I found 4 issue in this PG, 1st they will charge around Rs 250 for maintenance but there is no proper maintenance (not hygiene). 2 nd each floor has wifi which has to cover over 25+ people means wifi is slow. 3rd electric bill each floor has 6 to 8 meter board which are not working they will simply glow light at the end they decided the electricity bill based on one floor energy consumption so it's is not faire (because some of them are taken single sharing although they get around 1000+ electric bill). 4th the electricity for WiFi, corridor bulb, refrigerator, and for cooking (kitchen) are connected to normal our energy meter only (means we have to pay for there needs).

Stayed for a month in this PG. Uninterrupted electricity, water and good internet facilities at our floor.
Food may taste vary for outside Bangalurians.
Hot water and washing machine facilities available.

One of the worst pg in yeshwantpur. Don't choose this pg. Food is also not good and only a single washing machine, limited food, money minded owners, and then so many rules. If you are paying in any advance, they are not given they are telling blabla so don't lessen that things when you are vacating that will be ask. And one more thing daily same food. Room maintenance is not good, so please don't choose this pg, in the down side so many pgs there please go and join there.

If you have searched for PG with cheap rate with all facility including wifi am suggested Eco house PG.even they have Single and 2 shared and 4 share rooms. Main attraction is calm atmosphere & good quality unlimited WIFI.

Good place to sat. Rooms are well furnished. Tv and wifi available. Near to yeswantpur and sandal soap factory metro stations. Also yeswantpur bus terminal is nearby.

Good experience staying in Eco Hospitality PG. Quality rooms with good food and owner is very helpful.

Would not recommend. I keep visiting this place to meet a friend who lives here on the 2nd floor, and almost every time I get a splitting headache because of the noise and direct bloody pollution from the main road! It's just impossible to stay here beyond a few hours. I have heard from my friend that certain costs like electricity are not fairly charged to the tenants, also rent is increased without fail every year. The rooms aren't well ventilated that's why you always see the room doors kept open to let air in. There is not even parking available for this whole bloody building!

Food is very tasty and the rooms are so hygienic.if any problem comes we will get quick response from the staff.

Never ever go for this P. G.not even a single amenity is good to stay at pg.
So many bad things are there cleanliness is not maintaining, food is very very bad, everywhere we can find rats roaming and monkeys are also there in PG, wi-Fi speed is very slow, very limited food and taste is also worst. It was a horrible experience I had in my stay at pg. Please I request you not to suggest anyone to opt thos PG. They don't care what ever we complain. But monthly they will start asking for rent without kiss (Money minded). Actually i wanted give no star only but i cannot post this without rating.

Worst pg ever. Manager named Reeta will shout on the people's uncessarily. Don't expect refund of your advance, they never give it back. All of them are money minded. It a SCAM!

PG Owner is Money minded person, they will not pay your Deposit amount inspite of you rent promptly. Only south side people are there for cooking, If you inform they will say get out from PG.because they eat your deposit. Go but don't pay deposit. About cleanliness thats Normal, food is not good. Totally not worth for money you pay.

Best pg. My stay was very comfortable. Staff is helpful. I got full deposit refund. Food is decent enough. Every day we get Roti so it was good.

They are cheaters the owner and manager both are fraud nothing is good their the facility and every their behaviour is also very rude

Rooms are small, only one washing machine for whole PG, food is OK, Warden is very friendly and cordial.

Good pg. They serve chapatis everyday. So best option for North Indians in Yashwantpur location.

The worst PG available in Yeshwanthpur possible. They reduce unnecessary amounts from security amounts. The food is very unhygienic. The authority threatens people if they are leaving. The owner is very rude. Stay away from this PG.

Small rooms, big people. Bad bathroom. But cheap rates. Food is worse than government freely distributed food for below poverty line people. I gave the food to a hungry stray dog nearby, it refused to eat and chased me for a km and looked in an abusive manner.

They provide cleaning of room everyday and here u will get north n south indian food. Automatic washing machine is there. Staff here takes quick action on any issue in room.

It is good pg and regarding saftely for girls is better and way of response is too good.take care is too good

Homely atmosphere with really good facilities. They gives atmost importance for cleanliness and making us feel comfortable. Friendly maids and staffs. Good security service. Perfect location in all ways with all required facilities available nearby.

I don't even feel like giving 1 star to this shittyest place

Worst PG I have ever stayed. Facilities are different what they have shown in website.
1. Only one table-chair set in double sharing room. That too small.
2. Two people have to share one locker (half-portion for each).
3. No hangers in room for managing clothes.
4. They don't provide pillow. And never changed bedsheets during my stay.
5. Room & bathroom cleaning is not on regular basis. If I remember it was once in a week.
6. They provide breakfast and dinner. To attain their mess, you have to carry your own plate/bowl/ tray (which they don't provide). Food quality is not at all good and served in limited quantities. If I remember, in breakfast only 2 Roti or paratha or poori with chutney or some curry & in dinner 3 Roti/ rice and small quantity low-consistency dal and curry. Sunday night they serve chicken & better not to mention about it. They don't have dinning area. Either you have to dine in terrace (where they run kitchen) or on the stairway or in your room. After food you have to wash your plates in bathroom (which I found bit awkward).
6. For entire building (boy's PG building) one washing machine in terrace. And to be honest it's a ruined one. For God's sake owner (Mrs. Kodani) please change that.
7. For entire one-building, they have a single RO water in 3rd Floor (if I remember correctly).
8. In bathroom they have geyser facility.
9. The most shocking thing I found is electricity-meter for each room. Boarders YOU HAVE TO PAY for the electricity bill in addition to the monthly PG rent. They mentioned geyser facility. I MEAN what kind of facilities is that "IF I AM USING GEYSER AND PAYING AN EXTRA ELECTRICITY BILL FOR THAT. "
10. Most people rated good for this PG are either her (Mrs. Kodani's) relatives or PG staff (Babina). Owner & staff please learn some etiquette to speak to the boarders staying in your PG. They are paying.

Who's over posting low ratings/ bad reviews, owner claims them as competitors.and also mention that in their online database records are not available.really funny. I stayed here for months or less (I guess). And if we analyze owner's statement, high ratings for this PG is given by their associates.

Anyway guys, before finalizing and boarding here:
1. Visit this PG, check for the facilities they claim and provide.
2. Ask for their 2-pages terms and conditions manual (which they have not mentioned in the website).
3. Have a look at their kitchen (for hygiene) and dining area (which they claim to have, although I don't find it during my stay).
4. And discuss with the persons staying there.

This post is just to guide outsiders (students, jobless and job holders) coming to the city.

And yes.owner please update your website and photographs for Mathikere and Yeshwantpur branch.don't misguide people.
