Not good staff, very very slow service, grevy taste is not that good, kulcha n butter naan served cold. Not at all happy with service, Christmas got spoiled!
Best place to visit for lunch or dinner. Budget friendly. A go to place for late night meals or snacks as well from Easy bites. Must try the ghee rice and chicken kabab.
In my whole Life this kind of worst experience and worsts Services never seen late response for the waiters wasting lot of time after having food they will serve the dish and not even refunded the amount i suggest to go for meghana not to visit here

Flaws We chose extra bed for our friend but they arranged just a mattress on the floor no extra beds no Extra Bedsheets, it was the only bad experience there
It's a pretty decent place with a decent quality of food. It has many outlets across Bangalore and people around Bangalore are already familiar with Empire.
Must try the worst lime soda ever. Want to eat bisibelebath, order dhal thadka here. No salt in buttermilk coz everything is in lime juice Chicken is dehydrated

Worst ever service, they made us to wait for 2 Fu*kin hours to just serve Biryani, which was not even worth for waiting, I truly doesn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Empire restaurant is a chain of restaurant that wont let u down there lunch buffet, shawarma, grill (chicken and mutton ran), juices and icecream Mughalai dishes are all filled with awesomeness. There is hall also for small parties, I celebrated my daughters birthday here.
Good food and good service for customers dealy with neet and clean the place and Dainig table and the staff follow all the rules of covid protocol and good costumers satisfaction thank you we hope to visit again

Recently they don't provide Menu card at Dining in and also we have less options to choose. Service is slow and must remind them frequently to get it fast

I ordered lime juice from empire in Koramangala 5block, l order two bottle of lime juice, one it was dirty some yellow fungus, second bottle had insect inside. It was a terrible experience for me in my life I will never never enter hotel Empire, and this kind of condition in Bengaluru covid-19
Very poor services, manager and other staff are very rude. Couldn't even read their own menu. Said that they do not provide chutney with dosa. For godsake I have never seen a Indian restaurant denying chutney with dosa. "Naam bade darshan chote" In short.

Such a worse restaurant I have ever seen there was a cockroache in my food So avoid visiting such kind of hotel Especially during the covid situations its not going to be safe for any of us
Pathetic service. I don't know for what they have so much of head weight. Below average food careless staff. Spoiling the brand of empire. Not at all welcoming busy in their own world. Attitude is like 5 star hotel. Wearing suits and boots doesn't tell ur standard.
We ordered grilled chicken. It was half cooked. We ordered basa fillet, it was half cooked. We ordered shawarma, they gave us a wrap. We ordered sweet lime soda, the drink turned out to be not so sweet. The wrap, however, was tasty. Thr only good food we were served. Extremely disappointed. Wish I could give. 5 rating.
Had visited sometime back and the person who took order and was serving us fud was very rude and unprofessional. After dat i never visited this restaurant. My parents had come just for a day and the experience was so sad
Good place to have an amazing briyani and specialised chicken dishes. Parking is a big big problem for all kind of vehicles. The varieties of Pan available outside is very good.
The non veg thali is the best item in their menu to be ordered. It contains rice, coin paratha, butter chicken, chicken manchurian, mutton, chilli chicken, raita and kind of salad of delicious taste.
We should have gone to empire & instead went to karama which was hopeless & horrible than a roadside hotel in terms of taste and menu availability. If you want only ambience go here

Since I can't give zero. Was here on Saturday and nothing worse can happen. Supervisor takes order and stands far away from you. Waiters going here and there. Extra cost for mayo when ordered grilled chicken. Noisy like a market. Every minute waited to step out
Taste is quite good. Reasonable prices too. What makes this restaurant outstanding is the service of the employees. The restaurant, being located right in the middle of a street of pubs, was super crowded that night. It was the christmas day, post 12 in the midnight. In spite of the rush and not-so-sober customers, the employees managed it quite well without losing their calm.
It's slightly ovveratted according to my personal taste but you can get really great dishes if you know what to order. Like Bheja Fry or the Butter chicken with zeera rice
They didn't keep their standard because food from there is not that good. I am saying this because we are paying huge amount as compare to other like kabab magic and we are getting less tasty food. So i will not recommend this place. Rather i will choose kabab magic because best and cheap not only kabab magic there are so many other restaurant better than empire restaurant. This is based on my personal experience.
Firstly, it is difficult to notice the restaurant from the road plus the entrance to the restaurant is not easy to find. The food taste great, they have a variety of middle eastern and Punjabi delicacies. I tried the Mandi Chicken Biryani and Butter Chicken, which were great. The food portions they serve is huge, so watch out while you place your order. The service was slow in spite of us being there during during non busy hours, the ambience is great - the sitting arrangement is very different and unique (quite comfortable).
I personally do not recommend this place at all. Ambience is contemporary, service is above par and the only thing I am not satisfied is with the new tricks they have employed to make money out of innocent customers. I had asked for a glass of pulpy grape juice and the waiter politely declined stating that they only have jar which serves two glasses. He misled us and the jar is actually for a liter of juice and it costs 186 INR. How can this happen? The juice is not worth more than 100 INR. What if I dine alone? Will they expect everybody to gulp a liter of juice? I will not consider visiting this restaurant anymore. Good luck.
A good place to grab dinner late night. The place is located at prime Koramangala location. The food is of decent quality. Shawarma is not at all good. The service is decent. Sometimes it takes a lot of time for them to get your order. Avoid for normal lunch /dinner plans.
