The worst office I have seen where first round HR will take the Interview after that please wait please wait for 2 round we have to wait 3 hours one more HR taken the interview same question after that again we have to wait for 3 hours I think he is a manager again he is asking some questions why I don't no this guys will waste our time and full-day only by sitting for tht idiot manager where we are coming from first round HR will reject on last round why I don't no the reason if company can't hire for the agent they should reject on first round it. Self we should waste full day by sitting and tht idiot manager he fat he will reject worst experience for ECPL by keeping a experience of other company I went there then to this is the result

Worst company no professional and they wilp make us to wait like dog for interview but non of them are professional

This was a good experience with our HR keerthana Shi is a good and this company is also good here there a good environment apart from this there are no comments

Interview was taken very professionally.the induction part after Interview was the best Keerthana mam made me very comfortable and interaction with my colleagues was easier by her help. I hope the rest of my journey goes as nice as the beginning

Worst experience faced by my friends while working no proper salaries provided and when left after doing all the exit formalities for doing settlement they took nearly one month to settle and more then that
And the best part of this company is worst management no proper handling almost the management peoples are uneducated fellows if you want to build a future plz don’t go to this office.

It's a good company were we can grow more and learn new things the management is very good of this company comparing to other office.

This company take interview for new people and send old employees out and maintain the salary level low because this company should hike salary for experience so thy remove old employees and offer job to new employees with salary 12k to 15k every month this company removes old employees for silly reason without any notice and say you people are in hold for few days and remove permanent even I too got such notice as you are on bench and got removed I had worked around for 16 months in this company without any salary increment well I had no much expectations

Please do not join this company, after leaving company for settlement they will pay less and remaining they will lot themselves this is my own experience. I worked in this company for 2 years with no increase in salary and there is no higher post.

I had a very bad experience with this company the sme of the night shift are so unprofessional they don't even know anything about the process they hire ppl who din even passed out their 10th ppl act so unprofessional.

I worked there for 2 months. I had one of the worst experience ive ever had. They are really unorganized and still trying to get better.they also kinda pressure their employees.

Worst company ever visited the employes are very rude and they dont have a conson for talented people very cheap company to work they dont importanc3 to the employes who are working for them 24/7 name is Shaida Hr and that girl does'nt give priority to the folks who are humble and hard working these type of people doesnt deserve to be employed

I am an Ex employee of this company and the HR dept is soo slow that Its been 5 months I have left the company but yet hvnt received my experience letter and I am following up.but none of them reply. No support wit the teams. Very disappointed. Because of there carelessness I hv lost my job because I couldn't submit my experience letter.

I Selected to this Company and when I came to floor, Team leaders was not professional at all, as they think we are slaves, i had an Medical emergency for my family and requested them i will work next day, They treated me as theif and they are Cops they needed evidence, photos and other things just for one emergency leave, and said to not login in or not work at all, And phone call with my family, is this is a school or what, Even though I am the employee of that company and part of the team not belived me. I had all Slips of medical bill to show them the Evidence, But i decided if this is the Professional ethics providing to Employees for "ECPL" how can I build my carrier there.

So Friends if you need longtime carrier in your Job, Please Don't Join as a slaves.

I tried calling 7 different numbers for more then 10 times, but there is no response from anyone finally one person by name syeda responded but she was very rude.

I have worked here for a month firstly when they hire a candidate they will take 1 month of time to actually offer a job after all this once the work is started the Tl and Management starts to gives higher pressure and if we complain to Hr they're like we don't care if you leave the job some other Will join they are very unprofessional

If you people are not provide job so why offering any other consultancy. They are know only one thing how to cheat people and you people trying to convance them who is gave the money to other consultancy. Cheat people, cheating company and cheat organization plz don't believe us.
