Worst experience. Very polite while taking order and collecting the chair. They commit a weeks' time for delivery of finished chair. After that, they would keep pushing the days ahead and wont pick up your calls. I am waiting from last 2 weeks and not sure if i have been cheated also. No response from them absolutely.
Finally, after repeated follow up s' and filing a complaint with national consumer helpline, we received our chair back on 19tg morning. Basically, 19 days to repair a chair.

Worst experience ever and they will laugh if you call them many times to claim your warranty.
They changed the cushion and it won't last for 1 month. They gave me warranty. I called many times and after follow up they changed the cushion after 10 days but again it last for 20 days.

Very Bad experience with this shop, Ordered a Executive deluxe chair.
First of all they had taken full amount in advance>
the quality of the chair was very bad.then some how they agreed to take back the chair, but they didn't disclose the amount which they will refund.
After taking back the chair they informed me that they are going to refund only 35% of amount which I paid.
Just want to mention I used the chair only for 15 days and from day-1 itself the chair had problem and was keep following with them.once they repaired also, but that repair was of no use.
