The atmosphere was very aesthetic. Specially the captain's are very friendly and they make us feel comfortable with thier behaviour. The outstanding atmosphere n food pulls us to the restaurant every now n then

Quantity of biryani is not worth of 100 but they are charged 280rs.please don't prefer biryani at empire

It’s best place for having non vegetarian dish and vegetarian is also good. Easy to locate as its on main road, parking is available. Good part of this restaurant is It has shawarma, chicken pop corn and fruit juice. Restaurtant ambiance is good plenty of space staff are well dressed mask is always ON…. Price are reasonable.

Food is good though some items are average and normal, good place for family. Service is average and in peak times need wait for long time to get the food.

I visited at night. And the staff here just says what you wanna eat and never tell you what the price is for the item, and billed me 900, for just 3parota and a boneless chicken gravy.

Need to go very far to Learn hospitality it's very far from professional services and products and poor attitude students

We have visited on 11th April, we have ordered Grill chicken, chicken biriyani, prawns fry & lemon juice.
But they have served old grill chicken & old lemon juice after having all these we felt like omitting, its very bad that to in covid situation pl do not prefer to going RT Nagar Empire, staff grooming is very pathetic.

I had walked in to the restaurant for a take today at 9: 50PM and ordered for a tandoori chicken rumali roti and kabab. They made me wait till 10: 30PM and they tell me that tandoori chicken and rumali roti is overcooked and burnt and hence they asked me to wait for 20 minutes more so I cancelled the order. It’s a shame for such a huge brand to function this way. Seriously wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. Really gutted by today’s experience!

I keep going this restaurant. I like their Chicken Kebab, Ghee Rice, Coin Porata and Chicken Biryani. Good ambiance and service.

All Empire hotels have lost their standards. I'm disappointed more than many times. Their dishes have got less tastier, prices have gone up, service has got more pathetic, all waiters/captains are headstrong, every attendant acts like the owner of the hotel. I have literally stopped going to this restaurant, there are n number of better hotels out there than this. However, even today I like their chicken kabab, ghee rice, Ceylone Parathas & brain fry. You can probably takeaway these n have rather sitting there. Extra star is for these dishes. Forgot to mention, no doubts their chicken kabab is superb in its taste but the chicken pieces are pathetic. If ur taking away there's little u can do, but if ur having in then u can have the waiters exchange it for better ones.

If there is negative rating option will definitely go with it. It was not the usual Empires I have seen in years. Empire has a good feedback in ma mind. But this particular branch in RT Nagar dissapointed me to the core. To start with i went to 1st floor seating and most of the tables were very bably maintained. Tables were dusty n not at all clean. We changed tables twice. Even after asking them to clean it the response was horrible and people were completely low on energy. Drinking glasses were shit like smelly due to use of any detergent or paper rub. We ordered chicken sandwich and chicken kebab initially. Sandwich was horrible, it was given as if giving to some beggers. Unfortunately couldn't take pictures. Later ordered Alfam chicken. Chicken had very bad smell and was hard like rock. I guess chicken was old and was rotten. We informed concerned person and they just took it back with one inform. Felt like they knew about it and didn't wanted to carry further. So cancelled all other orders and went to different restaurant as we were hungry. The place totally was horrible. Not at all clean and dust everywhere. And today my and my friend's stomach is upset and struggling a lot. Bloody hell of a restaurant. Will never ever step my foot there in future.

The pricing isn't clear enough. Took 1 single scoop of pista n a single scoop of chocolate ice cream and was charged 196. Even when on the price list it was mentioned Rs. 80 for 2 scoops. Poor experience. No clarity

Service for buffet was late refill of food was not done properly after repeated complaint they got some item refilled

Great place to have dinner for special occasions with family, little costlier but worth it. You won't get disappointed for what you are paying. Parking is a regular issue arround Bangalore these guys tried to address it as much as possible.

Non vegetrian restaurant. Resonably priced. With a tinge of middle East dishes and juices. Alcohol not allowed.

Price is very high.staff are having less energy and slow in providing food.it seems they are in some confusion.had pista milkshake cost rs 150 including GST.it was with ice cream foam and watery.need to search for milk.

Taste of Empire has been lost. Too mild flavours.
Employee response is not upto the mark but acceptable.
