Stay away from the branch, the front office is with some 2 irresponsible guys, who doesn’t own a basic degree to do the job.

Very professional service. If the paper work is a ready, then not much of waiting time is required. It's in the middle of the business district, so other activities can be clubbed.

The security guy comes behind you like as though you are going to robbe the place worst place to get your money exchange.

Showed that it is functional till 6pm on Saturday. The needlessly aggressive guard with a gun shooed me away saying it is post 130 and it’s shut. I can’t get in.
Can’t talk about the operations. But if the service at the entry is this, I don’t have high hopes for the experience.

Disorganized staff. Handling many customers simultaneously. Don't accept Credit Card or Cheques. Had to go to the nearby ATM and pay in Cash for my ForEx.

The only place around where I managed to cash out my Western Union transaction. In other places they have a limit up to 50000 rupees per day.
Still office works a bit slow and asks a lot of documents: passport, visa and even your printed foto. Took me around 40 minutes to cash out.

Don’t believe This people, Last week we took China currency from this people, after reaching China we realised we go duplicated notes,
We try to deposit in hotel, We are shocked after hearing masses from my hotel person,
Immediately I passed the massage to Ebixcash Team Member Mr. Manjunath,
After hearing my voice he said come to india I will exchange,
Today I went to they’re office and ask about exchange of duplicate notes what I received from Enixcash,
Mr. Manjunath he’s not at all agreed to give us,
Finally I understand this people is 420 person,
It’s my request every one don’t believe this person and company,
I lost around 12k,

Went here for buying USD. Hassle free experience. People are supportive.
Better to take cash for exchange as they charge 4% swiping fee on cards.

Unprofessional people. Don't trust them especially for forex cards. Will take weeks to activate the card and customer care people false promises.
