I was not left alone in any point of time and was continuously kept update about my Lost property. This kind of Customer service I have never experienced any where. I thank Emirates Company for keeping the Standard much above then expectations. I had heard that emirates give us good customer support. But today I experienced it. The support give to me was Fantastic, much above the Standard I eared and expected. Emirates you Rock.

My mind has made from now onwards all my upcoming flights will be in Emirates

Also I want to Thank Venice Marco Polo Staff for keeping my property safe and Fastest response I got once I created my request within in 53 Min I got confirmation. It was dam fast Thank you very much Venice Marco Polo Airport team.

Emirates: 10 /10 start not enough you did more than that

Probably one of the worst checkins ever. The Emirates ground staff are gready and rude. I had some over weight and was willing to pay extra, but they were trying to charge exorbitant money. No more Emirates for me unfortunately, will travel by other Airlines next time. Pathetic service by ground staff, a gentleman called Srikanth was especially very unhelpful. The ground staff was selective about the luggage limits. They were letting few people exceed baggage.

Great staff and easy booking. Since it's Emirates office they book directly and no commission.

My friend baggage has been misplaced and customer care people are not connecting to respective baggage team to enquire and it has been 2 days still my friend has not received the baggage. Ver bad service

Beware this location is closed for walk-in's with no information of the same posted online. Their phone also in unreachable.

Had a very good experience. The security and staff were very friendly. The ticket booking process was easily done without any hassle. Well maintained office but lacks the parking space.

The staff fairly cordial. But they couldn't reschedule a flight booked from Sudan. Otherwise the service is fine.

Well designed & spacious office with very comforting ambience. There are TV screens inside playing promotional videos of Emirates which can get anyone into a travelling mood.

The staff is very polite & well trained in handling customers. All my queries about the most economical flight options were answered politely & patiently.

Overall I had a very good & memorable experience here!

Nice service and good seat infotaiment travel once in Emirates for different experience. Food quality is also good.

One of the best airlines in the world. No defects at all always best service for passengers. They care about customers travel. That's why they are on top in people thought.
