FabHotel Frazer Suites

We had a fantastic stay at Frazer Suites hotel with a limited budget. It was a family trip and the rooms and the sitting area is perfect for the families. Housekeeping day to day service was good The rooms were okay as we were staying in the Deluxe category but they had another category as well which is Executive bigger rooms with very attractive furniture. Highly recommended for families. One thing which we really like is that they don't allow Unmarried Couples and Liquor is also not allowed.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at an affordable hotel located in the city center. The breakfast, served promptly with tea, was delightful. The room was cozy, featuring a spacious and well-maintained bathroom. The staff were friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.

Worst room especially worst room service…tc is not working and no night lamps in the room which is quite annoying…u got only bright lights and the room is also very small…

100-130 sqft room not a suite but they do have separate public section of dinning table and sofa sitting, bathroom is big though. Fridge is available only few sections no stow in public kitchen Ac had water cleakage because ac is not cleaned for long time you can see with naked eye. Parking is not available, only if the space in apartment they will allow.

So is wroth of only 1300 to 1500.

The room smelt very bad and we aren’t welcomed proper either. Basic things like soap, oil aren’t kept in the restrooms.

Stay was good but, when I asked dental kit it was not available so facility wise I feel it is not good

Very very worst. Totally disappointed for their services TV not working, Heater also not working properly.

Very bad experience. Never book in this hotel. Recently the management had changed. Earlier i had stayed and it was amazing. Now its worst. I booked this property for my friend alone and the person at reception was so rude. He didn't allow to check in because he was single. He told the property is only for married couples.
I didn't understand that.
Please everyone report this.

Cosy and neat place to stay.
The rooms are spacious enough for 2-3 members.
The staff and manager are courteous and helpful.

Rooms are really spacious, very spacious bathroom, very neat and clean room with bathroom. They dnt provide kettle which is a negative for me becoz most of the hotel provide kettle in this budget, and also service is satisfactory nothing great about it, rest everything is well and maintained, maybe they could have enlarged their hotel boards and maybe increase their lighting toward the entry, becoz difficult for delivery people to find the hotel, rest everything is a thumps up

Rooms are small, the bathrooms are clean and fitted with showers. The AC cooling was good and there was no stale smell.

Mashallaha well maintained with excellent cleaniness managed by brilliant and co operative managers having courteous Staff
Loved my stay with family

Superb hotel and the all amenities are very convenient.also the property have a peaceful ambience. Had a good stay there last day but the only problem with the reception manager such a rude guy. I had never seen any staff like him!

Maintained the property very clean, the rooms are well furnished including 24/7 Hot & Cold water, Air-conditioned also, has power backup. It's located in the heart of city Mosque Road, Frazer Town, surrounded with many famous Restaurants. Most, importantly it's a perfect place to stay with the families.
