The GOOD:
1. Work done was neat and tidy
2. Owner Mr Maruthi is knowledgeable and practical

The NOT SO GOOD:
1. Post site visit, owner did not follow up. I had to call couple of times to get the date fixed
2. There was no supervision from the owner. All the decisions were left to the workers
3. Crack filling was not done to the entirety. In spite of pointing out the glaring misses, workers ignored the same. We had to get this done again after informing it to the owner which took couple of more days adding to the delay

I came to know about Mr Prasad from a good friend. The person has a good knowledge and experience in the task carried out and he was able to finish the work within a short span of time. Had seen the ad of Epoxo Solutions in Facebook, left a post and got a call the same day. Very good response.
The technical team visited our place, analysed the issue with some meters which shows dampness, have seen such stuffs for the first time.
Best part was they did not even charge for the visit, they have their quotation the next day, which was again pretty reasonable. We did tell we will get back in a day or two, they were ok with it and still dint charge us anything for the technical analysis. Surprises me, do they do this to everyone
Called them after a week and gave the work order. Their team came with sanitisers, masks and took atmost care to keep the space clean.
When the work was complete, they cleaned up the place like no work was done. Truly amazing. Never expected such clean job that too from their labourers- without supervision.
Roof leak has stopped completely. Very happy, thank you, will definitely refer you to people I know.
