No one cares as usual as it is a govt office! They don’t pick up phones, in case if they pick up, they don’t respond. Later on they make their line busy forever so that no one can call them. Irresponsible and arrogant.

Worst, I am waiting for 1 year to get my amount for a simple mistake while applying. They are not do any action immediately, I came nearly 15 times to des office simply they bug my blood.

Worst experience, manner less staffs. All senior staffs after 50years of age please make them forcibly retire or terminate them. Very worst behaviour and not at all helpful.

Very poor response and I sent 3 times JD regarding name correction.very very very very waste response and behavior.anyone shares higher management level mail. I will send the mail.when I dropped mail.there is no response 5 times sent mail for all.

I asking due to emergency purposes.nobody response and raised 2 grievances.anyone please suggestion me

My experience at the Front Office/Reception was nothing short of fantastic. It equalled or surpassed that experienced at private enterprises. In fact they would put some of the latter to shame. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a "grip" of my case and said they would do their best to dispose of the case speedily.

I couldn't expect this from EPFO. I am trying contact support team there were no response from last 3days. I tryied multi help line numbers all are invalid EPFO please take some necessary action. This is very disappointed me.

There is only one counter for all kind of form submissions and 1whole day has to be spent there very pity that being a central government filled with number of employees public counter is only one.

My father is not getting his pension since 6 months despite of submitting all necessary. I had raised the grievance in the portal six months back. After multiple follow ups, we got a response and the pension was disbursed for that particular month. Again from the next month, same issue continued. Today when my father visited EPFO office, staffs made him wait for long, while they were busy either on phone or chit chating. There was one lady, who was very rude and was speaking in English. When asked to speak in kanada, she responded if u dont know english u should bring some one along who knows english. Is this the way they behave with an age old pensioner. Some serious action has to be taken on such people!

If claim rejected for wrong reason or unnecessarily delayed or grievance not addressed properly,
1. If claim got rejected without valid reason or delayed, Raise a EPFO grievance (Epfigms.gov.in). Yet nothing will happen even after 30 days. As these are the same people who get promoted to higher levels after warming up their seats for years.
2. If EPFO grievance is not addressed properly, which is most likely to happen as they are all in same department and in sync, raise a grievance in CPGRAMS portal (site: pgportal.gov.in) and also mail the respective officials (you would get contact info from the CPGRAMS portal.) This is a public grievance portal where grievance regarding any public service department can be registered. Choose the respective category while submitting the CPGrams grievance. This comes under the direct supervision of PMO.
3. Parallelly approach the CONSUMER COURT. Epfo grievances can be taken to consumer court if not addressed properly. This is also a best thing to do if you had to suffer because of their negligence towards their duty.
4. Also raise an RTI

Called to ask a query, the staff hung up on me and blocked my number, when I tried with another number call is going through. Please put educated and young people who are willing to work for what they are paid. All the govt staff are lazy they just sit and get fat. Should privatise all govt offices, other wise people like us will have to break our head to get a simple work done!

Take lot of patience and visit this place. Waiting period is long. Separate sections for men and women. Tokens should be collected when you enter and wait in the waiting lounge. Even if its a small query you should wait. At first they will refuse to see your problem as they wont understand. Do not leave until your doubt is clarified. Do open your pf portal in your phone to make them understand. Once they understand the problem they will put in all the effort.

It is my humble request to remove all the govt official irresponsibly for not understanding the email sent to them, absolutely the beaurocrats managing Bangalore PF office are utterly waste, I was sending multiple emails with my request asking them to fix the technical issue on the transfer screen as my last name was expanded. This was a show stopper for me to transfer my PF from my previous employer to current employer.
Without understanding the issue was technical and request was already raised by previous employer, the email received from PF commissioner office asking me to raise a request with my previous employer.
It is absolutely baseless email from such authorities.
My name was appearing correctly on the main profile page, but the transfer screen shows expansion of my last name. Authorities reading this email should definitely intervene to see such issues are addressed.
Completely dissatisfaction. Ask them to get proper training as such authorities are managing the hard earned money of people.

These idiots will take nearly 20-30 days just to reject claim, they don't even look at the cheque leaf i think.all the details was correctly mentioned and these people just reject as "No members name mentioned" or somewhat the other reasons, no response if we call, no mail revert and the whatsapp support is a big joke.these people will reply after 2 days if we have a query to ask and simply says please raise your grievance through the mail.im giving this 1 star rating coz there is no negative -5 ratings to give.

Worst service.just one date of birth changes its already 3 months but still not updated my new date of birth.after 3months i visited pf office for enquiry it took more then 2 hours for just an enquiry there is no seperate counter for enquiry.no value for time in this place.govt should do something for this kind of stupid rules

(1) calls to the toll-free line disconnects everytime automatically before it can be transferred to an operator
(2) no parking place available in the campus. Ppl have to go across the street, to the one-way street next to the Woodlands hotel for the same.
(3) as the road is divided by a tall barricade all along the length of the road, after parking, ppl have to walk to one of the ends to cross the road
(4) working hours for citizens is 10am-5pm
(5) there is no helpdesk available to answer even a simple query. Ppl have to wait in the long lines endlessly.

As i have seen that they take out the phone and keep it aside from the dailer box so that whole day it should come busy and lunch time u check it will be ringing but they are not available at the desk busy in having lunch as we read governments work is gods work please do not take gods work so easy people humble request it may lead to any situation or circumstances.

I really had a doubt after entering inside the office if this is a central government office or an old age home.
Good for nothing. Dear staff members if you are not interested to do this job please opt for VRS and rest in peace.
Went 2 times to add the KYC verification but both the times they have turned their back. First time system down. Second time they say, it's already verified but in my epf login it says not verified.

I don't understand why i should beg these great souls to withdraw my own hard earned money.

The grevience officer is very rude, he had credited the penion amount only INR. 8300 for my 5 years of employment with 3 different employers and I visited the office and met the grevience officer and he says no money in the EPFO account.but in passbook the amount is reflecting in total INR. 38,000, I did not withdraw the amount for all these 5 years, I raise a request for withdrawal once again in the portal as per his instructions but and pension withdrawal form 10C application was rejected, now I am unemployed and need the money very badly the officer has closed the grevience by just rejecting the application.very worst experience.it deserve 0 star rating.
