Don't deal with them. They never deliver the parcels and customer care doesn't do anything. I struggled for my parcel for 10 days and gave up finally. No delivery happened.

Even we should not give one star also a worst courier service as I didnt got my delivery yet pls no one go with this courier service as I m cling them from 1 week they are saying within 72 hrs with 24 hrs but not yet received my order

Worste courier service i have never ever saw if we are not available they won't comer next day directly they cancelled the order worst service

One of the WORST courier services. They say no manpower, then y do they run the services. Can shut down and let other services work who deliver as promised. They keep changing the delivery date & if they can't deliver, they themselves update it as item returned as if they had paid for us. Bakwas services!

Wrost service. Marked as delivered without delivered packages. Dont select this courier if you are making prepaid Orders

No customer care number to reach out. Product is in undelivered state from past 5 days. Still no updates. Uselsss courrier service. Batter pay some more money and go with other courrier service

The courier is not delivered even after complaining for 3 times. It is more than 7 days now after the tracking chart says out for delivery since 27 Jan 2022.
Atleast give us the delivery boys contact no.so that we can track or collect the courier ourself.

They don't even deserve a star, but what to do there r no other options. The other name for worst delivery partner is ecom express. The customer care is also worst not responding properly.

The worst delivery center in the world, These people's are suitable for begging only, these bloody delivery center keeping my courier from 1 month, still didn't made a single attempt to deliver my shipment.

This Is worst service provider. Never ever send any courier from this company. My courier from Amazon reached Bangalore on 12th Oct. Till now the product has not been delivered. And finally I by myself visited Ecom express to check and the reply I got from them is they don't have sufficient employees. Do they need more then 12 days to deliver after product reaching Bangalore. They don't know how to behave with the customers. I spent my time and visited Ecom express the staff are not willing to spend some time to check and give the product. Return with empty hand. I don't want to give rating 1 also, but not accepting so given 1 rating. Thanks for Ecom express for your very good response when I was in your office.

Not delivering and update wrong status that customer not available in address better to close the company

My product raached the hub on 13th October. Till now I didn't recived product. Worst Staff and delivery Agent's. Not at all good, worst company. Better to close the Company.

Previously the deliveries were good but my recent order has not been delivered yet saying either I refused the order or the address is unlocatable whereas I have recieved previous orders in this address itself + I didn't deny any order, the delivery executive denied to deliver it on the date. After few minutes it said customer refused the order which is totally false. Kindly look into the matter please or else the company is loosing its name.

It is worst courier service, their customer helpline deny the tracking number available on their own website has wrong. Every day they update in their website that item will be delivered next day from past 28 August 2021 and as on date they have not delivered the consignment.

Absolutely useless incompetent people.

I will prefer zero star, they will not deliver on time, if I call and asking about delivery they responded and telling they will deliver the package whenever they want. They will call every day and taking the address but in the evening they update wrong status in tracking. Pleas change your name from "Ecom Express" to "Ecom nodelivery"
