We bought a Classic Pro chimney and we were guided by Ms. Sumathi. Her knowledge about the Faber products are good. She is very helpful and competent. We highly recommend the Faber studio, Indiranagar.
Place has good variety of stoves and chimneys. That is where the good stuff ends Omg service is phenomenally terrible. U call customer care they don’t respond. They sent service engineer who does not know abcd of stove. Parts are not available for service. Finally a visit to show room and 15 min of screaming they say sorry parts will take another 20 days to get it. I have never seen such terrible service in my life. Don’t buy Faber
Really disappointed with the faulty product. In addition to that the store Sumathi asked us to wait for 4 hours to send their sevirce team to pick up the faulty product. We had to book a porter to collect the correct product and book another porter to deliver the faulty product since time is a luxury we all have. Hope team faber looks into this issue. Sumathi please look at getting training for de-escalation.
They do have some really good product but the service and installation is horrible. We had to call them multiple times and they kept on giving random reasons to avoid the installation. After lot of pleading they finally came for it and the installation they did was horrible, there were lots of gaps and unfinished stuff and they refused to fix it.
So it’s better to get the product from the store and ask some professional to install or just look for other options.
Good display with the camplete range of Faber product. One stop for our kichen appliance.very good staff and good knowledge on of the products.very customer friendly in the store. Patiently explains details and ensures a world class customer experience.
Very knowledgeable and cordial personnel, else we would have been lost with all those features in each product. Yet to use the same, so can't review them currently.
One of the worst service, I don't know why you have a store if you don't have the patience attend to customers. I don't know who was there at the counter, but this person just wanted to get rid of the people there and get back to his mobile. The executive had zero knowledge about the product and heworks in the store. Please hire some new people if u want to have any business here at all. One of the worst customer sery experience
