Envi Salon and Spa - Orion Mall, Rajajinagar

I went to this place in Dec based on the recommendations I received from people I know-I guess I should have done my homework. It was a NIGHTMARE, one of the worst experiences EVER! Where do I start-The so-called stylist did not even know the difference between the hair color-'auburn' and 'blonde'! Then told me that blonde would become auburn after a few washes! I swore never to return. Please DO NOT GO THERE if you need a good hair color! I am sure it can be rectified- BUT WHY MAKE A MISTAKE?
Aren't they professionals we go to?

Just felt like going to a local hair cut place.even after reservation, and request for senior stylish, no luck.not sure what was experience for the guy who did my hair cut.no communication from the reservation desk to understand what kind of stylish you need. Don't go there for haircut at least.
