I must appreciate the knowledge Mr. Sameer has on sunglasses. I tries a few and bought one in the end.
But what disappoints me is the price. Its almost double the online price. I had to console myself that atleast I got a genuine product with free case, cloths and lens spray. Also they could have more collection. Felt most of them were outdated too.

They cheated telling branded lens and frames but end up giving fake lens. I got scratches within one month.

The people here are definitely nice - they help you find nice frames. However, they will upsell, and essentially lie to you about the benefits of different coatings, among other things. They tried to sell me a blue light filter coating claiming that it doesn't change any colors. Either that means their coating doesn't work, or that they're lying. Either way, they're tricksters.
Who knows what other tricks they pull?

My glasses were ready 4 days after ordering them!
As usual there was an issue. They contacted Essilor in Bangalore. The Essilor sales manager and technician came from Bangalore on a Saturday afternoon to check in the issue. Monday afternoon they returned in person with the corrected glasses. Thank you for outstanding service.
