Well this was my first in banglore and we wanted to have a experience with a lebanese cuisine and what we found - the empire.beautiful place, ambience, the food was of great quality, the staffs were very friendly.highly recommended if you are looking for great food and time.

The Arabic khabsa is named as grilled Biryani. Great tast. Reminder me like Dubai and Gulf country.

I had dinner or lunch many times and not only in one outlets. I had food in 4 outlets of their and my experience was not good, in a 4 out of 3 of them I had a bad experience regarding service and cleaning. But the food was always good.

As expected of a busy restaurant like empire the service is astonishingly fast. The staff members are very efficient and helpful. Food is quite tasty but only suitable for people who like very spicy food. Wouldn’t recommend to bring children below 10 as they wouldn’t be able to eat almost any of the items.

Waiter in) doesn't fit the roll as his customer handling lacks friendliness & accomadative.rather good for staff mgt & not customers.

Rated 3 due to quality of food.the empire in Kothanur is worth their quality and quantity but this place is losing ground and is not like the ancient days of inception!

Empire restaurant here is very spacious nice ambience my all time favourite here in empire restaurant is their signature ghee rice and shawarma.

A BLR landmark in its own right. Around 5-6 cars can be parked near the entrance. Good for kababs, shawarma and grilled chicken. Anything else, the underlying taste and flavour is similar across most dishes.

We had chicken tandoori, Malbar Parota and Kerala Parota with Mutton curry and chicken biryani. All dishes are delicious. Malbar Parota with Mutton curry stands top and the rest follows.

Quality of veg.fried rice was not good, you will pay 180 rs/- and what you get is just boiled sona masoori rice and vegetables they will add only for garnishing.
As a Vegetarian, I won't recommend this restaurant for Quick Bites.
Don't waste your money.
1 Plate Fried Rice, 2 Butter Naan, and Half Butter Naan will cost you around 400+ Rs/-

Was ok ok, as the biryani we ordered was not upto the mark as per me. Please note: its not a negative remark. Everyone has their own kind of taste

Nice place with enough seating arranged in 2 floors. Food is tasty and bit costly. We tried their popcorn chicken kebab which is a must try. Also tried their chicken fried rice and pepper mutton masala. Food tastes good.

One thing I felt is they make indian version of chinese dishes like chilli chicken and chicken fried rice.

Biriyani and rise were horrible.it was just a mix of turmeric oil and rise. They were known for quality earlier days.those days are gone.

Naam hi kafi hai boss! My comfort food are a handful and one of them is Empire’s ghee rice and dal combo! Yes, you read it right! Their ghee rice is perfect for my palate.let me give you a couple more.neer dosa and prawns ghee roast, shaadi ki Biryani and saalna.others are grilled chicken, chicken al-fam, shawarma rolls, variety of rotis.phew the list goes on. I know you will try it

We order for chicken Friedrice and they hv us with out salt and spicy. It was just white rice with oil. When asked the ppl there said that's what they callbchuck n friedrice.lol worst food worst service arrogant staff

Food is average. I asked for spicy biryani but still it's sour. I feel price I more for to the food they serve.

Gravy Quantity (less chicken pieces) is very less for the price. Tandoori roti was very hard, did not look fresh. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Hunger saviour till 2.30 a.m lil expensive, but worth paying, crowded all the time. Only con received a non-veg food when ordered for paneer butter masala

Chicken satay was spicy and tasty I like shavarma also from this place I also like thali as well.

Empire hotel is an old favourite and one of the very few dependable hotels for a late night hearty meal.
Recommended.
However, of late, I am not sure that they are meeting their standards of old. Some of the items like the grilled chicken at the 80 feet road outlet is not up to the mark and seems to vary from outlet to outlet.

Poor service.extremely dissatisfied with there service. Food quality is good and place is hygienic. Needs improvement in customer service.

Food Empires of Bangalore. Don't concentrate on only orders, delivers during late night make sure food was well cooked especially chicken items.

I Will not forget the funky foul smell of you shawarma for a year.

After coming out of the restaurant, i checked the shawarma making stall.
The problem was how they make it.
They made a pile of shawarmas. After making the rolls, it just wait there for hours and rot

One of the most outdoor time spent areas of my Bangalore life. Smoke counter is cherry on the top really, with it's variety. As of restaurant, butter chicken, varuval, thali, coin parantha, zeera rice are the best. Avoid the shawarma, faham and roast chicken as they just okay really.

This place has no parking, you have to park your vehicle on road sides or inner streets. There's dinning space at first floor, mainly for non veggies, taste wise pretty average, over hyped, lot of variety of items you can try here, prices are average. This is one of the few places you can find open during weekends till 1-2 o'clock. I will say after late drinks people come to eat here.

There are juice, ice cream, pan shops in front of it and remain open till 1-2 o'clock.

An average restaurant located at 80ft Road, Indiranagar. The restaurant is easily visible from the main road. The ambiance of the restaurant is good.

The taste of the food is average. They will take some time to give the food you order it. Be patient to get the food. You will get the Arabian food only after evening. They have the open outside counter in the evenings for juice and some Arabian foods (like Shawarma or grilled chicken etc).

The grilled chicken here is atrocious.it felt like they applied the worst possible masala for grilled chicken. It did not just taste bad, but it also upset our stomachs the very next day as a result of which I have decided never to go even near this place as my diarrhoea may act up from the smell of the abomination they call " grilled chicken".

P. S, we were 6 people but we were alotted a table of four as there is only one table which allows a family seating. I would rate it zero, but there isn't an option to do so.

Saviour for the night meal but pathetic waiting and service quality. They give a number to register any complaints on WhatsApp but when you try, the number wouldn't even be registered on watsapp.can be a lot lot better then it is now.

The food is excellent, the staff is ok. They are always too busy, the only reason I gave 4 star is because we went in for dinner at 7.30pm and they had only biryani ready, everything else took about 45 mins to be ready. But it was worth the wait, we took the thali to get a variety of taste, they cook the meat very well. Definitely visit if in the area.

I ordered empire box 3. In which contain ghee rise+ Dall fry + paneer chilly dry. But i recived only rice no ghee on it and dal fry. No paneer chilly dry recived. Feel like a cheated.

It has lost its charm of tasty and quality food. Not sure what's the reason for this. Ambience is dingy and way too crowded and waiters are not able to cope up with this.

One feedback I have for them is that while scale and TAT on orders is imp, pay a bit more attention on some of your fast moving dishes like the grilled chicken (most times just not cooked well enough), same for the kebabs. The KPs too need to be made fresh, it's often a bit too thick and sometimes stale

Service is very bad and taste is average. I visited Indira nagar branch yesterday. We ordered half quantity of an item according to the menu. But they given full quantity of that item. Atleast when billing done we come to know that item is full, not half what we ordered. Those service people are blaming us that you ordered full only, not the half plate. That situation is really odd. Those service people did mistake and trying to blame the customer, this is not at all acceptable. I don't suggest this place. Food taste is average only.

A fine restaurant situated at Indira Nahar, 80 feet road where available tasty and delicious vegetarian and non- vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner till late night also available juice and beverage. One can enjoy here with his family and relatives. Parking available on road side. Price is affordable. Service is good.

If you visit, do not keep too much of expectation on service. They have a higher degree of attitude because of the people visiting them, you are lucky if you get a good service. Else just enjoy the variety of the food and fill your stomach and come back.

I had a bitter experience from here but they accepted the same. So I'm giving them a 2 star rating. To be frank the food is ok but the rate is too high. I ordered some food and 1 mint lime. They said they can provide a jug of mint lime. Since I was with my friend I said" okay". See I'm here for the first time. The food cost around rs 230 which is acceptable but I was shocked to see the mint lime cost. Oops, it's rs 300. It's not about money but the way it happens. I came here just for a tea and had this bitter experience.

Not even single star friends really I ordered for veg biryani from here through Zomato really guys vomiting I dint do that's it that much bad taste food can't even eat.
