Overall experience was good. And the diet plan is not very fancy, it's achievable, customized based on my health condition.

Useless service.

1. They don't mention the qualifications and experience of their doctors.
2. The coverage is limited, e.g. No dentists.
3. The timings are limited. They can only consult you during your working hours. They don't let you consult on weekend also.

It's not "usable". Wasted my money. They didn't "even" refund. Please get a proper insurance service instead.

I am Very much excited to say Even is providing Cashless OPD, Even My all tests taken care by Even, I am happy as a Even Member.

I am changing my reviews as the company has turned fraud, every now and then they will tell you this is not covered while nothing has been mentioned about the same in policy certificate plain and simple frauds. Don't recommend anymore.

Dietician Sonali Kulkarni, is super amazing.she understood what i was looking for and has shown me the right plan.nothing over the board just a daily doable workout and food improvements.she didnt give me a diet plan but a great suggestion to control my food habits.

My experience with Even has been excellent. There is nothing like it outside in healthcare right now in India. Even is User centric transformation of the Heath care services. They fully took care of all my needs and coordinated with Hospitals and staff on my behalf. Very prompt and exceptional service. Special shout out to Ajith who really went that extra mile to ensure that everything gets done on time and with no inconvenience to me. Truly appreciate.

They keep pushing their members for in-house consultation and partner laboratories for test no matter how important or crucial situation is.they were fine till last year but worse now in terms of cost cutting.giving huge discounts to trap new customers and overcharging the existing member.we are not renewing this again

Edited: The tests have to be done by their partner health care not in the same hospital if you visited your preferred hospital OPD. The old review below was made after my 1st OPD visit which was good experience. But now degrading the rating by 1 star.

Old Review: I have a membership from Even for my family. Till now I have got good support from their team specially Mr. Sourav Chakraborty from Sales team. He is very supportive all the the time I called him.
The process of OPD consultation through them is very smooth and hassle free.

Very bad onboarding experience.

Sales people give commitment as there won't be a copay, after issuing the policy document there is clause that they will be paying only 50%.

I trusted even but things are not at par.

Even is not approved by IRDAI but they are selling Insurance plans. Which clearly stats the insurance holders of this fake Insurance company can not port to a different Insurance policy if Insurance holders change their mind.

This sort of business practices are completely illegal and inappropriate. Anyone who is buying there health plans will definitely face severe consequences because they can’t port to any other Insurance policy and eventually have to serve waiting period again and in case if we have developed any diseases then that would be an lifetime exclusion.

All the reviews that this illegal organisation have is of their employees, friends and their family. Please don’t get influenced by these fake reviews and fall into there trap.

Earlier this year, I had gotten my Even Healthcare membership.

This week, A few days back, I had a bit of a medical emergency (I m fine) … and had a chance to put Even to test. They were brilliant. Way way waaaay better than anything I have seen/experienced/known so far.

They had me a doctor online in 5 min.prescription in 10 min at 4 am in the morning. They arranged my appointment/visits for diagnostic tests and consultation and booked the slots. Since I wanted to go somewhere close by to me, they arranged for the tests to be paid directly by them, as the hospital wasn’t in their registered partners list.

I had a doctor look at and talk to me after every new report/development. I had the team book my medical appointments. I have never had to pay anywhere excepts for meds prescribed. N they follow up to check how you re doing and if u needed anything else. Even for ER, they informed the hospital and I didn’t have to do a thing. From prescription to diagnostic to truly cashlesss… this has beeen an amazing experience par excellence.

Highly highly Recommended.

Pros: It’s a good company with the best Doctors and utmost care. Their support is at fingertips. You will feel like a family member, they follow up on your health status. Try to get all services/checkup at doorstep. Hassle free claims.

Cons: Even cares you well but once your claims exceed the premium paid, you are in the radar. They will somehow get rid of you. As this is not a insurance company under IRDAI. They have own rules. Proper insurance companies deny the claim and put you under waiting period under their clause, but EVEN directly cancels your insurance. This is normal in startups.

Got to know about Even from my cousin Ajith who was going on and on about his so called Even family and subsequently I succumbed to family pressure. Jokes aside, loved the whole process of joining Even, clean and very easy user interface, cool designs, loved thier USP which is ofcourse the OPD coverage. Looking forward to a long relationship with this exciting healthcare startup. Also Shubham Banyal was there to assist at every stage. All the best to team Even. Cheers.

A dietician and a friend what more can I say. You are the nicest person I met, so humble, so much patience to always listen to me every time. Replying to me on WhatsApp every time, no matter what time and how busy you are. Understanding my habits, my family routine and along with that helping me in my diet plan. When I first Met you, I was stuck inside my head and definitely feeling a post binge hangover. This was not an unusual feeling. The box inside my mind had some pretty stringent rules and a vision of the perfect me. It was a roller coaster ride of high’s and low’s. Eating “clean”, obsessing over ingredients to “slipping up” and demolishing whatever was available. My life depended on a good eating day or bad eating day. Throughout our sessions, my Dietitian helped me navigate through the voices to a place of self-compassion. A truly soulful way of not only eating and drinking but living. Today I have invaluable tools that will be there for the rest of my life.

You will never feel alone if you need any need health related assistance after taking their policy. They take care of your concerns starting from taking the policy to visiting a hospital. And Payments? Forget that. Even will completely take care of it. There is no co-pay whatsoever.

I am one of the early members of Even. And here is my honesh opinion as an Even Lite member (Not sure of Even Plus) :
1. The onboarding experience is WORST. It takes almost a month to get through approvals and it is extremely slow.
2. No follow-ups from their end. You need to follow up to get the status of your onboarding.
3. If your BMI is 30+, they don't onboard you.
4. The idea of first mandatory screening through a virtual consultation ALWAYS isn't right. Virtual consultations mostly doesn't root cause the issue in an effective way. During covid, is an exception.
5. The only good thing I liked was the onboarding hamper they sent.

My experience with another similar app (Visit) was amazing with almost 1/3rd of the price. So, I don't really recommend Even for now.

I spoke with Shivam, who is excellent at resolving inquiries and offering solutions. For a positive client experience, the company should hire more people like him. I appreciate the proactiveness of the people working with this company.

My cousin met with an accident recently and even health care was very helpful and co-operative at that time
The hospital staff was knowledgeable about the Even membership, and the procedure was completed without the use of cash. Tests ordered by a doctor are also cashless.
If we don't want to go to the hospital, the video consultation service with the in-house doctor gets a big thumbs up, and we can get the sample collection from home.
Will definitely recommend others to take their membership as they are very helpful and they are the best during such critical situations ️

My experience with Even healthcare has been easy and hastle free. I have used their diagnostic services recently. The sample was collected from home and the reports were delivered as per the expected time. I would use their services again.

My aunt lives in Bengaluru and she is all by herself. We have taken Even's membership for her. It makes it easy for her to take video consultation with great doctors. And, home sample collection is given for any pathological tests prescribed by the doctor. This is a boon for her that she doesn't have to go out her comfort and every medical need is fulfilled at home.
I would recommend everyone to take Even's membership. Especially, for those whose closed ones are away from them like my aunt.

I would say that this is one of the best health coverage products in India, who have not just made my hospital visits seamless but are also helping my mom with their Diabetes care with dedicated doctors and have also helped her with the proper diet plans. Just very happy that we have some amazing people make healthcare better in India, cheers!

These people are providing one of the best healthcare services, it’s just too good to be true. Extremely satisfied with the service, excited about their Pan India plan.

Their transparency and straight-forwarded attitude is something I love. There is no hidden clause. They tell you everything upfront about what is covered and what is not. Even is one of the best health care provider I have come across in recent times.

The entire process is smooth. They have assisted me to book a doctor consultation even. Never before, I experiened a hospital visit so seamless.

The Even membership is honestly one of best decisions you could make, the fact that its makes the whole process so seamless and cashless is just very convenient.

A friend of mine recommend this to me and I must say that I made a good decision enrolling with you guys! Been a member of Even since March now and must say the entire experience has been amazing! Dr. Ramya has been super helpful and has always been there all I have to do is drop a message on the whatsapp group, pretty sure the only healthcare cover I found worth, have recommended a few friends just waiting for you guys to go live again.

If you are looking for the best health Cover in the market, you should go for it. They have unlimited OPD services. I actually availed the service to believe. Recently went to Fortis la femme. I didn't have to pay anything at all for consultation and some tests. I loved it!
