Worst experience ever since I had seen staffs are very rude and not punctual making patients to wait for long time even though there's timings they don't even bother about it please request the higher officials to look over this and help out patients at right time

Taking too long process for single sign or approval.pls take care the concern person in this.

Staff are so rude and make us to wait even in duty hours.
Emergency matters for us but this guys not even worrying about anything
Room no 32 his work is to give approval for patients documents he makes u to wait long period of time he takes break in peak hours in morning time between 11Am

Worse than I thought. The service from doctors are ok. But the staffs there are pathetic as ever.

Not a comfortable place for patients even the sisters are not treating the patients well working on there mood n need no proper response towards patients very worst

ESI hospital in Indiranagar. Working procedure is worst experience. Doctor work is very good but worker employees bad.

My name is Arul Francia and my mother name is Arul Mary who was diagoned with Breast Cancer and we Consulted the Oncology department Dr Poornima who is like God for all patients specially to my mother. This was our experience. She guided us with much love and care. On 11th she operated on my mother.she takes care of the patience as her own and treat them with love, motivates them and encourages them which is very much needed for the patience. This was my experience when she was treating my mother. Thank you so much Maam. We are ever greatful to you for all the help to our family specially to my mother. May God bless you and your families for the services which you are rendering.

As on 10/08/2023 Worst doctors ever! They make you wait for half n hour to 1 hour even on their working hours, they don’t see if patience is in emergency or not literally they make you wait, only night shift nurse takes care of the patients. Morning and afternoon shifts nurse are very rude with the patients and they don’t communicate properly. We have to get the medicines, even if patients gets cured they make patience literally to stay for extra days and make them ill and trying them to send to another hospital. This is really scary even a normal patient can’t survive there literally they make them proper patients and they send them to another hospital. These people are playing with peoples life without taking care of the patients.

Worst service. Worst doctor doesn't know how to speak with women. Doctor doesn't know how to behavior with patients. My husband admitted in ESI hospital. I went to show my husband's blood report to Dr. Azeem Urology department. Doctor started shouting at me.why you came here which department you want show the report and you came to wrong department. Even I'm educated person without knowing anything I didn't go and went to met. Very rude behavior when I entered the consultation room. Doctor should have calmness. Worst doctor I ever met. ESI indra nagar hospital Who's handing responsibility to the hospital needs to take action against that doctor. Please tell your doctor to have patience before seeing the patient. I should rate lesser than one star.

The worst hospital l have never see this type of hospital don't give respect for patients

Unprofessional behavior, no cleanliness, Ask's patients to clean surroundings if anything happens, force to pay money and very bad behavior of few doctors and cleaning staff, very very very bad and yak condition of toilets even in the maternity section they won't clean the toilets. Half half the medicines are not available we have to buy them from outside. If we won't be careful while taking treatment
we may go through very bad conditions bcz some nurses forget to give the medicines and they will blame patients.

They are not doctor I think so specially the dental surgeon and they don't respect patient, they act like celebrity but they are public servants, taking salary's from our money and not treating patient well. I request government to appoint will treand and we'll mannered doctors if not close the hospital simple waste of time and money.

Visited ESI hospital Indiranagar for my parents Eye check up twice, both times hospital staff shown worst behaviour, not treats patients properly, want govt to take severe action. Becoz of such people hospital getting bad name.

2 days before i met ORTHOPAEDIC here i even don't know how he's certified as a government staff he's referring and telling me that you pay the money and get treatment in private hospital but Esi insurance wil not be applicable this is the thing he suggested to me, Shame on his experience.

Patients go to take treatment but especially maternity block doctors and nurses treat very badly very rude behaviour no politeness in their nature that too godly profession

Waste of time. They will not provide proper instructions and even not respect patients here, bad attitude/angry behaviour. No wonder why most people prefer private hospitals. Employees are using mobile even though patients asking for help.
Saturdays and Sundays are like weekends here as weekend times are till 2pm but employee close everything around 12.

Worst worst worst, OPD Doctor they don't know how to treat with patients, she talking way is not good, today I visit this hospital with pregnant patient, after doctor treated patient is crying due to misbehave with patient. We are waiting for 2hrs 30mins because doctors are going lunch 12: 00pm to 2: 50pm

People are waiting long time, doctors went lunch didn't came, they are taking 2hrs lunch, so many pregnancy ladies r waiting here, worst treatment

This is a nice hospital on ESI staff with the gentle clean up with good doctors and the staff too many people come daily this hospital and have good experience with this hospital.

There lunch break starts at 12 only, i think they have 2 hour for lunch break patient are not treated properly, or with the good respect i case of emergency also they are not responding properly, they have properly mentioned it is emergency but they person because of there negligence it has become serious issue now. Please respect the patients atleast.

Purely negligence of patients, they didn't give proper guidance, rude behaviour and irresponsible staffs,
They take one finger surgery, it's already getting procedure more than 5 days, but irresponsible staffs not giving proper guidance, also they
no confidence about surgery completed for next day

Worst experience always doctors not available and huge queue. No COVID guidelines follow here. Kindly improve the service and make sure patients should not survive.

For vision Test i went to ESI Indranagar, Very Bad Experience with lady Doctor (room no -17) and Gents Checkup person (Eyesight) is useless to that hospital. I said My problem Clearly He said that go to private clinic and take cool glasses, Every doctor has to Remember one thing We are paying Every month E. S. I Amount we are right to ask anything in hospital.

You must have their esi card to get treatment as well as medicines from the pharmacy.
Even their 24hrs OPD requires card and sadly you can't make one during the night when you badly require treatment.
The hospital is totally unhygienic and the staff aren't cooperative at all.
I'd recommend people to go anywhere but here especially in the night.

Very slow process. God. People can die here waiting for the work to get done.

Cherry on top is that the internet is down or the server is down most of the times.

Worst service.staff's are very rude and there is no proper timing for staff's, and doctors.i have waited a whole day for simple thing totally unhappy with ESI hospital service.

Wrost treatment and no any facility to patients and some Medicines are not available in Hospital.

Had a Worst experience, here peoples are moneyminders, they don't have humanity and the way of response is very worst.there is a two things issues I found. - 1. The maximum members are from tamilians as we knows they will do partialty and 2. Here from Watchmen to doctors all are moneyminders. No one will give guide to peoples. Totally had worst experience.

I have bad experiences in ESI hospital indiranager because treat is not good and instruments are not proper each and every check up they must give certificate not been done if any cause some thing goes wrong on patient don't tell the patient directly its effect to the patient this is one wrong things done in this hospital today I felt very bad experiences from this hospital

Actually before going there I was so worried about the service.but what I taught was wrong. Its very good hospital especially Orthopedic Dr Ananth sir. He has done the surgery of my husband.we are thank full to you sir. And the IP staffs also very kind and good-Thanks to all.

Worst hospital ever, I would suggest people not to go there and better to take them for c.v Raman govt hospital. No cleanliness, No toilets are clean, Do not think of going there.

ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ವೈದ್ಯರು ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಕೊಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಏನಾದರೂ ಸಲಹೆ ಕೇಳಿದರೆ ಬೇಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ತೋರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೆಚ್. ಐ. ವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಕೊಠಡಿ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರವಾಗಿರುವ ಕೊಠಡಿಗೆ ನಾಮಫಲಕವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ರೋಗಿಗಳು ವಿನಾಕಾರಣ ಅಲೆದಾಡುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.
