Went to check out a fairly large 3bhk available at a good deal, however other than space, the flat didn't appeal to us. Even the society felt okay at best. Gym was big but hardly had any equipment, party hall was not great. Amenities were very basic and uninspiring

This builder is a major deception! They consistently fail to honor the commitments they make. They are dishonest and should not be trusted.

Get down at Huskur gate and take left turn.on 500 meters can see high tower on right side. It is very close to fruit market. Easy access to public transport and private services like Ola, Über. Closest place to stay near by all IT companies in Electronic City.

Good, decent community, safe and secure to stay in Esteem Emblem. All amenities are easy to access. No water issues, no power problem, good lift service’s. Even daily service of SUPR, Big Basket, Blink it, Swiggy, Zomato everything quickly accessible. Surrounding school buses allowed into premises.

Cool to stay community.

One of the good place to live peacefully, Nice ambience, Spacious parking and play area for kids, GYM, Library and swimming pool are present and well maintained and highly secured with security gaurd 24*7 in duty and the house keeping is also good. Such a clean environment.

Cons: No nearby shops, have to walk some 800 Mtrs to the mail road for the shops

Good residential flats ideally located in a calm and quiet place free from city pollution.

All good but if you are getting interiors done.do not go for SHEKHAR/RAJ SHEKHAR. HE IS A FRAUD AND BIG TIME CHEAT

Big time fraudster! They Won't keep up words on comittment that they gave! Cheaters! Never trust this builder!
