ETA Star The Gardens Apartment

As we all know, magicbricks works as a helper to find a rental flats/homes/apartments etc. By believing the genuineness and would never get scammed, I too decided to take help from them for finding a new accommodation at my new workplace. I came to know about @ETA the Gardens property in Bangalore, and got thrilled to find a fully furnished flat for an affordable rent. I contacted the owner for the further proceedings in the contact number which was updated in the said App. But, for unfortunately, it was found to be a scam. The person who addressed himself as the owner, asked me Rs. 2100.00 for the site visit, where he added that it's refundable if I didn't like the flat. He also said that, this 2100 is for giving me an entry permission to the said property. I thought, it may require for the visit and immediately paid him the amount and also shared my ID and passport size photo for getting the visitor card done. He also added that, one of the site zonal manager will contact me for the verification, and the so called manager, "I strongly believe it was the same person who claimed to be the owner", called me and asked Rs. 8000.00, which they have to show as the transaction for the card to get generated, and also which will be refundable immediately once the call ends. At this point I felt something fishy and denied to pay them and asked my refund of Rs. 2100.00. But they were forcing me to do the transaction by continuous calls. I tried calling the so called owner, but he stopped answering the calls. I contacted the magicbricks support team, and one of the customer care staff asked me to send them an e-mail, for which I didn't even got a reply. This is so shameful that, they are not even taking care of the genuineness of the sellers who is posting the ads on their App. I have no idea how many more people has tasted the same scam. Please report this so that we can help the other people who is likely to be get mugged up by these frauds.

It's a beautiful amazing society with complete it has full of greenery it is connected to metro station City railway station

Great place to stay at the centre of Bangalore city. Loads of green space, large pools and apartment complex Dubai design. Highly recommended

Don't go for any agent who asks for money to create the entry pass, its fraud.they have office close to the location check with them

Great place to stay for end users - resale of flats available at very reasonable prices compared with Prestige, Shobha and Park West apartment complexes. Buy early before prices shoot up -since this is the best complex in the heart of the city. The going rate is around Rs. 11,000 per sft.

Loved this place true to its name it have lush green well maintained gardens with natural landscapes including a small water falls.

This Apartment complex is well connected with all modes of public transport.

There are no complaints about the apartment or the infrastructure but the security system is pathetic and most of them are lazy and they don't have mobile knowledge nor the know the flats properly. Most of the security guys and the VRS home service lift cleaning guys are with so rude behaviour with their visitors and customers. Please take care of it rest everything is awesome. Will change the ratings accordingly

Worst association and rules, security at entrance are rude, if u choose this place u will have problems every day.

Wont find a better place to live in Bangalore.walk able to metro n city railway station. 2 tennis, 2 badminton, 1 basket ball, 1 squash court, 1 skating ring, multi purpose party hall.pool side party hall, amphitheater and 1000s of tress some of which are more than 100 years old, can never find anything with such lush greenery anywhere in the country within the ciyy center

It's very good residential apartment complex, with almost all the amenities.walkable distance to city metro rail way station, with in one KM metro cash & carry store, ETA mall, cinepolis multiplex, can reach heart of city just within 15 mintus by walking.

The best place to live in Bangalore lush gardens many amenities like basketball tennis squash court etc

Only within 1Km from majestic. Such RESIDENTIAL space.it started project around 2008 at that time on expected and this kind of first big Residential project at this place bt all other developer concentrating at in and around TI parks and airport road, good move and decent start for ETA.

Though this residential complex is not located in a posh area, but once you are inside it is very beautiful and appealing ambience.

Poor construction quality it's 10 year old building with cracks most of the side of building maintenance is just ok not that great apartment

Awasome place is this full of greenery and neat place. Parking facility is also very good. Little costly but a place worth of money.
