Amazing place and hospitality staff is really good. Anish specially is gem of guy do visit.

We stayed here for 2 days, we got to enjoy the whole property as there were no other guests.
Very very well maintained interiors, very very clean, spacious and hygienic.
Food was okish.
Staffs are very helpful and kind.
Exterior is a bit messy and the location where it is located is not good.
Also we got to use play station and Netflix it was fun.
Overall it was a very peaceful homestay.

1. Room size was very very small according to the price they charged (3200/- per night).

2. We asked for a room with bathtub so that we can enjoy and relax in the bathtub at the same time.but there was no hot water in the bathroom. So basically we paid for the bathtub and such a small room and we didn’t even got what we wanted.
So I won’t recommend anyone to opt for room with bathtub.
First, the room size is very very small and u will nit get even hot water for relaxing in bathtub.

3. Food is very very expensive in this homestay. We planned to order half plate tandoori chicken and the cost was 840/-. Just for the half plate (i guess just 4-5 pieces). It is 4 times costlier than any other food outlet. And the taste was also not very good as per the expectations and cost. It’s better to go and have food in any other good restaurants nearby or in coorg.

4. In breakfast also they have very limited options. As per the conversation with the owner he said that u can order anything from the breakfast menu and they will prepare it fr you.but we have asked for upma.they said no.we asked for idli they said no!
So they have their fixed limited options for breakfast.

We had booked the ground floor villa for a 2 night stay.the place is amazing, quiet and peaceful. Excellent staff. Food tastes just like home made food. Luxurious spacious rooms. The interiors is mind blowing. All in all we had an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again. N will highly recommend this home stay.

Amazing place for group/families stay.rooms are spacious with fabulous interior and fully furnished, in one word it is like second home with all amenities.house keeping and hospitality were great.

The location of the villa is particularly attractive as it is one of just two exclusive villas standing alone in peaceful surroundings, but with the benefit of being only 5 mins walk on the flat to kushalnagar town. Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets. It is a perfect base for families to explore the beautiful surrounding area and to take advantage of the many activities on offer.
This beautiful villa sleeps 6 people is fully air conditioned and has a large open-plan ground floor consisting of a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining area with seating for The sun terrace around the pool has sunbeds and umbrellas for six people and catches the sun throughout the whole day. A further patio door leads to a small terrace with table and chairs at the rear of the property overlooking a wooded area, ideal for watching the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine. On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite and a house bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has its own large terrace with table and chairs and superb views of the mountains.

Clean and hygienic rooms, very polite staff, food was great the best home stay very nicely maintained.

A hidden gem made with love and attention to details. Situated in Kushalnagar i.e. 30 mins away from Madiekeri downtown, this place is well appointed with staff and a great cook who shall take care of all your needs. With ample parking space and beautifully curated interiors this place is a perfect 10 and better than a 5 star stay. Don't expect any panoramic view, but who cares when you have such a place to relax and unwind with your loved ones.also do visit the nearby waterfalls and the Tibetan monastery (a perfect place for some fancy shopping and stunning artefacts). Also try out some coorg's special wine. My fav is 'bird's eye chilli' wine. It has a zing!
Lastly kudos to the staff at the property for the upkeep, maintenance, and support - Thankyou Aneesh, Harish and Manjula and your team. I shall visit again

Rooms are very good and you can have a peaceful stay here. Few things to keep in mind before you book.

No pool
Land area is very small, don't expect an outdoor chill out area
Food is really expensive

Overall property and their services were excellent.staff was very supportive and I enjoyed my two day holiday.it would have been greater if it was in between some plantation or forest area.

Stayed in Elegant holiday homes for 3 nights last weekend. I haven't stayed in homestay until now, as i used to think quality may not be good. I am proved wrong completely. I chose this stay after carefully reading the reviews. I generally look for very clean rooms, clean bathrooms, nice bed and a little spacious rooms so i don't feel cramped. Elegant holiday homes really excelled all the benchmarks i had so far on all the parameters i said. Out of all the hotels i stayed recently, this one proved to be the better one. More than all their hospitality and staffs (Aneesh and a chef) are very good. Will definitely recommend for any family that look for a comfortable stay

The place is located in an exquisite setting. The staff were polite and helpful in arranging entertainment for us. The rooms were clean and have fast WIFI. It is a perfect getaway from this busy world
