FAABROCARE - PREMIUM LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING - GUNJUR

Stains on shoes as well as jeans are still prominent. And even the crease of the clothes is not crisp like after dry cleaning.

Overpriced, they charged 600rs for double comforter, for 700 rs i can buy a new single comforter.

When I call they will first ask how many clothes are there.if its less than 10 they will not pick up.
Even my clothes which came after the dryclean, still the stains were there.
Such a pathetic experience

Had called them for dry clean service to check on pickup option & pricing - a lady picked up & told they don't have pick up service & quoted Rs. 300 for dry clean after explaining every minute detail of the cloth which we were about to give for dry clean. We felt it was competitive price so we went to the shop with dress. After going their the lady didn't had any idea about pricing, she called someone & then quoted Rs. 750 which is more than 2.5X from initial quote. She also said the lady who spoke to us on call has left he shop & doesn't have to do anything with them. We didn't understand what kind of service they give so we just left from their & gave it in local dry cleaning shop for 300 itself. They were more polite & knowledgeable than this guys I felt.

Modified the rating to 2 star from 1 star.

Reason for changing: The company gets in touch and does patch work on the quilt.

Reason for just 2 star: I gave a good quilt with no damage, the company gives me a damaged patched quilt and charges me 800 bucks. Would I go with them again? Never!

I suggest everyone who are going for review to trust their services, I had very good experience with them.

This is a wonderful company, I'm really surprised and i thank to the people who will do this job. Bcz there so humble and punctual, and they picked and delivered a due date.
Very honestly say this is a massive service.
