His name is Rakesh, went enquire about EIS application, he is very rudely speaking in Telugu and there no support form staffs. They even don’t no the Kannada also.

I was Suffered with #COVID -19 Second Wave (July 2021) with 90% Lungs Damaged and oxygen level is < 40 almost died position. Nearly 6 lakhs spended for treatment at Private Hospitals (Chaya/CMH/City), one month in hospital then came to ESI Wilson garden in September 2021 to apply claim, Then submitted all required Documents (As per ESI instructions) and keep follow-up with them. Today (17 Feb 2022) I got Money upto 70% ie almost 2.8 lakhs (4 lakhs submitted claim because I roam 3 hospitals, applied one hospital bill only), here no online service, Only offline service, so we need to visit everytime and keep follow-up with them.because each rupee is important to me.

Three star because of the front office executive and doctor behaviour. Read the full story below.
Yesterday I had been to this ESI dispensary and saw a middle age man sitting inside a glass counter. Might be busy with his mobile phone. I headed there and asked him in hindi "sir, I am here for my mother's treatment. What is the procedure? And whom should I meet? " He looked up with disattaching his eyes from his mobile. His arrogant voice shocked me. "Boss speak in kannada"
I don't know kannada. Are you comfortable with English? "I said
Yes little bit I can understand. But here don't speak Hindi. Protest will start here again. 'he said.
What protest? For saying hindi? But why? Did I do anything wrong? ' I asked
No. But just avoid saying hindi here. If you want to survive, learn kannada. He said. I don't know what is happening here. Why all hindi guys are coming here only ' he asked himself but I could hear it properly.
After that our conversation was on English only. It was hard to understand his slang and accent. But it was ok to communicate.
Three star because of the doctor madam. She was fully opposite. Her behaviour was similar to goddess. I was even more shocked. How would that front office executive will explain this. Well madam was also from same karnataka but she speaks good Hindi that usual. She diagnosed my mother and briefed me everything about her diagnosis procedure. For one moment I could say I fell in love with her. Not because she was ladies. Because of here behaviour. I guess she was double from my age. That's a good experience I had here with doctor and horrible experience with front office.
