I never believe that in hotel room u had kept camera, we saw in TV frame, too bad me and my husband, it was very service and fab hotels near jayanagar. Kindly change ur ideas guy's. Management kindly go through this. Check once we were staying in room no 402.

Availability of Tooth brush and paste and holder in wash room would be more helpful.
Room was spacious.

People at reception were rude and were not customer friendly. There was no hot water in bathroom.overall experience was not good.

If you want to pay and get insulted, visit once and experience their own kind of hospitality.

Extremely unfriendly staff. They don't even smile at you when passing by. In fact, they dont even look at you when you pass by. They don't seem to understand what customer service is. Very disappointing.

Location is average. Very dusty.

Entrance is awfully bad. You have to go to the cellar. Reception is disappointing. The person who was at the reception counter was ssooo unconcerned about the guests. He was busy watching videos.

However, the rooms are quite big compared to many in this category.

Overall, I give average rating of 3 out of 5.

The staff was very polite and punctual. Great service in terms of cleaning. The have a tv with free channels, a locker in the cupboard and centralised hot water supply to the bathroom. The room service staffs are polite and humble.

Staff is too good, rooms are clean and good for couple. Located in the main market, so easily accessible.

Rooms were very good but service is very bad. Can't connect to reception and no towels too in the room. But spacious and clean.

It was clean and new and service is also nice. Do try for a budget friendly and clean rooms. They had TV with most channels subscribed and water heater and also locker in cupboards.

Stayed here for 9 days, below are my thoughts:
1. The staff are very good, from receptionist to cleaning staff Everyone is very friendly
2. The location is very good, near Central Mall, Big Bazaar etc
3. We got a spacious room, however we saw a smaller room as well
4. Cleaning is top notch but you need to inform everyday if you want room cleaning else they will not do it
5. At this price it's rare to find such a hotel with good staff

Book a executive room, expecting it to have additional amenities (like a kettle to make tea). Which was missing. Room was was not cleaned, with floor being dirty. Asked the front desk for a clean which they ignored. It is behind a busstop and with a wedding hall, so not the best location to open a window to get some air.

It was surprisingly good. Neat and tidy place. For the given price i think it's a good deal.

Receptionist was not polite! He was rude. He asked me to cancel the official booking and asked to take the room seperately.

Not a single facility they don't have any paid channel at present my booking is from 18 July to 26 July I requested for just 1 paid channel of just rs 1/month but they did not manage

I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and thought it was a pleasant stay.
1. The location is easy to reach from RV Road metro station. Hardly a km walk or 5mins auto ride.
2. The amenities provided are good and staff behaviour was also good.
3. The room was provided with kettle, water bottles, toiletries and room was clean and hygienic.
4. It's in prime location and near to many eatiries and markets.
5. Bus stop to prime areas or station is also near by.

The entrace is placed at the basement of the building. The building is attached to a convention hall. The rooms and their bathrooms are well kept even though smaller in size, room service was upto the mark. This place is ideal for a budget friendly stay or quick stay for considerate cost. They did charge me ₹300 extra for early check-in of about 3 hours. There's elevator facility for the building. Me and my friends spent 3 nights and faced no concerns about anything.

Ok place. Not easy to spot in the dark. Complimentary breakfast not very good. Ok for the price.
