Fab hotels arey too good as this property i visited is more like a house to me very comfortable and good environment everything was good i suggest you to have fun here
Service was very pleasant. Certain requirements of iron box and kettle were missing. Would definitely recommend because of customer service satisfaction.
This one star is of that receptionist guy who over charged me almost double 4800 for 2days and most irritating thing is the hot water u have to call soo many Times to reception after an hour I guy will come and check he will tell you waste 2,3 buckets of water then it will be get hot totally horrible experience ## Not recommend specially for couples prices are too high
Arrogant, Irresponsible, non guest friendly, etc. If I could post 0 as ratings. One of the worst hotels. Staffs don’t care about hospitality. I have booked 2 rooms with breakfast and the front desk guy is arguing on breakfast. If you order 2 Idli instead of 1 that would cost you the charge of 2 plate. What kind of nonsense is that. And top of that they don’t have in hotel, they buy it from another hotel. Then why to charge for breakfast? By the time breakfast arrives it’s enough cold to not go for anymore. And apart from all these things if you ask for anything else he would hung up the call on your face as many times as he wants.
Stayed here for one night. The rate is cheap as they charge only Rs. 1500. The room is congested, which is expected at this price range. But the biggest let down was the cleanliness of the room as well as bathroom. Both were not maintained in the proper manner. The plumbing and electrical fittings were really old and was not in proper working condition. The safety of the room was also a a let down as the door had only one lock. The receptionist and room boy were not professionally trained. Not recommended for families.
Worst experience. Waited for more then 2 hours.they says that room is full.and only provided room after the existing customer do the check out.another room we got it only at 7 pm.though we already paid full amount online for two room while booking.and the break which we prepaid. They get the parcel from different hotel.if they don't have the cooking facility, they should provide the option to opt for breakfast. Andin the picture the room was different then what they provided
One of the worst hotel on the earth. Thos hotel has below few addon feature - Smelly, unhygienic room - leaking bathroom, electricity broken, broken lights, - no room lock so no privacy when you are not at room. - False promise of kitchen with limited options by owner and provide breakfast while in actual there is no kitchen at all. - Take whole payment in advance. No hotel take such full payment in advance - No housekeeping, room service - Even behaviour or owner towards guest is rude. He even slap one of the guest in front of me. And already recorded in CAM.
Keep away of this hotel, also from FAB hotel chain is not listening and refund my money. I had booked for 7 days and left the hotel in less than 10 hrs due to poorest conditions and dont want to take risk of my health. Away from fab hotel chain and Feb hiland suites.
I cancelled my booking from FAB Hotel chain but, I am still waiting for my money.these are the useless people and hotel chain to loot the people. I have all the proof and can take legal action soon.
One of the worst hotel in Bangalore, not recommended for the family and business stays. I booked this hotel thru Fabhotel and paid the entire amt and later after check out they charged me again with no reason. They will post good pictures in the websites and in the Apps, but the room cleanliness is very bad and room has bad smell, tv will not work, ac will work with water flashing from the ac indoor.bathroom is full of cigar buds, Reception Person is very rude and not customer friendly. They promised complimentary breakfast but it was not given - when asked they said it in cool manner - Chef is on leave today … So think twice when you are booking with this place …
Very worst staff and manager not have Brain how to talk with customers even we they increased the cost every day and got some scolding from the manger who told us to go don’t want so please i dont prefer you guys this hotel

Worst experience ever. I had booked the room for one of my friend who was here in Bengaluru to attend an important interview. The booking through the OYO app was rejected and the check-in was denied and my friend had to make other arrangements at 10pm in the night when interview was right next morning. The owner at the reception was rude, non-compassionate and even denied any refund of amount. Shame on you for insulting your customers and you are unfit to be in the hospitality sector. Learn the etiquettes on how to treat your customers.
Doesn’t give checkin on time specially in the morning hours we had to wait for 1hour just for them to clean the room moreover no breakfast available here and it’s too inside not on the main road
One of the most unclean stay I ever had. This is not some "suites", just an ordinary hotel with no maintanence. Bed sheets are never changed. Rooms are never cleaned. Single bed rooms are small, very congested. Lighting is Ok. Ac works. TV is for namesake. The bathroom is absolute worst. Every single inch of the bathroom wall and steel rods are dusty. Try not to touch the wall while inside. Tiles are slippery. Hot water shower is available 24x7. But the placement is too close to wall that its impossible to take shower without touching the dusty wall. The flush system came off the wall on touching. No bath amenities provided. Noticed later that the bed had stains of blood and some fluids. Wifi password is provided but the rooms on far end doesn't even get a signal. Even after repeatedly asking, there was no response. During booking, payment for breakfast was done. After checking in they say they don't have breakfast facility. The hotel is placed inside from main road, among residential houses. Uber and Ola are the nearest transport method. Zomato and Swiggy delivers food till room, which is the only good thing in hotel. Waste of money. Feels like a lodge room. Worst part is post checkout, the receptionist ask you to give rating then and there, while he stares at the phone.
First of all it is not a townhouse, it's a ordinary hotel.secondly room infrastructure is good (it was big, sofa was there, proper lights were there and also AC was working) but the main problem is no maintenance.they are only running this hotel but not doing any maintenance.room and bathroom are full smelly.it's like no one has come from many times.they do not give water bottles even after paying so much money.this hotel is not worth for how much they are charging. I'll never recommend this to anyone.
