolepa (Mary). I highly recommend Earthen Wellness for the freshness of the products, the expert treatments and soothing ambience.

My husband planned a spa day for myself and my mother-in-law and I must say we had a great experience at Earthen Wellness Spa.
After a long journey from Glasgow to Bengaluru, a head massage, manicure, pedicure and a full body massage were really needed. We were treated by Usha, Mary, Rosy and Veena and they were very professional and polite. We also met Sharmila
who came to make sure we understood the treatments.
The use of Ayurvedic and natural products had made this spa experience unique and we will definately come if we visit Bengaluru again.
There is only one thing I would like to suggest and that's the use of lower phone ringing sound as this will not create any disturbance while you are heavenly enjoying the massage:)

Well. If you want to pay for herbal tea and good ambience you might as well go to Starbucks. The rate of abhyangam massage is 2500/- for two hands and 3000/- for four hands. Pretty steep. I still decided to check it out as I wanted to see the difference. Well.the service. The massage is absolutely mediocre if not bad. I get the same massage done from Kerala ayurvedic centre in Koramangala and it is much better and that too at just 1200/-. The massage therapist did not use the same movements for the diffrent body parts. It was totally random. I am really unhappy with their service and shall never go there. For the price they are charging they should at least have a face wash. But no. They expect you to wash your face with shower gel. For folks who are reading this. Better to stay away. Go to cafe coffee day and have herbal tea and Kerala ayurvedic centre for massage

I had a lovely Abhayangam, full-body massage. Staff was very responsive with messages replying to my questions beforehand and I was able to book for the same day which was very convenient. The masseuse was very kind, asking whether pressure was ok and adjusting as needed. Facilities are clean and elegant. A peaceful moment in hectic Bangalore!
