Stay is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. No need to choose the room with food options as no internal canteen available and they buy from outside and provide. It starts only after 8 AM, instead we can go out and choose our choice. Many restaurants within walking distance, so no need and wait for them till 8.00 am. Bed is not comfortable and not sturdy. Ok for a business stay due to location but not ok from value for money point of view.

I'm here on company visit for a period of 14 days, staying alone. The reception wants me to give the room keys, because cleaning service is only available after 11 Am. They wont do it at 9Am or 6-7 pm, even that's when you are available in the room. They expect you to leave your belonging, all unattended and bhagwan pe bharosa rakh ke, give your room keys to them. They dont even give you locker keys, to lock your belonging safe, before you leave. I have asked to atleast make my bed once for two/three days, since I'm the only guy staying in the room, even that is not possible with these guys, PATHETIC SERVICE.
The switches for fan and light present at the door, everytime you want to change fan speed or switch on/off light you have to go from your bed and switch them manually. I've seen decades older hotels, with switches beside bed.
They provide morning breakfast as complimentary only select options available, that too they serve breakfast COLD.
Even after paying HEFTY amount for the room, you have play according to them.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL for anyone who values their money.

Room very clean. Linen very clean. Room was very big and spacious. There was a separate room and living room with small kitchen. Value for money.

The Fab Hotels are one of the most favoured hotels to stay in Electronic City. It has a wide range of spacious rooms, friendly environment and good staff. It also has a decent wifi facility. People coming from different places can easily book and stay here. The hotel is built in such a place that someone can go to any shops nearby and buy things. So it is at the centre or near to many different shops. I really feel satisfied while staying there. There are many types of rooms so visitors can choose as per their tastes and preferences.

Great place to stay with nice clean rooms and standard facilities like Ac, fridge, tv. Staff are welcoming and supportive, cool place for multiple food joints.

Great value for money & walking distance to any place in electronic city. But do not include breakfast while booking the room, because it's not buffet breakfast & they send it to your room.we can have a better breakfast options at nearby Udupi hotel which is 20 meters away

Rooms were gud. They provide seperate fridge, table chair and bed was good in premium room. In suite room it was having 2 rooms (hall and bed room). Only draw back is from our rooms which was Given in first floor, out side noise was audible. Location was also good.

They took 1000 extra in the name of early check in even though it's only 4hrs. Next day we checked out early anyway.

It's not 24 hrs. It's from 12 PM to 11.59 AM.

Also TV and wifi not worked. We have to give complaint.

There is no tea or coffee or breakfast.

Worst hotel I stayed during my trip. It says 3star hotel but even a no star hotels are better then this.

Sumith singh was very helpful and professional in handling the guess. He met with the expectations in Providing the necessary needs for the stay. When it comes to the room, it was kept clean. But water in the bathroom wasn’t running with enough force. Shower and taps are too slow.

Very comfortable stay.neat and clean hotel.staff are very polite and always ready to help.only draw back is its roof top restaurant is not working right now

On arrival after long journey of 500KM, and with a reserved booking, the individual at the reception was busy with his mobile and answer to check in request was he want to verify if any rooms are avilable,

Superb facility.
Clean maintained rooms with daily cleaning.
Received fresh towels everyday.

We did an online booking and went as a cousins group of 6, receptionist was rude enough and didn't allow us to stay together. They asked us to pay for the extra members but didn't provide the extra mattress, but the mattress was very dirty. Rooms are neat and big.

There is rat in the hotel and this is not even 3 star hotel. One should like to waste money on this please go ahead

Stayed here once and would never stay again. To start off with, it was a late checking coming from the airport. Though it was informed well in advance, the guy in reception did make us feel that we were staying for free and disturbing him. No support for luggage to room what so ever. The room itself was just ok, cleanliness is an issue. We just put a sheet over the bed and stayed the night. The location is a bit tricky and once the sun sets it becomes a bit hard to enter or leave given the location.

Surely not a place for family or couples.

Photos are deceiving, rooms are not hygeinic. Power cuts, mosquitoes. You will learn the hard way

The only good thing about this place is it’s location - broken toilet seat, once in 10 days cleaning, worms crawling over in the toilet, no replenishment of towels or toiletries, etc, made my stay look very unappealing for a revisit or a referral!

Stayed with family for relaxation. But it will make you frustrated with below issues.
Room cleanliness is worst
Door lock broken
Room service people was arrogant and adamant.not suitable for family for sure
No proper parking is available
Worst maintenance. Not worthy to call even 1 start hotel service

Hotel is clean and well maintained.but at the end of the day we prefer to stay at comfort with proper sleep however the mattress is sinking down as worst and couldn't had a nap properly.
Also the parking is not available In-house and we parked outside on the road.where in the receptionist mentioned as parking is available In-house prior reserving the rooms.
Food is good and the hotel is also nearby to the work we have come for.
Finally it's okay okay.

Room is big but bed and other facility like water food is not good.

Helpline people won't pick your call so please don't book this hotel if you are staying for more than 2days. Its not even worth of 2 star hotel

Stopped over in Bangalore during our en route to Chikmagalur and we stayed in Fab hotels Astra room 107 & 108 in first floor. Main reason for stoppage is to WFH from hotel as the hotel marketed themselves for Wi-Fi capable…. To our shock the hotel staffs restricted their Wi-Fi to reception and the floor and there was zero connectivity when we entered the room. When we complained about the Wi-Fi the response was also not so welcoming and they didn’t even listen to us. Also other complaints like unclean towels, toilet flush not working, clogged wash basins were also not heard but major disappointment was Wi-Fi connectivity as we had to take leave without WFH.

Don't go with photos. Location looks completely different. Stinking smell in parking and lift. Sourrounding is pathetic.

The stay was awesome. The room is spacious and and the amenities are good.
I would recommend this place. Staff were very helpful.

This place is situated in an easily accessible locality. There are plenty of restaurants close to the Lodge.
The rooms are big with a seating area for those people who would like to do office work. It has fridge small kitchen platform and sink. Broad and comfortable rooms.
Mr Gopal Singh in the reception was very cordial and guiding. Quick service. I will certainly recommend for budget travelers
