Located close to arekere gate on the Bannerghatta road, the empire franchise specialized in non vegetarian grills and curry dishes. I have tried the mutton pepper fry, mutton masala and the chicken kebab here. All dishes were good.

Nice ambience but when it comes to taste it's not that much taste I rather prefer church Street empire where taste of foods are better

Staff behaviour is very bad. But food is top class. Gher rice is super aromatic & grilled chicken was too tender & juicy.

Starters are tasty. Food is good but pl be careful while placing the order. They will push you towards expensive items which are not mentioned in the menu card.
They misguided us regarding the quantity and placed very expensive items in the order. And gave us wrong price. So disappointed with this attitude.

I went to buy biryani and he is very much showing interest on the other person who is come after me and not even bother to listen what I am asking. Point is when I went two customers wr thr after this two guys it was my turn and cashier was not even bother to listen what I am saying far atlest 1 min, then he started answering someone else who came after me.

This kind of behaviour is not acceptable

The number of people on a Friday afternoon which was the holiday itself suggests that the place is going thru tough times.the biryani has gone from best to good to worst.and the worst part the alfam is so bad that you will hate why you ordered.please strike off from your list if at all you plan to visit any.

Good food but their online order system is disfunctional mostly and the waiters don't bother even if you are sitting there for a long time without placing the order.

Food taste was very bad also didn't like insensitive behavior of waiter. I agree this is not the same for other empire restaurant

Empire Shawarma quality has been constantly dropping, now that they're running buy one get one free the quality is worst ever. It's full of cabbage and very less chicken.

The restaurant has a good variety, tasty food, nice ambience, located a little far from IIM-B. Not so costly, a good place for a Sunday lunch, we loved their special shadi ki biriyani, a must try.

Ordered Non veg thali, chicken smell was odd, discarded it. Better to eat curd rice made at home. Worst food experience ever.

Late night availability of food is the plus. Don't buy Jumbo fish fry as seer fish used will age old. Mutton was not baked properly and hotel manager wil give some answer for that. Not consistent with taste though, sad for such old restaurant but it it

Just because i went late there was almost nothing, i ordered raan.this is how they served it to me (see photo), most probably it was leftovers from the long day, i ate it anyway some peaces were good and some were not.ordered chicken which was nice, exoect only jeera, ghee and lemon rice if u r late.table wasn't that clean i had to clean it myself, also orderes were late! Although we're the only ppl there, staff is friendly but "slow". Anyway i was happy that i found a place open this late.

Pathetic Road Side Food. I don't trust Zomato ratings anymore after visiting this pathetic place. We went to this restaurant and got a seat. Asked the guy if Zomato Gold is applicable or not for which he said yes.

As we already had snacks, we ordered only two items:

1) Chicken Biryani Half
2) Dinner Thali

It took around 20 mins for them to serve. I had to get out of the table 3 times to get a jug of cold water. The waiters don't even seem to care.

The food arrives. Shocked to see that they are serving Ambur Biryani in such a hotel, which even tastes worse when compared to the roadside hotels. The naan served in meal was also rubbery, we someone ingested it.

Now comes the deal. When I asked for bill and told them to unlock the Zomato Gold, they told you should have told this before ordering. When I told I already asked you, the guy refused straightforwardly and told I might have asked someone else. He lied on face, and said Non Veg meal is a combo and Biryani is a special dish, so Zomato gold is anyways not applicable.

I called for the manager, who however told me that Non Veg Dinner is a combo so it is not applicable. I was convinced, but I couldn't digest the fact that the waiter lied on my face, and how does biryani qualify for a special dish in a muslim restaurant.

I won't take names but there are much better restaurants nearby, Arabian ones, where we repeatedly go, use Gold previleges and are highly satisfied. It was a bad decision to try such kind of hotels.

In summary,

Service is pathetic, I never saw such careless waiters anywhere in Bangalore. Forget about them lying.

Food is even worse. The biryani for which they are charging 220, you can get easily for 60 or 90 Rs max, with much better taste.

Will never ever recommend anyone, and will make sure no one who I know ever visits this.

Food here is really good. Late night saviour for after party people or a night show. Personal favourite is prawn stick tawa fry. It's a must try. Service is good and price is very affordable.

Nice food and ambiance. Some staffs are mannerless and stalking girls and ladies. Even they do not mind to mimic the ladies customers. They intentionally come and stand near to the table to look them. Very unpleasant place and not safe for ladies and girls. But other staffs are very good. Due to some a**h***s, my impression tired this branch is very bad. I won't even mind if hotel management contact me to identify that b****rd.

Today, I ordered rice with mutton gravy (box no 15) in Empire (Arekere) using Dunzo app. That was not good and the item is without hot. But fastest delivery.

Stays opened late night till 2 AM which is quiet helpful for night travelers. Quiet expensive, yet a decent place to treat your tummy!

Excellent yummy meals both veg and non veg Kerala style and direct deliver zomata apps via delivery. Outside you have today days special items glass view.car parking it's available and two wheeler parking road not safety. Price reasonably and ac hall food ok$$$. Kids favor chicken mutton and prawns Briyani oil less. I recommended opposite great Central mall location. I recommended it.

Very dissatisfied with the food served. The thandoori was half cooked and when raised complaint and returned but still the quarter plate's price was added for touching and tasting? Rediculous.raised complaint in the front desk, they are not bothered to listen ur concern. Rediculous, will never visit this branch again.

Empire giving bad service recently. I have ordered Biriyani and kulcha and chicken curry and I waited for almost 45 minutes and no one taken care after giving order. Repetly asked and no service person taken seriously. After 45 minutes they brought half of my order and waited again 15 minutes further for remaining order items. I saw many service guys are moving around by no one taken care of customers. The same issue happened to my next table customers also. The Biriyani is taste less compared to savoury sea shell or Fatoush etc. Biriyani no worthy for 200~250 Rs.kindly improve customer care service.

Went to Bannerghatta Road Empire Restaurant. As the Metro Work road widening is going on, u may want to avoid it or may be park elsewhere and walk.
The pricing mentioned on the standee or the placard kept on table doesn't match with the final bill. I had ordered for 2 Pineapple flavor juice which I believe was mentioned as 59/- per glass but final bill was above 300 for juice alone. So when I pointed out that, they said the prices have changed. I told them that it's their fault for pushing something to customer by placing on table as promotion n not updating while ordering that the prices has changed. So kindly cross check your final bill.
The head waiter finally asked to give me a discount but I accepted nothing less than the price as mentioned on the placard n finally they did it.
I appreciate the fact they accepted that the fault was theirs of not changing the rates kept on the placard and that there was a fault from waiter's end too that he didn't update while ordering the same.
Mostly crowded at peak times. Food quality can be even better however palate taste varies from person to person.
