Old rooms, No clean, worst service, Bad smell, Small Bathrooms, Not recommend to family members.

Behaviour of cleaning boy was very fearful. No cleaning and waste water for bathing provided. Pillows and bedsheets are very unhygienic. Don't come here. No taking care of customer needs. Please select this hotel as a last option.

As we had booked the rooms for our guests for a marriage function i am giving it a review.
There was no proper service at all
The rooms were dirty we had to tell them after checking in to the rooms
There were no proper service as we had to ask for cleaning the room, towels were not provided, there was no water in the building, no keys for the room, there were rats running around in the room and for each and every thing we had to tell them and then also they were unable to give the service properly
I wouldn't recommend anyone else as it has poor service

I actually checked In one for one day on go ibibo and paida 1100 then I had to extend just a half a day at first they said just 500 then during the check out they had demanded 1600

We have booked a room to make my trip.
The Rooms are good, but also some cleanliness to be maintained. It is located in a convenient place and accessible is very easy.
The service is good and the price is affordable even if you come directly for the stay.
Overall 3.5 stars can be given.

Not so hygienic. U will not get fresh air. Too expensive and small area cannot stay two people comfortably. Staff is also not so polite. Please remember do not use this untill u have emergency as not worth the amount u give to stay.

This is worst hotel in Bangalore
There is staff called *Balaji* worst behaviour once payment done

We was stayed in April 8th and till now we didn’t receive the bill
While check out that fellow Balaji told that there was issue in billing we will send you through WhatsApp by today still no response if we call him he is disconnecting the call

There was not proper service no water bottle, for two persons only one towel, no soap, no AC bot cash collected around 2000/-

On my urgency we was missed out train so we are plan to stay in Bangalore, I am not seen this kind of bad service any ware

Rooms are clean.
Landlines doest work, no water bottles provided. Unless you ask for soaps and towels they won't give.
To reach them you have to go the reception everytime as phones doesn't work.
Clean rooms though.

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible.front desk lady were worst and indifferent even she don't know how to behave with customer. I went with family and very bad experience. I would recommend to take any other guest house nearby.

Firstly they said that they haven't received any notification about booking. I showed them invoice booking details everything.still they said no rooms are available now for check-in. After insisting he talked to some person over phone and obviously found the details of my booking. See.
He had also lied that no rooms are available.actually there were many rooms available.

They Didn't agree for the 23hr flexible check-in check-out on availability as per the booking. They don't honour for those who do online booking. They wer also blabbering that they get less income if people book from online.if so why the hell they have listed hotel for online booking?

They didn't let me wait in their lobby / didn't even let me put my phone on charge which was about to switch off.they insisted me for early check-in and charged me 500.

After check-in I went out, then using spare key they shifted our belongings to another room. How can they do this when we go out? Untrustworthy.

They charge for mineral water even though it is included in the booking.

They rule over the rules

Good hotel. Loved the ambience and cleanliness. Hotel is at prime location. First experience with Fabhotel. Its good one.

Staffs are well trained and understanding quest request and immediate responding quality this all things impressive

Room service and cleaning was very poor. Room ceiling, fan and walls curtains found fully dust. After demanding, they fails to get the room free from dust. Even towels are giving only when we demanding.

Hotel doesn't follow the amenities offered by Fabhotel group. Really disappointed in selecting this hotel. We trusted fab hotels, since we had our previous stay at Fabexpress Lakme pune.
This hotel (Fabexpress Rekha residency) didn't provide us the toiletries which was mentioned during booking deception. Wifi facility was not available. The room was too small such that 2 person can't even easily walk inside. The toilets were not that clean.
We (stayed with my family) got ground floor for stay, there were loud noise from the reception staff which didn't allow us for a quiet sleep.
I don't recommend family and obviously with kids for stay at this hotel.
There was no kind of restaurant for breakfast, as they were taking food from nearby hotel to provide us the food. I strongly insist fab hotel group to reconsider

This hotel is maintained by very unprofessional people and room AC was not working and you can see cockroach every where in room. Rooms are very small.

Bike parking is kinda okay. Car parking, leave it on the roads. Yes, they neither have bike parking nor car parking. However, if you can manage with this to get inside, you'll love the rooms. Felt a little congested but I loved the place.

It was the worst fab hotel i have ever stayed.unclean room with cockroaches around. Congested room. Dirty toilet. No hot water.no lift. No restaurant. This hotel has ruined my belief on fabhotels. Whoever is responsible can have a visit and look at the conditions there.

The hotel looks like what is shown in the pictures. Locality is nice. Very polite and accommodating people. I had a comfortable stay. Safe for women travelling alone.

Worst Nightmare. I dont have words for this place. It should not be a part of fab groups. Just beacuse it was a fab i thought it will be good. Never going to stay with fab. Bugs everywhere. Pest on the beds, pest everywhere. Fab Group you got out of my list forever.

An average lodging, can go for one night stay! Not that great ambience or something but definitely a day can be spent under your budget. When there's a need of a night's stay can definitely opt for this.

Pretty descent lodge with no lift service. The quality of the service is good and the rooms are quite small but very neat and clean. Overall a good place to stay.

Bad experience. Unprofessional staff. Cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere. Bathrooms untidy. Fab Hotels, this is request please audit your hotels better and try to provide good experience to your customers.

I’m from Coimbatore, TN. Visited bangalore for a house warming function.
I’m giving five stars for this hotel just for getting my review to be displayed.
This hotel is full of roaches. Small small roaches. (Cockroaches) and above all.
The local people here are so loving and caring that they want to spit pan on our cars.
How much love they have on TamilNadu people is obvious from this.
I’m not all in bangalore are like that, but some particular people with third rated cheap mind are doing this to purposely induce racism.
For those cheap people, not this not this will induce any such racism you dumb guys. There are kore educated people welcome fellow state people with warm hands. Try something else you dumb heads.

Well it's a nice place actually.but rooms are not too large best for solo travelers. Ac controllers are with reception.

It was ok.there were no towels, soap or shampoo. I found some cockroaches near the bed. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel rooms are average in space.
Food is ok.
Housekeeping service not good.
Recent experience is they don't even provide free tea or coffee in breakfast.

We Booked total of 6 rooms in this Hotel, One room which was in the Top Floor was not interior decorated and doesnot have AC in it. All other 5 rooms were Good but rooms are tiny, Good for stay for a single person

Excellent room facility. The water had way too much chlorine in it. The hot water facility is available from only after 7 am in the morning.

Very bad service experienced here. Impolite staff and unprofessional behaviour by them.
Adding to that was their unavailability of services like Buffet breakfast, Wifi and commodities which need to be there.
The reception guy was very rude and when I complained about him he was like do whatever you can complain against me.

Room is small size as i was expecting but services was nice. Good thing in a main city near to my work place.

Breakfast is only 2 pc. Idly and 1 pc.vada.no tea, coffee, juice etc. WiFi was very slow
Check in was bit delayed.
