I've going to this salon for quite sometime. I mostly prefer having services like Haircut, Facewax, Eyebrow threading. Hairstylist Monu is a calm and polite person and takes care of their customer very well. Sobbu, who does Face waxing and threading also knows what she is doing. Overall they offer a good service. I'm statisfied with their service and would definitely recommend others also.

Meera provides best in service.she suggests and provides required services. Receives people with a good smile. Thanks Meera.

Monu is a professional hair stylist. He is perfect in hair cuts and beard cuts, the way he receives is very gentle and professional. He is also patient.

I came to this salon without any knowledge about them when my hair was very dull and was chemically treated. For my surprise, they have improved my hair quality so much. They treat me like a personal customer. Suggest me with all good products that would improve the hair texture, reduce the dandruff. I don't think i can switch to any other salon after coming here. The best quality service i have ever received. Would highly recommend.

Still I can't understand why they took Rs 200 for my haircut and Rs 400 for my daughter (7 years) haircut. Actually they have cut more hair for me.

Banisha is exceptionally well trained and perfect in her job. Very good people skills too:). Inspite of couple of challenges due to power cut etc she did a great clean job. Thank you.

Please hire experienced people. The lady did my eyebrows and it was so painful. Also, you name it as a premium spa (pedicure) but nothing was premium about the pedicure. I can get the same pedicure for 400 rupees and you charged me a lot. Really disappointed

I recently got a fringe hair cut but wasn’t good as expected. The hair stylist was not too experienced with the haircut I requested for. They charged me 700₹ for a simple haircut which included hair wash. Overall experience was not good.

Naresh has done a very good job with my haircut. I will be getting my haircut done by him every time I need one. He makes sure to give me and my friends a perfect haircut in his own style.

Got the best haircut I've ever had before. I have very thick hair and it's very hard to manage and Mr Naresh thinned it well and was precise with how much hair I asked him to cut. Good service, though not the best. The staff were very polite even though we reached very late. We both had haircuts which were done well. I feel my color streaks were not done well because the streaks were done too much to the front of my head and now I look like an old lady rather than someone with streaked hair. I hope I'll look better when my hair grows a little, but till then I'm having to look for new ways to hide the streaks in the front. There was a navaratri offer going on, but the staff at the counter apparently didn't know about that and had to call and confirm about the discount. Other than these two issues, I feel the service was quite good.

It was a great atmosphere inside the salon. The Staff are so trained and provide satisfied service with suggesting good things. Look back to visit again.

I have been going to this Salon since a year and the hairstylist that used to be available is no more working. He was great.

Since then all hairstyle's seems to be local and unprofessional. Two times in a row thinking this salon will give good service, have got me new hairstylist everytime saying they are good. Both the times they spoiled my hairstyle.

The cutting I received is the one anyone on roadside can do it. I will never recommend anyone if you looking for good hairstylist in this Salon as they have none.

Pathetic cut I got yesterday. Plus this guy call Naresh, seems to don’t understand, he knows only one haircut which will spoil your entire mood.

The person who did haircut and massage didn't wear mask. They charge 400 for a 10-15 mins haircut which is too much compared to any other saloon in the area or to urban clap.

Very inexperienced staff. The staff keeps changing every month. The person who was supposed to cut my hair looked like he was from a normal barber shop with no professional training. He doesn't know the haircut name, how to do it, and what style it is. Irrespective of any style you request or anything you say he ended up doing the normal haircut only. Just having a good looking place and charging super high. The professionals are equivalent to who you can get at a normal barber shop for 50/-

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I went in for a simple hair cut (u cut) with a side fringe. They made me wait for 20 minutes when they only had one other customer. The lady who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing I had to explain it over and over again about what I wanted. She was fully occupied with herself and she had to stop the hair cut twice to answer the call. When she came back to the haircut she would start with an other side completely. She ruined both the u cut and the side fringe. Would not recommend this place for anyone and would surely not be visiting this salon ever again.

Padma she understands the need and assists, suggests best with her lovely nature. These people will make you wait for half an hour and once your chance will come they will start treating others!
Please don’t get this biased towards others. If you are friends with some. Or you know them it’s fine. But the way you consider others. Not acceptable. Worst service! I expected it to be nice but I had to leave abruptly.

I am really happy with the services they provide! Very professional staff! Cleanliness is maintained very well! When come to the services, really wow! Must go place for all your beauty needs! Completely satisfied with their services!

Had straighting in eclipz. It's been 6 months now still the straighting in intact. I recommend eclipz for all types of hair styling.

I go there regularly for beard trimming. Kiran one of the hair dressers is very good and professional. The staff is very well mannered.

Very horrible experience, more over the staff 's new to their profession. The management will let the staff to do experiments on the costumers.staffs will be changing for every 2 months and as they are new to the profession poor service is done by the staff. They had literally cut my skin while waxing and threading. Every time I go their they LL make some damage to my face. Worst customer service

The service was good but too costly. I didn't asked for head and back massage, but they done it by themselves and charged for the same, without any confirmation which is really bad.

Rates are bit high. For ammonia L'Oreal color they asked for 1000 bucks. They should revisit it. Haircut was good though
