Worst restuarent to eat it i knew it its going to be bad because it was not my first time i had same experience before and i didnt have any other choice they were the only one which was opened at the time am not complaining about all there food but stay away from their shuwarma and sandwitch there are other restuarent near to them whuch have far better food

Really good place to eat with a variety of arabian dishes Mainly the shawarma is really really good. They also have a variety of dishes and give large quantity for the price. The food is really good at a cheap price and their rotis butter chicken are really really good. Highly recommend the place

Hotel is built at top location and can be easily accessible. But, It's truly not hygenic during the pandemic times.

Had been there to take a parcel for my dinner. Ordered Kerala Parota and a chicken Masala. Each Parota weighed 200 gms the worst Parota I have ever had. I am sure the guy who made it didn't know what he was making. The chicken was okay. Also tried their Falooda. Am sure they don't know what is Falooda. They had put old cut fruits like papaya and other stale fruits which was slightly bitter. TOTAL DISASTER.

Not good for vegetarians. I have ordered paneer bhurji and naan and rumali roti.

I went there for my office great on Christmas, buffet was only 190 on Wednesday I guess and it was average food in that cost

Food is good and tasty, but not great. Four stars just because they stay open till 2-3 am helping out hungry folks post midnight.

It was a worst experience for me and my family yesterday. I asked for a bowl of ice cream the order taker went and got a family ice cream. When I tried to point this there was handshowing to each other. After we refused to eat and kept on complaining they handed us a bill and charged heavily for the ice cream without a single word of apology.

Extremely bad service. When asked they give a menu but most of the items are not available. They try to cheat us by giving food not ordered by us. It happened with my family yesterday earlier they served excellent food with good quality now it is just pathetic. Suggest nobody to go here until you don't have any other option.

Today was the 2nd BAD experience with "Empire Restaurant"

1st time (a month ago) my order was cancelled by the restaurant without intimation, i was informed about it only when i called the delivery boy (after 1 hr of ordering) as the ETA had exceeded, only to know the order was cancelled by the restaurant and i was asked to change my order as per the availability of the food which i did and my order is still on the way.

2nd order
Got just PLAIN BOILED RICE rice for which they call ghee rice. Highly disappointed! Please learn recipe for ghee rice
Menu shows 2 kubbus with 1/4 Al faham but got delivered just 1 for the same price. When asked they say mistake in the menu
Biryani rice doesn't even taste like one

Empire Kamanahalli service has gone from bad to worst. It was a traumatic experience for my family and friend yesterday. I will never suggest anyone to come to this restaurant ever. High billing, low quality food and food order taker trying to push what they think we should eat rather then our choice. Most importantly not even single word of apology when we pointed this to them. Please go here if you want to be Ill treated.

Glasses not washed and the juice jar was having finger prints of oil on it. Apparently the mint juice charged was 299/_ and if u parcel food the difference is 10 or more for each dish. Since when r they over charging. And this is supposed to be a great place to dine but really pathetic service and management. Bill charged incorrectly and this is the first time in 5 yrs of visiting the great Empire. Thanks for the horrible customer and food experience.

Very bad place I asked for a small bowl of ice cream the guy without asking got me a full family bowl and charged me Rs. 500/- when asked there was no response. This is an example of bad service and cheating. Never recommend this place.

Good place for tasty dishes. Giving 4 starts because always felt food was not up to the mark.
However, staff hospitality and hygiene makes up for it

Pathetic management. Food is good. If anybody will believe, beggars roam freely inside the premises of the Takeaway counters. Had a horrible experience when a beggar started pushing me with her hands.

Taste is never consistent here. Never order food online from Empire. Their service is pathetic. I got stale chicken. I ordered something else and something else was delivered. Felt like it was the leftovers. Had to give one as I can't give 0 rating. The only thing good here is shwarma. Which you can get in any xyz restaurant. Then why should you go here?

Starting from soups, mutton soup is awesome and starters with chicken and mutton are amazing, biryani was not up to the mark, when coming to sea food, prawn was nice and any dish is available in 3 formats quarter, half and full and to conclude with deserts mocktails, juices and ice creams we're available. In terms of money, once it can be visited.

Great food. Keeping up their reputation of empire chain. Varieties available in fast food, juices and dry non veg items. A must place to dine in.

Good place for Non-Veg lovers taste and service is excellent, I suggest all to try once you will love it.

This is the worst and most arrogant restaurant in Bangalore. No consistency in their talk and work. Ordered food from Swiggy and it is got confirmed then after one hour they said we don’t have stock. Really? If so then why you accepted and took one hour to realise that you don’t have stock.

Guys this restaurant should be avoided.
