Don't loose your hard earned money, they always schedule interviews immediate next day and share communication late evening/night so they can say they scheduled however, they make sure you dont attend interviews, the interviews they schedule also not relevant to the profile. If you need to get money back you have justify how the hell they looted you and then not able to schedule interviews suitable to your profile.

Big fraud company don't trust with positive fake reviews, my wife registered with this company and got cheated as there are no interview calls or followups. They will just reply to this review asking mobile number to resolve the issue but nothing happened, they are looting money don't fall into their trap.they will call or followup daily until they recieve money after that you need to call them daily.
Replying: Already sent an email asking for refund please reply on that and refund us the money.
I already provided the details and we spoke regarding refund but refund is not done.

One of the good consulting company in Bangalore they placed me in my dream job and also the faculties working in exalt are very friendly and guide us in proper manner as well as they approach us in an friendly way.and they provided me wit the best company and got placed wit a good package for sure I will refer dis consultancy to my friends.

This review is after waiting for 2 and half months, initially they told during registration I would receive 2 to 3 interviews in a week, but now I haven't got any interviews till today. If I call them they won't pick the call for 1st or 2nd call, have to call them more than 4 to 5 times to pick a call, and everytime they will tell, in this week you will receive an interview but it's been 2 months I haven't got any and they will tell we are working on your profile but no updates from them. This is really not good.

Guys, never signup with this company in your life. Everytime, they claim they have shared my profiles for with big companies like BCG, Deloitte, KPMG etc with my current role and share some random mails. When I ask them to forward those mails which they have shared to the respective companies on my profile, they wont do that. Later, I checked through my network with those companies and came to know my profile is not even shared and after all, there are no such openings available.

This proof is more than enough for you to understand what they do with people. After all when it comes to refund, they just refunded 2000/- and the remaining 2500 they didnt refund back teling its the service charge for sharing my profile with those companies. After multiple followups, they wont even respond.

Hence, i request all of you to maximum share this across to everyone which helps to take strong legal action against such companies who are just running to ruin people's life.

Also, don't fall under some of their positive reviews which you see as I got the feedback from many people that its their employees who had posted such reviews.

Almost one month is completed, but they didn't showed one interview also, always they are saying we are working on your profile please co-operate for us, and they are not saying anything about the interview.

Pathetic consultancy services, no proper point of contact, everyone is just trained to say “will arrange a call back in 10minutes” and no one calls back once you pay the amount. Waste of your own time and money to invest on Exalt, represntative while paying says if things won’t work then refund will be initiated in 10 working days and now they ask us to wait for 3 months. Terrible services. Completely not recommended.

Number one fraud. While they are taking admission they tell all nonsense theorys.but in reality what happens. They asked me to pay nearly 5100 as an addmission fee. Iam daily wage person I have paid 2145.then the person told that if we are failed to give a job in 90 day's we will be refunding your ammount. It's been near 4 month's no job. I requested for a refund. They have sent mails everything asked me fill the form. Yes true they given nearly 10 interview which are walk-ins. Let me tell you one they have given all interviews in pandamic situation. Is it possible to come from village which is nearly 400 km far away from city. Is it believeble thing. Then I requested for telephonic interview. I didn't even get single interview from them. Finally I got a job on own. Now what they are telling is. Go and read Claus number 16 which you have signed.

Beware of them. They just send emails that they have referred your resume in big companies but you never get a call from them. Few hours before they will schedule interviews with some unknown companies to attend interview in their office that too in times where interviews are being done virtually. They are fake. I wasted my money

I have got reponse from the companies as well.
They have scheduled my interviews also just waiting for the response.
So far good work on the profile hoping up for the best.

Very irresponsible people I have ever seen. For the past one month after I registered with them and still no interview has been scheduled. For the past 10 days I am unable to contact them. It says their executives are busy. Worst service i have ever seen.

They are just cheaters, they just want the money after that they will send you the emails with MNC company name without any JD that we are forwarding your CV but without any communication details. Even they will agree to refund but virtually. They will never refund fully cheaters are seating there with some of the TeleBPO Ladies just to reply you that they are working on your profile but they are actually never work. So be careful and never pay there guys! Even any of the agency who are asking for money hardly they will arrange interview they will snack the money only

Today I have send the mail for refund of money. Let see how much time they will take to process?
Such a waste of money! Pls do not fall into their calls / promises. They are cheaters. They will send u some updates messages only. No response or no service for what u paid. They literally giving negative impact for other job sites/consultants. I received so far a fake interview schedule & some update messages within the 3 months. Here is an eg of how they are simply sending updates messages.

This company can't provide any placement and do not support any support team, company employees not working properly can't receive call and this company employees not answer properly.

I am extremely thankful to Exalt for all their support from registration till my interview process and for making it such a smooth experience.

Worth getting registered with ECPS.found this service very good and the team is also much Concernd about every small things related to profile and most importantly they value the candidates precious time.

They are not upto mark and not at all professional. They don't have the basic courtesy to call back and respond.like all others have raised the concern even i haven't go the payment back.when i asked they gave false mail id for refund.

Some female called me today asking me to pay for some job. When I said I am not sure I signed up for something like this, she immediately hung up. No decency. This looks like a job scam if a consulting firm is asking for money from the candidates and not from their clients.

Yes I am an registered candidate. And exalt consultant are fake they just loot money from and gives fake promise. Fake call interview. All is all are fraud and fake people. Don't ever n ever give money to this consultant. Fake people.

I got registered with this paid consultancy with an amount of Rs/-5416, after that they started providing me interviews but unfortunatly I could not clear the rounds of interview and got the job from my own. But this review is for that they are not like others because as they committed me at the time of registering, they did the same means refunded my amount by deducting some taxes. This organization can be suggessted to others.
