Ezi Drive - Driver & Cab Hire Services in Bangalore (Outstation, Office Pick and Drop)

Hired a driver from Chennai to Bangalore named John prakash. He did not take the route I suggested and went his own way. Requested him to drive under 100 as I wasn't well but he kept driving at 120 and 140 throughout the journey. Drove very rashly my poor hyundai automatic car got problem in engine and I had to take it to service and fix it. Completely unprofessional drivers. Book at your very own risk.

Took a trip to chennai-Bangalore. The driver came late & scratched the car in a parking pillar due to his ignorance, the bumper got damaged. Who will be responsible? Shame on such service. Worth not even a single star. Better hire a seperate cab OLA or UBER or use a known drive if you love your car!

2. Drivers are well selected, always on time.
3. Sensible policies: if you come back early, you don’t get penalized. If you go over, they charge 25/- for every 15 minutes extra.

Drivers are punctual and courteous and drive safely. Had a bitter experience only once with a one way driver, but otherwise have had a pleasant experience using their services for last 1 year.

I had taken EziDrive service today and was given the services of driver. He landed at our place IN TIME and was asked to wait which he did patiently. He steered the car deftly to our full satisfaction. I thank that driver for his good work & wish EziDrive with many more drivers in their firm.

Always a better option than cab since finding cabs are difficult and finding drivers is easy with Ezidrive

Horrible driver provided by EziDrive. Never ever go for this App. Please save yourself and your vehicle. They are not even responding to the feedback and complain we had regarding the driver.

We had booked a trip for Bengaluru to Mangalore with Booking ID- 3051016,
Driver name - Raghu Reddy

Our trip turned into a nightmare because of the driver's unprofessional behaviour and rash driving. He was driving our personal vehicle like a truck.

I felt bound to provide him the accomodation of 2 days (INR 2500 /-) and not allow him to drive for a day, as it raised concerns on safety of my car and our family.

I had a booking for 3 am pick up but had insisted him to come at 4 am which had been informed well in advance. He arrived at 4am as asked, however, he charged us for INR 100 extra even for the 1hr which we told him not to come i.e at 3am. On top of that, he charged extra money for morning and night charges which should be compensated as he had 1 full day of rest at the hotel. We had asked him to stay at the hotel because of his unprofessional, rude, arrogant behaviour and rough driving.

Even though we had provided accomodation he is expecting us to provide him food and in return not even helping us with our luggages.

He has driven only for 2 days and taken total of INR 4000 + accomodation charges (INR 2500)

We feared he will crash our vehicle and he was overtaking within inches.
Please read this review before you go for this bad App.

Terrible service. Driver charges more than double the mentioned bill amount. When complained he is shouting and using bad words. Customer care people are useless they keep saying we will call back but nobody calls. Guys please dont book from here or you will regret like me later

Driver did not come on time, no commitment for work, not reliable, last minute had to scramble for alternatives, overall cannot depend completely

They ask for original DL which is not fair practice because they can misuse our driving licence and no company have authority to take our original document

Booked the service advance 1 day before
Before 30min of schedule time they called and said not available.

Nice service, everyday i am suffering from the traffic finally I got the good pickup and drop service from the Ezi drive, know i can go office easily and back safely, drivers are so polite and experience in Bangalore traffic they had good driving skills, thanks for the service

Their service is good.weekdays no problem at all to get a driver. Weekends please make sure in advance. Always confirm after making the booking before hand.

Third class cab service. They keep cancelling without informing and don’t bother to call or message. Useless service. Why don’t you just shut down?

Please don't use them for outstation trips. I had booked a trip to Mysore tand they cancelled last minute and i then had to hire a taxi, which cost me a lot of money and time to arrange. I have been as customer for over 9 years and this is what they did to me.

Started off providing great service with trained drivers on hire. But now have become very un-reliable. Too many cancelations by the company at last minute throwing off the schedule completely. They have made it a habit to cancel booking just 30min before reporting time.

The company keeps sending drivers for hotel valet duties and private parties as they get more money there. Those bookings are given top priority even at the last minute, while canceling other bookings

I travelled to shimoga driver is also good he was driving 100 to 110 speed as we r senior citizens driving within hundread is ok otherwise driving excellent

The drivers they send are bad
Most of them dont even know to use the cars if automatic
Avoid booking from them

Booked a driver at 11.30 they never allocated a driver nor they inform the customer very unprofessional approach.

First of all I should say thanks to Mr. Rajesh (incharge) He is the gentleman who has take care of us and given us the best rooms, we had booked double bed room but he had given us 3 cot bedroom when he saw us with a kid with same price as double bed room.

And coming to the food he personally taken care and prepared for us with best taste.
Food: superb (limited menu but the best)
Location: just 5 mins walk to the lake
City centre
All street food just 10 mins walk
Kids play just 5 just mins
Price: Reasonable

Booking of driver through ezi drive is a nice experience. The driver was very sobar. I liked his service.

Good service. Most of the drivers who came for service were punctual, drove well. Very few instances driver isn't punctual or was demanding extra amount (for safe service though we can give it should not be demanded)

Most drivers are good, punctual and drive safe. I use their services regularly for my within city rides and requirements. Its convenient and helpful. And you don't have to worry as its your own car.

With my personal experience, its very unsafe to use drivers from Ezi drive. When you call to their customer care they use faul language while speaking to customers.

The driver didn't listen to us. He was driving fast even though my wife is pregnant. And the car was not atleast cleaned. It was dusty.
I would never go with EziDrive again.

Booked a driver on their automatic phone line, got a confirmation by SMS. Just 2 hours before reporting time found no drivers details were shared. Called them again. Was told will revert back. After half an hour made an excuse that why did we Book in the night on the automatic phone line. Will revert back. NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT, NO REGRET, NO EXPLANATION. JUST COMPLETE SILENCE. NOW SHIFTED TO SMART DRIVE. MUCH BETTER RESPONSE and SERVICES.

It was such a great service earlier that I would recommend it to everyone but lately it has disappointed me on so many occasions.
The office pick up drop service of Rs 500 was such a great thing economically, but mostly drivers won't agree to take it forcing me into making two separate one way drops which costs me 640. To lower the cost if I go with hourly option which costs me around 540 then drivers sometimes give me a big time when I tell them that I can't allow them to stay in my car in office parking during their wait time as it is not allowed for security reasons. Then the app felt good but if Iam outside Bangalore, i cannot make an app booking because instead of taking the pickup location which I give, it takes the location of where iam currently. Also, very recently they stopped taking two one way drop bookings together even through the phone- what the hell! Now I have to make one way drop booking first, wait for it to get over only then I can make another one way drop booking which will take me back from office.it feels like throughout the day i have to keep being worried about making bookings and then following up with them. I hope they read my review and do something to ease customers' life instead of making it difficult for them.

It’s been my go to driver for all sorts of driving needs. Really appreciate their booking process and quality drivers. Very cost effective too

Booked a cab with confirmation but the driver never picked call and the cab did not come. We struggled to book another different cab service that early morning

Horrible service. My aunt had come after 3 years and we had a whole day planned. They called at the last minute and cavalierly cancelled. They didn't offer any backup options whatsoever. Over that, they were making excuses. Highly unprofessional service. Would rate less than 1 star if I could.

I was a regular user but of late the last year or so they never have drivers, they will call you last minute and tell you drivers are not available. I asked for a driver 48 hours in advance for at 1: 30pm. Swati called at 10: 30 am to say that the requested driver is not available they will send someone else, I asked for John who manages the call center I was told he is busy will call back - NO call back. At 12: 45 someone calls to say driver is not available. When I ask for John he is in a meeting! Third rate organization I have switched to DriveU much better service and response, don't waste your time they will make sure your plans are ruined.

Giving 1 star because there are no zero star or negative star ratings. The most pathetic service. I got a booking id but no driver turned up. They didnt even call back to let me know. Upon calling them, the customer service blames it on the customers to get off the hook. My plan was ruined thanks to Ezi Drive. Just go for DriveU. Not worth the few pennies you might save with this hopeless company.

Didn’t send the driver as per the requirement. I had specifically asked for a driver who is well conversant with local sights at Chikmagalūr and who knows good English or Hindi. However, the driver had no such knowledge and communication. Pathetic.

Worst service ever. They couldn't confirm the booking even in 24hrs. Don't rely on them. I finally had to book another service

I wish there was a zero start rating available. I booked a driver for 31st Dec night. I also called multiple times to their customer case to which they said they will get back and now in the last minute they are saying that driver is not available. So this is how you treat your "confirm bookings"

My personal opinion - Please don't rely on their service.
