Scammers.they are not deliver the product for last 10 days. IVR is pathetic. No customer care service at all

I didn't find less reviews than this or else i could have been did the zero. Since 2 days product is not delivered and they are least bothered such idiotic experience with irresponsible delivery people i have ever seen. I have been calling 4 people many times and they saying as it's on the way & sometimes they are saying shortage of delivery team with the full of lies. ECOM EXPRESS worst delivery partner & worst customer support company

3rd rated useless service in Bangalore.they dont deliver and they cancel it without reason and the call centre numbers never connect and also the manger number never gets picked up.you are left in the dark. Pathetic service.

Worst service.they mention without attempting delivery undeliverable.
In the SMS they provide agent / delivery manager phone numbers.
When i call them they don't receive / pick call.
Really unprofessional don't prefer this courier

Very bad pathetic service by Ecom express nobody comes for reverse pickup but daily calls to confirm if we are available at the location but then nobody comes the pickup dates keeps changing daily and the status is automatically marked as pickup not done, no proper customer service contact details provided if need help even the ivr call doesnt work properly i dont understand why amazon and such big companies are tied up with such cheap scammer courier companies.please i request all the sellers and companies dont use this ecom express and waste customers time and money.there are better courier options.ecom express is worst.fraud scammers please becareful.it doesnt even deserve 1 star but i am force to give.it deserves to be banned and closed.

On its portal it says delivery is expected on 5th July 2023.

Today it’s already 6th July almost over and portal is still showing same. Customer care number is automated, chat is automated and no way out to talk to individual to get actual idea when the delivery is going to happen.

From two days the delivery person is not coming to pick the item. When I called him he started yelling to me. Take immediate action.

No customer service via email or phone.
Delivery boy is not delivring my parcle and no way to contact him.

I have ordered Jacket from Meesho. Delivery boy took OTP as it's OTP based product and deliver somewhere else and now he is not answering my calls. I have not received my product yet. Very irresponsible.

Very rude Sanjay delivery boy while asking when you will come for pick he cancelled my pick up and they don't have proper address very defficult to catch them waited more than 10 days.

I even couldn't able to talk to customer care staff if i call to that number and if i go for kannada they just stop talking and says wrong input

I had ordered a medicine through Tata1 mg. It was despatched from somewhere near Delhi. It arrived at Bangalore on the 19th. Today is26th. I keep getting messages stating that it will be delivered. I had complained to Tata1 mg about the useless service of the Bangalore courier. I don't know what is the fate of the medicine. The mobile phone is switched off permanently and the landline is a dumb one.

Service is bad! I had a Flipkart order that took10 days to be shipped from one part of Bangalore to this delivery center (As though it took a walk!). Even then, every morning I get a message saying "Out for delivery", and evening they mark it was "Could not be delivered", without even coming or calling me. Kept happening for 3 days in a row. Then I saw these reviews here that they never deliver. SO I went to the warehouse and picked up the item. When asked about this behavior, they said "We don't know"! LoL not sure why Flipkart even uses this pathetic service.

Worst service. The package got delivered to e-com Bellandur center on June 17th. My house is just 3 km away and the package was never delivered until I personally went and collected. They say shortage of man power. Worst is they simple mention as out for delivery in the system and never bring the package and make wrong reasons says customer did not have opt. Worst experience

Horrible services to say the least. Have ordered something from Meesho. Last two weeks, waiting for this order and still not not received. Not able to contact customer care, which 24*7 says the executives are busy.
Missed child’s important event because of this.

Today is Feb08 2022 and Delivery did not happen at all. Be aware of this company you may end up loosing ur valuable courier items

Extremely bad service. They say the customer refused to accept delivery when they haven't even come to address. A bunch of liars!

I waited patiently for 1 week for my package to travel from Tamil Nadu to Bangalore. Finally I got message on 6th day that my packed will be delivered "Today" I spoke to the deliver guy over phone, he was so irresponsible he said he will try to deliver today. Then later that day i got a message saying "Not Delivered as you were not available" I have been whole day waiting for the package. After that I registered complaint 3 times and no proper response, I still din't receive my package. Just pathetic.

This company has been helping to deliver products from a fraud company and now when I raised a complaint they are not sharing the contact no of the company from where they got the delivery. And are neither refunding back the money to me.

Worst delivery service I've ever seen, when I checked my product's airway number it's said to be delivered. But I haven't received the item.the guys are fraud.

Kindly do not use Ecom Express, they misuse your ID data. I have had a very bad experience with them

They have hired deaf people who are not ready to listen to you and they will not deliver your courier it is their wish they want to deliver request has been raised but no one has responded please try avoiding service from Ecom Express

Delivery guys called 3 days back and said that he will be delivering. I'm still waiting only. The company is a joke.

Better would be to just shut down the company, go home and sleep if they are not interested in working why waste others time?

Worst service ever seen.no delivery attempt and just updating the comments that customer is not available from last 3 days.

The worst ever courier service that is available in India at this time. They simply updated as product delivered, without delivering the parcel, not even received phone call regarding delivery. POD is also not available with them. I am planning to lodge a complaint in consumer court. Customer care is useless and so unproffessional no response even after 1 week of registering complaint.

Pathetic is an underrated word for this third class cheap logistic provider. Flipkart and Amazon will lose their customers if they continue to partner with this cheapster 3rd class provider. The product was never delivered and the order status shows Delivered. Im blasting Flipkart everyday and hope to get the refund. Excom express should be blacklisted and shut down. Flipkart and Amazon hope you are hearing us out!

Bad service, they won't give the product to you! By saying not getting OTP at time of delivery!

These people just don't even deserve 1 star. They make up the comment saying customer not available at resident without even trying to deliver the product. Very unprofessional people.

Worst courier service in India, very unprofessional people. Customer care people are useless. Rating should be 0 star.

Such a pathetic courier service with a bunch of crooks. They have falsely updated order as Delivered and after contacting customer care, I am not getting any help. Luckily it is a 200rs priced item, never trust this courier. Go with any other couriers, but not this.

1) They never attempt to deliver.
2) their ivr doesn't work.
3) you will never get your product.

Better change to some other service provider, does paytm listen?

Delivery guy called me. I explained him the exact address. Was waiting for my packet. I received SMS saying"Courier undelivered, because customer was not present". WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER.

No logs with flat security and my entire family was available. I can see same issue with other customers. Such a waste

Horrible Attitude of Call Center People, Delivery guys return stuffs without delivering and state that "Undelivered due to Consignee not available " when reaching out to Customer Care, they dont talk properly and provide wrong details each and every time! Initially they provided Jagadeeshwaran, who doesn't remotely work with EComExpress, called Call Center again and confronted, they gave different number. Each and every time they say unrelated stuffs regarding the order and tracking details. Best of all, they work only from 8 to 8, after that only god knows what happens to your parcels. Stay away from these idiotic craps!

Not even worth any star, Stupid and irresponsible service, Don't even respond to queries properly and never ever done a delivery at proper time i believe. Frustrating the customer forever to even do a document collection and verification
