Very poor response, not listening to queries, Not supporting to new users, very worst working experience and not user friendly. Management should improve by considering feedback.

This site has such a bad user experience in these time era and it doesn't work most of the times.
Its high time big corporates should look for some better alternatives

Horrible user experience. UI portal has so many flows. It is designed for work not to be get done.

Pathetic service providers. They don't reply back to grevence raised and unable to reach out through phone/mobile.

Pathetic customer support.
They accept queries only through emails and it takes forever for them to reply.

Pathetic server performance and UI. Employees will resign only because of their poor ui and site maintenance. Ridiculous complex processes they have setup

Always need to reset the password, before login and to reset the password getting errors many times e.g- data not matching.

Pathetic firm, they don't even have a customer care number to talk to. Anarchic processes.

I am struggling to get my PF transferred. They give a copy/paste response even if its a pretty serious issue

Do not get their payroll/timekeeping tool. You are better off with something else. I've seen college theses that are better.

Highly unprofessional people. Their customer care is pathetic. They give vague responses after multiple follow ups. I hope that companies opt out of their service in the near future.

Very bad data input in my log in some one else form 16 is showing moreover taking more than 7 days to correct the same pathetic. No words.

Worst company.staff does not have any knowledge of the updated IT rules.no escalation matrix.just one mail id to which you keep on sending mails expecting reply which never comes.

One of the waste staff and waste people you guys have. Couldn't even edit date of exit details and you guys are telling that ur company is leading payroll managing company.what a joke and rubbish. I have been sending all the details with attachments for putting my ex company date of exit details in my PF account and you cannot do it properly and asking me to send all documents via post.if cannot do the work properly leave that Job or close the company.

Unresponsive people. Pathetic behaviour. Divert the phone calls to security person for getting the issue resolved.
