A nice apartment but confusing in terms of blocks and sections. But facilities are really good and so is the location and atmosphere. Club area, pools, bowling alley, recreation area etc are some of the main attractions here. The apartment is also spacious and has a nice ambience to it!

One of the best integrated township with excellent service and amenities, the only thing that I didn't find good is the security. The visitors are charged heavy penalties with any warnings.

Nice apartment with most amenities like lawn tennis, basketball, pool, club house, gym etc. They don't have indoor badminton court. They have ample parking space for visitors as well. One of the pool is temperature controlled. You have shops, hospitals restaurants closeby.

A good apartment complex to live with family. Dedicated walking/bicycling lanes where no motorized vehicles will come. Construction quality is average+. Maintenance is good. Heated swimming pool. Gym is a bit old but okay.

Just ok high maintainence cost poor construction quality. Lots of no no in apartment. High entry and exit charge. And more things.

Pathetic maintenance. In rainy season parking get flooded and due to water clogging Lifts in B block is not operated for days. Have two cars get ready to pay extra. No security in parking. Open Swimming pool put under repar in summer.

Moving in / out extremely high & always want to loot money in one or other way in the name of maintenance. Otherwise better layout.

Their gate staff is pathetic. They think the road in front of the gate also belongs to the society. Stupid people

If you are coming as tenant, please read this. This is apartment is well equipped with lot of open house, club house, bowling alley, nice warm water swimming pools, etc.we are living in this apartment from around 4 years now and absolutely no complaints because of the environment and accessibility to metro, hospital and good restaurants. So very good apartment in terms of facilities and accessibility. When we came to this apartment, our maintenance was around 5-6k and it was handled by private company but from last couple of years the maintenance comes around 7-9k per month. So if you planning to come as tenant here is aberaav monthly cost. Rent - average 30k, maintenance 8k, if you have 2 cars- proposed monthly charge is 3.5k for covered, and there is proposal for additional 2 wheeler costing around 1k. Moving in charges 5k non refundable and moving out again 5k no matter whether u are moving to next house in your apartment. So it will easily cost around 40k per month including maintenance. Tenant has no right on any decisions, whatever owner association decides here is final no matter how it's impacting the tenant. Owners here feel that tenants right should be limited or else it will create unhealthy environment. If you are ready to pay 40k per month and remain silent without questioning the decision then this is right place.

Best apartment for sanitation like their way of security and a unique style of buildings from the top! Very good place for anyone and everyone. There is a park for children very attractive atmosphere and surroundings. Located nearby all famous places and needed places like for grocery hotels lodges restaurants shopping complexes and finally situated in a good place which can be spotted easily from anywhere through their unique style!

Very nice apartment, view towards west is very nice with a sunset view from top floors. The complex is 20 floors. Total 1500 flats

Everything is fine except for visitors parking is occupied by the residents vehicles and few vehicles are there for ages.

Excellent place to stay and great society. Swimming pool is the maintained like an international pool.

Looks good, but the houses are just blah. Good view from the higher floors. Has it's own bowling alley, swimming pool (s), gym, and other facilities, but still, so average. Nothing special really. There's a lake nearby, but it's more like a pond. The plus point is the people living there look quite cool and cosmopolitan.

A unique development in the, for now, lesser populated side of Bangalore. The space is huge and doesn't feel constricted at any point. Children love the open space to play. The amenities are well maintained and varied. The indoor pool is a really nice concept.

Best apartments in JP Nagar 7th phase with all amenities, It has two blocks A & B.
A Block has ten Divisions A1 to A10 & B Block has 7 divisions B1 to B7.
This apartment is very near to Kanakapura Road & Bannerghatta Road which boosts connectivity.
It has all the utilities that are needed in the neighbourhood like Shopping centres as Big bazaar, Restaurants like Brahmin Tiffins, Pizza hut, Dominos etc.

The housing complex was very well planned and it has many amenities like swimming pool, basketball court.location of this apartments can be easily traced. 10 mins from jp nagar metro station

Went here for a meeting with a client. Quite a good place to be. Very well located in JP Nagar. 10 mins drive from the JP Nagar Metro station
