We went after a ling time to join the buffet but that is not there any more. The food was very disappointing for Ebony and when you spend so much expecting the best …. Its very disappointing. Every dish even the drinks need to be improved!

A very good place for dinning out. The Ebony is on 13 th floor. There is paid parking available. 50%discount for hotel dinners. The service was very fast. The food was very tasty. Only the biryani was with less salt. We had a relaxed lunch in the beautiful ambience.

Very nice place with a view of the whole city. It is located on the thirteenth floor and is divided into two areas: a restaurant area and a lounge bar area overlooking the stadium. Only flaw music a bit too loud in the lounge bar. The restaurant is very welcoming

Amazing atmosphere but the food taste can be better. The wasabi mushroom did not taste like wasabi, it tasted more like mayonnaise mushroom. The passion mocktail was too sweet. Lasuni palak paneer tasted like normal palak paneer. Over all the food needs improvement else all good.

The place felt ok. The reception was cold like they don't care if ur there. The restaurant was begging for a renovation. Food was good I guess that's the only reason people still go there. Everything I ordered took forever to be served. Overall the whole experience was bad except the food

Ebony needs no introduction to anyone who has spent few months in Bengaluru.

I went there first time 12 years ago for an office party. Then decided to throw surprise birthday party for my wife (first one after marriage). Friends and family loved it and why not. The open air seating is just lovely. Many restaurants applied this concept later on but nobody has MG Road for the view.

Anyway, this last time I threw my own birthday party for select friends. It was unforgivable experience. The staff was kind enough to move our seating from inside to outside. The tasty food, good service, ambience, the view everything was perfect.

We all were feeling adventurous so ordered Salt and Pepper Crispy Lotus Root, Wasabi Mushroom (though chef went over protective mode and put almost no Wasabi, but they had great crunchy texture), Nasi Goreng and Pho among others.

Rooftop restaurant with different Pan Asian cuisines. Pricey meal, lunch with a non alcoholic drink was about 1000rs per person, but the atmosphere and food are very good.

Nice view. Delicious dishes. Cordial and fast service. They serve South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, South East Asian and some continental. Parking at Barton's Center basement is free with hotel bill.

Upmarket family restaurant with variety of sit outs available. The terrace sit outs are excellent and even with heavy rains it was quite comfortable to sit without getting soaked.
The food was good and the cocktails were decent. Fried Rice and Vegetable stew would be a heavily recommended dish and needs to be tried. The Dewar's Penicillin was excellent but the Old Fashioned cocktail was a big let down. Stay away from it.

One of the best places to visit in bangalore for a very good food and environment, ask for arcot mutton chops (starter). The waiters were helpful especially selvaraj and sunil

Well, place & ambience is good not doubt about it, but the food has to pick up its quality here, I had ordered jeera rice and it was cooked with soda, we had to suffer after consuming it. So people please think about your health before reserving a table here. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Everything was so good except for Dal makhni.being from punjab I was looking forward to taste dal makhni here but the dal makhni here wasn't creamy much.on starters I loved the yakhni soup and the banana blossom.

Have been here with family quite a number of times. Food is tasty and it's a good restaurant to visit with family. Would have given 4.5 stars if there was an option. 0.5 is lost due to delay in delivery of the food.

This restaurant is at the 13th floor from where you get one of the good view of the city. Had been here for dinner where they had arranged candle light. The food was good and you get a wide range of vegetarian and non vegetarian options. You also have a good collection of drinks available. The staff and service is good. Ambience is also pretty good.

Food really average, doesn't justify the price at all. Cocktails are okay. Ambience is really good but one goes to restaurant to eat. So food is the priority.

Ebony, the well known hotel, at the 13th floor. Enjoy the city's best visual treat from this hotel. Menu is bit costly, but worth a lot.

Ebony was worth spending an evening with family and kids.

Unlike Pubs which has loud music, Ebony is calm and quite with light karaoke music played all the time.

The lighting, setting and spacing is wonderful.

Go for any Cocktail and you won't regret it. Wanna try something special that has Sparking wine? Pornostar Cocktail is excellent.

Bloody Mary, classic and one drink is enough to get you into good mood. I tried the God's Own and that felt more like a juicy drink. If something light is what you are looking for, God's Own is a good choice.

Wit Beer is light and an excellent drink to start with to get the mood going. However, getting high with the beer is not an option.

Let's move onto the food. Be warned that Thai Mutton is rather sweet. It's good but order only if you are with a group or you might find yourself struggling to take more than two pieces because of the sweet.

Tandoori Chicken, Malai Chicken, Prawns were all just amazing dishes. I say, experiment with thier food but be sure you ask if it's spicy or not.

Overall, highly recommend if you are accompanied with kids and parents. Quite, calm, nice music and awesome dishes.

Ebony, was nice as always. We, had our lunch @ the open area, Covid restrictions and protocols well implemented. Food was good. Waiters pleasantly mannered.

Great place. Food and drinks reasonably priced. Only glitch is they are closing by 9 and very short-handed to manage the rush from 7 to 9

The ambience is okay, thanks to the balcony and outdoor seating plus BLR weather.
The food is almost a shame; hence the poor rating. Inconsistent and avg service.

The restaurant located on MG road offers an excellent view of Bangalore city. Food and mocktails range is good. Evenings will be better time to visit as the view from the 13th floor would be a great experience.

Visited this place for dinner tonight. Had visited this place earlier over a decade ago and I must say, it hasn't lost its charm at all especially the terrace dining area that's lit with fairy lights in the he background and candles on each table. Food was great too and the menu had an equal number of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. The only thing they need to work on is the time management. Service was quite slow. The number of staff handling all tables should probably be increased because there was just one person taking all the orders and serving all tables. At one point I felt sorry for him because he was running from one table to the other. Except this one thing, everything else was great. Would recommend the restaurant for sure.

Worst Experience. Visted with family. One of the Staff or the Manager asked to leave. We got the table at 3: 30 and sat for 4 hours orders stuff had food. When opted for dinner the manager asked to leave in a rude manner. If running a business he should know how to treat customers and not ask them to leave for making more orders.such a liar manager he said his other customers are waiting outside for the table and he can't allow us to sit.

When we came out the manager sarcastically asked us to leave. And there were no customer's waiting. Never want to go back again because of the rude behaviour.

We were sitting in outdoor space and came inside for dinner since it was raining and there were leakage everywhere. When came inside the manager asked to leave. Since he decided the status of people. Such 3rd class thought.

Very bad experience this time.waiter Grish behaviour very rude.continuously asking to us before 8 o'clock we qre taking last order placed order fast my small baby cried a lot so my husband take her ouside.he couldn't understand our situation and standing near our table and asking 2 or 3 times when we ate our dinner.when I told him he refused to accept his mistake and telling lie.this very redicules.

The view is beautiful.the food as well was no less.and so was the hospitality by the staff.was real good experience

Food was great and so was the ambience. Attentive service! Bit on the pricey side but great if you have a special treat in mind for someone. I recommend this place with no hesitation! My first meal at a restaurant after a year of pandemic, and it was wonderful. My dinner companion loved the desserts too!

This is one of the most beautiful places you would want to relax, feel the wind and have their yummy delicacies:) Its on the 13th floor, view is beautiful, with a candle light dinner. The Thai food is just amazing, must try platters as well. Overall a very romantic and cozy place, must visit?

Highly Overrated. It's like putting a few tables and chairs on a balcony with very dim lighting and boring music.
I asked them to decorate a table for my anniversary for which they charged 1100. They put a red table cloth and 4-5 roses on it. They got a tiny piece of cake. That was it.
I was running late and called them to inform beforehand that I'll be half an hour late as per my reservation. The receptionist straightaway told me that they can't keep the table for the whole evening. And this was on a Wednesday evening with no rush. I found it rude. It's a boring, dull place. There are much better places in Bangalore worth your time and money.

Sole reason for two stars are only staff’s selective behavior toward us while we were there for a family dinner.

They will tell you about long waiting time but the fact is once you are inside, will notice almost 20-30% of tables are free I couldn’t understand reason behind it.

We finished the food but small things like salt pepper/ spoons/ water were never given on time, is this what one expects from highly priceed restaurant?

It was first and last time for us, please improve!

Very rude response from reception end.they won't provide proper response.they yell at the customers.we were planning for family get-together of 12 members.after talking to them felt not to book.

Food and beverage price is nominal and never ever buy bottled water. Water is over priced (Rs 375 for 750ml).

Called the restaurant for detail. Repeated myself thrice on what I required. The guy had absolutely no listening skills and was so confused and had me waiting for every question I asked. Please improve your customer service.
