Hiii I did actually book them for a small function (naming ceremony). But their response was very good. Very professional and convincing. Actually we did wanted a pearl type name revealing product which was unique and not available in the market. But they did craft it on their own and made it happen. Hard working people. Although I found it was little expensive, worth the try.
