We admitted my child, we have given to blood samples before coming report they stated treatment there own assumption.
And medicine buying in the counter very worst we need wait for 30 to 50 min in line, after billing again they issue medicine 30 min and more late, it's very worst situation facing people.
Please management has lookup this issue and resolve it soon. Health more important, this is my request.

East point hospital scaning (ultrasound Room) teem is very bad one patient 1 hour teking so many time wasted this Hospital my wife is 3 months pregnant his 3 hours waiting totally 4 patient teking time is 3 hours.very very bad teem

The Urologist Dr. Moin Mohammed is unfit to be called a doctor. Whether his degrees are genuine or not needs to be investigated. I live in Columbia Pacific Community CPC which has a MoU with this hospital.we were referred to this hospital, with my husbands PSA report. The doctor merely on seeing the report said you have either high infection or cancer. He then asked us to do an ultra sound of the bladder. Since it was Saturday the ultrasound was not done and we were asked to come on Monday. Later at night my husband could not pass urine, when we met this doctor after the ultrasound was done it was almost 30 hours with my husband not passing urine. The uncouth, uncultured man laughed and mocked at us and said oh you have 2000 ml of urine and you are so comfortable. This kind of behaviour from a doctor is unpardonable. I have filed a complaint with the Director, Medical Superintendent, Additional Superintendent and also obtained a signed copy from them. They were very apologetic but whether they took any action against this man is not known. His licence should be cancelled and he should be held accountable for his actions. Going to East Point is like walking into a death trap

We are impressed by the dedicated and excellent service rendered by the neuro surgery team helmed by Dr. Mahendra and assisted by Dr. Shruthi and Dr. Wadhera. The surgery carried out by them - L3 - L5 decompression - gave tremendous relief to my mother-in-law who had severe disability in normal walking.
Now she is able to walk. The care provided by the nursing team in special ward 6 was very good.
We are also grateful to Dr. Pradeep who guided us to get admitted in the hospital and gave medication for control of patient's sugar level.

Note: This is not ration shop kindly educate the people who is working there to keep there mind to respond people correctly no one is coming to relex there in hospital if blood is needed kind think y person is coming reaching to blood bank after paying the money and doner is ready to give blood, people who is working there relaxing and informing that come 7: 30 he don't know that blood bank will close when he is informing after going at 7: 18 informing that it is closed what people are thinking we're there are working that is hospital my dear staf don't play with life of the person.

We are very to thankful to staff for their concern and care provided during our stay at hospital. We had consulted the Gynaecologist Dr Ratna Bulusu for our condition and got admitted for the same. All the concerned staff took a good care of us and operated for the same. They regularly kept a close eye on the variations in my health. Also the nursing staff were very keen in looking after us, sending investigations on time and informing the doctors as and when required. We are thankful to all doctors for the cure we have been provided.

Went for cardiatic and ophthalmology checkup. Been advice to see doctor post quick registration with no cost. Got consulation with Qualified doctors. She advised procedures which was absolute nessesary and gave full explanation of possible causes. It's a medical college hospital so you will see consulting doctors as associate/full professor. Specialist consultation (cardiologist) was available at nominal cost and hospital is very well managed and very cleaned. Got ecg, eco test done in 30 min. Test is almost 50% less cost compared to hospitals like manipal etc. Within few hr full carditic screening was done. Very satisfactory experience. No unnecessary waiting time and test procedures, hospital is well equipped in terms of supporting staff, doctors and labs and medical equipments. Not seen many well functioning hospital in India.

Recently my mother got admitted here for dengue positive and discharged. We are very happy and thankful to Doctors Sanjana Rai and Rakshtitha S R for the indepth case study and the treatment they gave. We were not aware that what was the issue since the patient was not having dengue symptoms.they identified the root cause in a step-by-step procedure. We are feeling proud and thankful to them. There are few issues to notify that blood bank is not having coordition with doctors and veryrude with patients.will not explain in a proper way and medical lab reports are delayed that need to be imporeved.few staff nurses will not give any instructions to patients what to follow and what not.

I wanted give some feedback based on my experience in this hospital.

If I registered for master health check up still do i need to pay for some test kits? Definitely NO but here need to pay for some test kit apparent from MHC pay.

There is no proper guidance from representative, non propere documents to get next test Or guidance, and very poor management,

Each test consultant they don't know how to treat patients and more over they make you walk for billing counter for some sort of form, even your try to explain purpose of test still they need some forms,

I strongly suggest do not use this hospital for any purpose.

Am not sure our be loved government give license to such irresponsible hospitals.

My sister aged 69 years who stays in an old age ashram was taken for free medical check with medicines. After she was discharged they had prescribed medicines which was not given to her but was asked to As she does not have any source income she was helpless with the hundred rupees given for transport and medicine. Her ashram is in Kunigal

My father is comes for eye surgery but they are do lot of checkup and also one checkup for one day staff are not qualified they are students, and No experience doctor here doctors all professors only who doing here

Don't visit this hospital, they don't have proper information n equipments too. They will simply keep giving an appointment and fake promises

One of the best hospitals with efficient doctors and courteous staff. I first visited the hospital for my hearing problem. Treated very well. Consultation charges are free. We regularly go there now for any health issues. There is a sense of comfort and a feeling of being in safe hands.

Recently visited for some diagnostic tests. Right from staff at the reception desk to the DR's in General Surgery & Pulmonology Dept, Pathologists in the Central lab, everyone is supportive and guides you without commercial intent. Thanks and appreciate the East Point Hospital.

Cardiologist and Nephrologist missed finer detail in test which was caught by doctor in Jayadeva Hospital. Resulting in changed medication but lost 6 months of time.

1 General doctor scares you to go for test outside and asks to come to his clinic for treatment.

Medicines are prescribed based on which company is sponsoring it. Not what’s best for patients.

Consult doctors but to get better understanding of your problem. Do some of your own research. But if it’s heart related then better go to Jayadeva Hospital.

Medical Representative are also first line health professionals.but your not allowing them atleast before two hour for OPD.why? In Corona time we work a lot for patients benefits. We only arranges all the medicines in time and also investing for hospital programms. All other big corporate Hospitals also allowing.please consider we also health professionals

Worst Hospital. Very irresponsible staff. They will always misplace your blood sample and when you go to collect the test reports, they will ask you to give blood sample once again. Even you complain about this, NO response from management.

Dr. Shesha Sain S pulmonologist in East Point Hospital Bindrehalli is very experienced, kind and friendly doctor. He treated my 82 years old mother and she is very fine now. Also he treated me as my condition was worse, now I am fine.very very experienced and kind Doctor. He is taking full interest in his patients and patients get half recovered by his good and kind talk. May God bless him.

Poor experience without testing anything Dr. Geetha, from Pedatric, asking to admit patient for 15 days. Nothing done when putting 4 days of time in hospital, it was really forced to admit 4 years kid just for fever and forcing for injections which was not needed.

Later on talking same case with private hospitals it was cured with medicines for antibiotics

Worst hospital I have ever seen it's not for emergency. I went to hospital at 12: 40 for gynecologist consultation and nurse told me doctor wont see after 1 but I told her its 12: 40 still 20min time is there then she allowed me to sit a medical student came to me and asked my issue and started writing my history he wasted 10min there and by the time I got into doctor room it was 1: 04pm doctor was irritated to see me she scolded saying it is 1pm already I wont check and then again she told k sit I will consult again she scolded nurse in front of me she saw my history again she scolded me who told u to come at 1pm then I replied saying if u dont want to prescribe medicine you don have to I will go to some others hospital and I walked away. In first place any big hospital like east point should have 1 doctor 24/7 who can handle patients if they decide to close opd after 1pm they must not issue opd slip they can send us back. Important thing is death or pain wont come as per hospital times and this not at all acceptable from a big hospital like east point. My humble suggestion even if ur in emergency proceed little bit further there is a government hospital in Avalahalli which I think might be much better than east point.

These people just give some treatment and extend the patient stay by simply saying sugar levels are high& then saturation level is low

After 6pm there is no proper Doctors and in Emergency/ CASUALTY ward Doctor will fear Attenders with some reasons, i had 2 experience recently
They Holding patients only for ICU billing purposes and not giving recovery treatment, even if they not able to treat they will suggest to admit in ICU for Minimum 24 Hours

Very worst experience with this hospital.my dad was ckd patient we admitted in icu (intense care unit) but here it is wise versa no care unless u go inside and tell doctor r nurse to look at d patient they are not bothered. I lost my dad there with there negligence 1st week of admission they didn't take care and didn't recognize on there infections in body later just gave antibiotics and oxygen and sent us home.
Immediately after a 3days my dad suffered lot in breathing and become unconscious again went to icu admission but same here no doctors did nothing every day they were telling me new kind of disease he have plz take to some other hospital he need to to be operated.when he is stable they didn't refer us to other hospital later after he went under ventilator they are telling us to change hospital.worst to all never go there for any kind of treatment go to vydehi hospital they are professionalist he if they charge more u can make ur patient to servive more with u.but east point is worst in emergency for doctor to come early morning it will take 20mints after I shouted.money he is not important but life is important but even he is not conscious and almost died they are just prolonging.

If u don't have people alive plz go ther r if not take to some other hospital and more ever take ur decision or advice of some other doctors and decide.plz don't go with there words they just fool u with all kind of emotional black mail.money is important to them not d life.

I saw same thing in other patient to after he died also they are issuing a medicine preciscription to bring medicine and after 15mints they told he is no more.

I went for vaccination after booking through Cowin. They made me wait for half an hour and after that they told me that they won’t do it unless they get at least 10 people.

Nurses aren't trained and was unable to give covid vaccination properly. Very slow and pathetic service

Dr Raja Vignesh from Ortho department is great.he got my surgery done as if it was a Normal Procedure.it's very rare to find Doctors like him who guide you step by step in all the aspects and get's everything done as promised.very thankful to have met doctor like him.hates off to Dr Raja Vignesh

Had been here for 2nd dose of covishield vaccination, the vaccination process was smooth from registration to vaccination, even the staff was very qualified and experienced.

You have to bring 10 members along with you to get vaccination even if you booked appointment, few employees who is not in front desk often answer rude for cross question, this will be my last visit

Vaccination drive is good, maintaing premises neatly. BP check SPO2 check is also doing post vaccination.

I applied for my wife's job, based on their advertisement, when we went there, receptionist had no clue whom to contact; finally, we were asked to contact Nursing Administrator who was not even aware of recruitment ad, and instead she was arguing and questioning of credentials. So, we were to leave, they called up running and asked to meet one doctor. Doctor said straightway that they are looking for people who can come on-call as well. Then, Nursing Adminstrator said to meet Medical Supridentant at the medical college. We came home rather. Phew!

For Covid treatment the hospital team working very hard to cure the patients, and wards are totally clean and hygenic well maintained by all department staffs. THANKS A LOT TO THEM. LET OUR PRAYERS FOR THE HEALTH THE COVID WARRIORS.

Today, i went for covid test for my international travel. My experience is quite poor in terms of they are taking samples for test. I felt more scary while giving the sample because of too much exposure.

1. The person who took the sample is just 18-20 year, not even concerned about the covid risk for people.he may be as contractors
2.no hygiene maintained while taking sample, he removed gloves from his pocket and kepted everything on table
3. His gloves touched my face while taking sample from throat

Overall, I don’t recommend to go for covid test in this hospital if you need the test for travel.

My suggestion to hospital management that they should have right skilled people to take samples.

This Hospital Just works for the Sake Of MCI inspection. Usless camps are conducted very often and they get the patients from rural side guaranteeing them a treatment but none of the patients gets properly treated infact they even bring the cases which cannot be treated or out of the hospital strength. They just use Patients as Scapegoats for the Sake of inspection. Yes I said it right they are Used As “ Scapegoats”.
And eventually because of the so called management Doctors are the one who hear the cuss words from patients. And moreover Doctors Get Zero respect from the patients. You resignation letter is accepted with out a word but salary is withhold and never given.
Principal sir is friendly, good person helps you with your academics. But in the end he also come under our inspection minded Management. So can’t blame him.
If you are Doctor and wanna work here please do not coz you get Zero respect here and u get cheated with ur salaries. If you are patient and looking for care yes good doctors are available but make sure u just became a scapegoat for the so called MCI inspection. This hospital is never service minded and they are worried about inspection for half of the time. W

I had worked in this hospital as JR for almost 6months (sept 19-Jan 20). As I was planning to join pg entrance coaching I had to leave the job before the MCI inspection was over. They had made us work a lot and even had made me get back to work when there was my own sister's marriage. They used to credit salary on 12 or 14 of next month. After I left the job they didn't credit my January's salary. When I called the office they either didn't receive my call or acted like they couldnt hear due to bad connection and purposefully cut the call several times. So i had posted the facts about this hospital in review. Later they started talking about many rules which never mattered earlier. They threatened me to remove the review telling if MCI sees the review they will have problems. I removed the review for them. But they never credited my salary. This is worst place for a doctor or any other health professional to work.

My parents who are both above 70 years old are quarantined there now from their recent arrival to India from USA. The general cleanliness is poor and attention to their needs is lacking. I am a physician in USA. I question the rationale for Indian Government regulation of quarantining older people with poor immunity and increase their risk of exposure manifold. I question their scientific background for this decision. I hold the Government liable for any adverse outcome. Please help spread the word. I wish I could’ve given zero stars.

Please dont beleive any other reviews. Am a 1st year student here. I know how the college campus is. The system of teaching is also very bad. No good teachers and doctors. If u need u can choose a better college.please beleive my words.dont get in this trap.

My mother Indira was admitted to the ICU due to a stroke.
The doctor Mr Deepak was so patient listened to our concerns explained to us all about the stroke my mother had.
Dr Deepak Dr Prem Kumar Dr Radhakrishna, Dr chennamma all are Great doctors equivalent to God.
A big salute to the staff in ICU for treating my mother so well. Thank you Annamma Sister, Rashmi Sister and all in ICU.

To be very honest, if you are unable to get a special ward at this hospital then please don't get admitted even if they are asking you to. I have been admitted here twice in total. The first time I was in a special ward where the treatment was simply perfect. You have a nurse that will come check on you quite frequently and as it is your own ward, the facilities come clean your toilet once or twice during the day. The second time was simply miserable! I was put in the general ward as there were no special wards available at the time and the services here are pathetic! 2 commodes are shared between 10 patients and the toilets here and never clean! Like the facilities come clean the toilet once a day.the water never works, the nurses are plain rude as mentioned on a previous comment as well.it's just hell! I went though more torture trying to withstand the hospital than the sickness that I was facing!

Visited this hospital in October last week after my father suffered a major accident with head injury and hand fracture.
We were treated by the orthopaedician Dr. Rajavignesh. He promptly tended to the patient, and explained to us about the surgery needed. Within 24hours he performed the surgery of putting plate in the hand bones. Recovery was excellent and today again he has even asked my father to drive bike, 3 months after accident. Extremely efficient and patient friendly surgeon.
Hospital costs are nominal and has good facilities.
Overall good doctors and a decent hospital

Very bad service. Made an 83 year old wait for 2 hours for sonography. When his turn came after the long wait, didn't test him, instead sent someone else to be tested before him. Unable to hold his bladder anymore, he had to empty his bladder and they tested him in an empty bladder. Pathetic lab services.

Extremely disappointed by the way things are managed at the East Point Hospital. I took my daughter for an oxygen nebulization for which I had a prescription from our Pediatrician, I had the mask and the medicine as well, all the hospital had to provide me with was an oxygen connection and possibly a nurse to connect it, but they made me run around the hospital: first to casualty then to registration then billing and finally after half an hour to room no. 7. There the nurse, said she needed to check with the doctor (for what we dont know), we had made the payment for the nebulization (which in most hospitals it is done after the nebulization) later she comes out to tell us to return after half an hour! I mean what the hell is happening in the hospital no body seems to know, sending back patients after taking the payment without any remorse! Its such hospitals that give the whole profession a bad name!
