First there are only two dest and they are very slow, take time around half-hour to finish the grevience of one costomer and response is irritating, I'll never suggest this kind of service centre.
Extremely frustrating experience. 1. In about 20-25 times that I have called up the number, I have managed to connect with a person on the line only 2 times. The phone is either busy, or keeps ringing without anyone picking it up. I cannot understand how it says the line is busy when I try calling, and then 5 minutes later there is no-one to pickup the phone (happened at 12: 00pm, 3: 00pm - definitely not at any closing time or lunch break time). 2. The actual in-store experience is equally bad. There is no token system present (There is a sign there, for quite sometime now, stating that the token machine is out of order). Anyone who visits the store will just have to sit and wait, and hope that the one person sitting behind their desk (who has a very cold attitude and does not acknowledge any customer who comes in) remembers the order in which every person came in and services customers in the same order. Wait times are terrible, and the overall service is agonizingly slow.
THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME after guaranteeing that a refund will be processed within 10 business days (half a month is over) after they failed to service my laptop. Also, they have worsened the situation of laptop. When I gave my laptop for service, only display issue was there. After their diagnosis, Laptop DOESN'T SWITCH ON. My laptop was ASUS ROG.
I was not very happy with the service. First time I went there for my Asus laptop issue and they told me it is motherboard issue and part will take few days (4-8 days) so I was okay because this was a major issue but next time I went again for some other issue with same laptop. They did diagnosis and found some minor issue in 2 days and then they asked me to wait for 4-6 days because part is not available. I am not sure why they don't understand the urgency. Also there were no proper communication about the status, luckily I took Dinesh's contact no (Technician) and he was very nice and kind to share the status but I was not very happy with obverall process.
Smooth interaction towards coustomers. Fast and efficient service. But extremely ultra expansive compared to other authorised service providers for apple.
I said this because, for the same issue (logic board faulty) in my MAC, i took that to Ample iCare Elements Mall. They gave me 60k quotation but here they took all the way to 1 lakhs.
They take time, but are reliable and much cheaper than private repair shops. It's better to go to authorised service center than private ones, as private one had asked 3 times the rate, what the service center charged.
Not professional, miscommunication, attitude problems. Because of their unethical behaviour, I lost my valuable time by going there. I went to service my iPhone prior calling them, the person agreed to service the phone in the same day but after visiting their centre told me to come after two days. They are not even ready to listen to my words. First time such an experience from an apple authorised centre.
This place is not good. The spare parts come after a month. And they take another 4-5 days to fix it. They told it will take 4-5 Working days to fix the laptop. Then they did not inform me that it may take some time. Please improve
I am Disappointed that they donot offer Repair services for Silicon Chip related Failures. They were offering to replace the motherboard than to replace one faulty silicon Chip.
Worst service center ever. 0 for customer service. Even upon confirmation on quotation the product was not replaced. Took weeks to give quotation and upon confirmation of availability of the product took weeks to tell that the product was not in stock again. And lady at helpdesk do not provide answers to question asked instead kept forcing to do what she tells.
F1 INFO Solutions has 3rd rated staff. Especially Team lead Sandhya and Regional Manager so called Mr. Ravi both persons even not aware how to treat a common man and interview with them gone really worst. Both are just meant to humiliate, Harassment and Abuse Interview Candidate. So I strongly recommend not to seek opportunity to work in this 3rd rated company and also not recommend for any Laptop/Macbook/iPhone device services. Totally I can say, Its worst! Worst! Worst! Organisation for profession as well as services.
Sandhya and Ravi both are totally unprofessional buggers.
Worst experience with the interview. Management have no manners to speak to a common man, they invite for an interview and humiliate no basic manners on how to behave with interview candidates.the regional manager has no respect to opposite person.so not at all recommended for job and services.no professionalism.overall worst environment. HR: Sandhya, Regional Manger: Ravi HArassing people by calling candidates to interview.they point of view on candidates are too cheap.
Horrible customer experience with reps acting like rowdies. Imagine you are asking a question and they don't answer and you ask for manager and they stare at you without answering.people who hired this lady should really enjoy such stare downs.:) Pathetic
I am facing problem with the new laptop which is under warranty and blue screens appears frequently. Once the engineer visited and reinstalled and did everything but after few days again same issue. Given the laptop for service and they changed something, but the issue continously and the frequency of blue screen increased. Now looking for some other service centre.
Crazy lady at front desk! Picks fight with customers. Very rude. Looks like a universal opinion. When dropping device, she was rude to me. When collecting device, she was in a shouting match with another customer. Avoid this place like plague.bad luck if this is the only option:)
I mean first don't buy asus laptop. I had to wait a month just to get the spare parts get to the service center. But yes if parts are readily available the time will be less and that's problem with asus. I am not sure about out of warranty items but I will update review if I face issue just got it today.
They are not focusing on basic customer service. Esp.no follow ups, poor responsibility, not concerned about customer's emergency situation. Just to place a laptop charger i have sent dozen of mail, visited the centre twice and waited patiently for a month. But still they didn't place the order. They will just assure and give words that they will contact us through mail, but they won't do that on time. They don't have a proper contact number to reach out them, so we have to visit every time to remind them about our needs. Totally disappointed and wasted one month by waiting for their response. Don't know how they are getting paid for not doing anything productively. I would never ever suggest anyone to approach F1 info solutions for any purchase, especially the one at Cunningham road, banglore.
They take one week for just a general service and on top of that they’ve damaged my laptop in such a way that my glacier blue colour ROG strix laptop has been scratched in many places and now looks black at those places. And they didn’t even address my issue with LED strips malfunctioning on my keyboard. They said it’s “normal”. Overall, it was a very bad experience. And takes forever to get our product back.
Did a fine job, charged INR 800 for servicing including installation of OS on a new SSD that I externally purchased and updated BIOS and the device drivers, are not very responsive on phone hence took over a week to coordinate things where it could have been done within 3-4 days, did not clean the exposed areas of the laptop, but overall service was good.
I come here for all my apple products that need servicing as they are an Apple Authorised Service Centre. So you can be damn sure you’re getting genuine parts and that your internal components are not being swapped into another persons system (A practice done by “cheaper” non-apple service places).
The people that work here are honest, follow protocol and go above and beyond to help you sort your problem out. Special shout out to Sandhya Anand for her customer service, excellent communication skills and honesty. Much appreciated.
Having said all of that, the only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is the lack of parking.
Ok here it goes my full review on asus motherboard. This service center is divided into asus and apple. There's no two or four wheeler parking (so many space inside their premises) so get ready to hunt for parking on this busy street. So my mobo was dead for no reason so came here for Rma as it was in warranty they gladly completed all paper formalities and collected my mobo and said eta was 4 to 5 working days. After 5 days I get a call so I reached there they did replace my mobo with new one. Wait a minute I was so happy I collected it with All my happiness went home. Only thing it was a refurbished mobo with little thermal paste marks uncleaned and hdd and reset switch pins bent. So I entered serial no which was on mobo to on asus website glad it continued on my original warranty. Bottom line I dono why big huge companies play cheap tricks like this. Giving customers refurbished piece. Aleast clean it properly. They are taking advantage of Indian customers. In other countries they would replace with brand new. Ps: I dono whether service center exchange my mobo with new one and sell (giving customer refurbished product). Or really asus is this bad. Shame.
My experience is not good as they don't service the "out of warranty" devices it seems. They refuse to take my 2013 model Tab (touchscreen) which was facing software slowdown and shutdown due to limited memory. Infact, even they didn't bother to look into the problem by switching on Tab. They told me that it's hardware may crash if they try to service it as the model is very old!
Hence, from there, I took it to a local service centre in Frazer Town. They switched on the Tab and detected that the expandable memory card was broken inside hence due to limited memory, it was facing frequent shutdown. They just replaced the memory card and it's started working fine.
I felt that people sitting in Asus service centre compare to local service centre guys are either inexperienced or not enough motivated to serve the customers.
The technicians here are as skilled as an 8 year old, I bet they only earn from the non refundable payment they take in advance, took my laptop here to get a bios reset, this genius called me back after 10 minutes and said that I need a motherboard replacement, apparently all he did was check if an external monitor would show the display, it needs a manual bios reset you fool, my stupid laptop doesn't have a CMOS battery, I could have done it myself. Do not waste your time and money here. Asus should do something about this "authorised" store.
Reasons to avoid this asinine service center: 1. The place might have turned to be a Covid 19 hotspot. No Covid safe distancing protocols followed. 2. And the service you get is extremely unpleasant
Had booked an appointment for 4.20pm using the apple support app. 20km later, was hushed away from the centre as soon as I stepped in. Was told they were done with the appointments for the day.
Called apple care, a lady named Sandhya from the service centre spoke with the tele exec and explained 3 of the engineers had been tested positive for Covid 19.
Mentioned Sandhya that she could have conveyed the same earlier, instead of wasting my time. Her reply was obtuse.
Either way, being a doctor, adviced them they probably should shut the store for a few days, sanitise and maintain social distancing norms. The Lady turned out to be insensitive again.
No wonder, these are the people contributing to load of Covid cases in Bangalore.
Ample, Mantri Mall is a 15 min drive away from this pathetic place. Would recommend to book your appointments over there.
Worst service center. For a minor issue in the hardware (power button), they insisted I change the mother board or no service will be done. The cost being 13k much more than mobile. I got it done at local store for ₹ 200.
Additionally the staff is rude, when asked for an update on day 2. He started questioning why I am calling them on day 2 itself.
Very unprofessional and rude service provider. They make you to take responsibility of any damage happened by them while serving your gadgets. Doesn't understand then how the authorised service center is different then a local shop? Manager doesn't know how to talk to a customer, for him their useless processes are more important than the customer satisfaction.
They are not professional at all. A lady will always shout at you by stating that I don't know anything please BETH JAIYYE. I had just asked that lady for a spare phone to use till the service is done, she makes me wait for 2hours by shouting that she need to ask someone of higher authority later after 2hours she come up with the statement that I'm sorry Sir we don't provide such facility.
Went here to repair my ASUS ROG laptop as it is certified. They asked me to replace the entire motherboard for almost the same cost as the laptop (58k). Took it to another place where they replaced the defective part and charged accordingly (1k+). Would not recommend. 2 stars as the receptionists were polite.
Genuine, prompt and well managed service provider which will be obviously expected by users who purchase the good quality items in the first place. I've been visiting this place for more than 10 years for different brand products. I remember the first time I visited was in 2005 for getting replaced the screen of O2 XDA Windows phone and it was done promptly without any charges as it was under warranty. Subsequently I've visited for Asus phone/ tablets/ laptops service and have had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
The service was really good but the only concern is the availability of items. My Magsafe 2 charger had stopped working and since it was under warranty I was able to have it replaced but they took 3-4 days to have the charger delivered, which caused a lot of hassle especially when working from home as the laptop becomes unusable without charger. Hope they will have these really important items available at thier service center.
I had to turn in my Powerbeats Pro headphones here for battery issues. Despite hiccups with my warranty (just barely out of it), they recreated the issue, worked with Apple in the back-end and procured a replacement pair within 2-3 days, after the problem was identified. The center is professionally managed, and they want to do well by the customer.
Good service, polite, patient, comprehensive and clear. Professional as expected. If you're giving systems like laptops for service, ALWAYS BACK UP. More likely than not you'll get a factory reset system, but at least your issues are resolved.
The asus service center is located near to sigma mall. The service center is not organised. Lot of confusion regarding temperature check and sanitisation. There is no immediate check on the products and you are asked to wait for 2 to 3 days even for the software update. In case of software updates, micromax service center has good response but the products were below average
My Asus 6z died suddenly and was not booting up. I submitted the device for checkup on 12th August. My device was still in warranty and the turn around time for the process was 2 days.
On 14th, I got the call to collect my device.they had replaced the motherboard and fixed and reset the device. I have updated the device to the latest security patch and it seems to working fine now.
Good service and very happy with the precautions in place in this pandemic sitaution. Kudos!
One of the best service centres of Apple in Bangalore. Have got all my apple products serviced by them - laptop, phone, ipad, imac etc. What i really love about them is how quick they are to recognise and acknowledge the issues and fix it. Very customer focussed team!
My five year old laptop had a dysfunctional keyboard. It was out of warranty. The quotation they sent me for replacing the parts and their service charges collectively would have costed me Rs. 33000+. It was half as expensive as my laptop itself. Worst still, just the diagnosis of the problem costed me Rs. 1778.
Eventually, I got the machine repaired with warranty from another store in 1/4th of the cost.
I wouldn't recommend this centre of your laptop is out of warranty.
My Macbook Pro (15-inch 2017 model) had battery and charging issues, especially with heavy load applications. The service center just reinstalled the OS and cleaned up all the ports and sockets. Issue resolved! Quick and efficient service
I have never see so many positive reviews for any centre. This centre truly is the best apple service centre. People are knowledgable and work really fast. I have been to my service centres but nothing comes close to their service. Go to them eyes closed. I go to them for all my apple related issue.
My earpod wasn't working left side and it is in under warranty Then i went here and i got replaced with new one In 2 days I am very much thank full them And one important thing is good response from their employees and their services thank you so much Apple
Aboslutely pathetic experience. I was guided to tje showroom by prior appointment from Apple Customer Care. They did not even inspect the phone nor acknowledged the problems. While the apple customer care said issues should have been addressed by hardware rectification, the staff there were of the opinion that the apple customer care executives are ignorant and telling liea. Highly unproffessional amd zero value add.have given same complaint to apple on this. Plz do not go there.
