Emerald Elegance Apartment

Good apartment but poorly managed. 0 waste management. Also RentMyStay, the company that actually manages the apartment has poor customer service when it comes to issues / concerns raised. They contact you frequently to get you as a customer but don't return calls or call to discuss any issues after you have moved in.

They just randomly hiked the rent by more than 50% mentioning that rent has been changed as per market by the owner just 2 days before the term ended. Also unable to contact owner to discuss any issues either.

Not a good apartment and doesn't Seems very good atmosphere around the place

Nice appartment, so near to Marthahalli Bridge and outer ring road. But there is no watchman in this appartment and parking place is less
